本发明涉及一种用于连续制造多向织物幅面的方法。
双向和多向的织物结构及其制造方法是公知的。这种织物此外作为纺织的加固结构优选利用±45°的层结构在纤维粘合非织造织物应用中使用。但在±α方向上双或多向加固对许多应用情况来说不够。在这里需要至少另一个采用0°定向的层。需要这种附加的材料层是为了除±α方向上的负荷外,在后面的纤维粘合非织造织物结构部分中也可以在0°方向上吸收力。
EP 768167介绍了一种方法,利用其制造最好在±45°的方向上双轴加固的织物。在此方面,与双轴织物的生产方向在折叠角度±α下向换向台板运行、借助粘合纱网预定型的单向纤维层在折叠-卷取构成中变形成双层的织物幅面。双层织物幅面通过运输装置从换向台板取下并通过加压辊对固化。

在适当的喂入材料前提下,在0°方向上定向的材料幅面的幅面边利用以折叠角度+/-α1输送的单个/多个纤维层毫无问题地直接环绕0°材料幅面的边缘进行卷绕。
但依据本发明-而且这一点是在绝大多数材料幅面上需要的-纤维层在折叠-卷取过程期间铺放到材料幅面的各自边缘上之前折叠,确切的说是在直接处于幅面边缘后面的部位上。
在所要制造的多向织物中,通过依据本发明的织物形成过程可以实现极其不同的层结构和结构。织物因此作为加固织物可以非常良好地与后面的结构部分要求相配合。
通过极其不同的纤维或材料幅面以及固化和连接系统的组合,可以实现不同的平面尺寸、织物结构和表面结构。例如可以为对外观表面质量高要求的结构部分产生具有均匀、无间隙表面的小平面尺寸的多向织物。
分布在0°方向上的材料幅面的喂入材料既可以是散装或者纺织平面粘合的(例如布料、织物、针织物、非织造织物等)、单或者多向设置的单纤维、玻璃丝束、纱线或者纤维层,也可以是材料幅面(例如间隔结构)。
对于纤维层来说,作为原始纤维材料可以考虑塑料的加固纤维(例如玻璃、碳素和芳族聚酰胺纤维)以及天然纤维(例如亚麻、黄麻、剑麻)和塑料纤维(例如PP、PES、PE)。单纤维层在此方面可以由均匀的纤维材料或者混合的纤维材料(例如复合丝)组成,未固化或者通过不同的连接系统(例如缝纫线、热融胶粘剂或者永久胶粘剂)固化。纤维层此外也可以由多向织物或者预固化的纺织平面(例如织物、针织物、非织造物等)组成。
此外,利用所介绍的织物形成方法可以连续制造复合和多层结构(例如蜂窝结构)。
织物结构固化成可操作的,也就是防滑连接的多向织物,可以通过卷取过程期间单独加入的连接系统(例如永久的胶粘剂)或者通过已经加入预加工的喂入材料内的连接系统在压力下或者在加热和压力下进行。也可以采用例如机械的其他固化方式。
下面借助附图的实施例对本发明进行详细说明。其中:
图1示出依据本发明的装置的示意俯视图,其中一个0°的材料幅面利用两个平面扩幅的纤维层卷绕;
图2示出与图1类似的视图,但其中每个纤维层由两个彼此平行分布的纤维层组成;
图3示出与图1或图2中的剖面线A-A相应的截面;以及
图4示出与图1类似的视图,其中,两个纤维层以不同的折叠角度卷绕在0°的材料幅面上。
图1基本上示出依据本发明的方法。材料幅面1从喂给卷2取下或提供。喂给卷2设置在一个未详细示出的退卷站上。材料幅面1在喂给卷2与设置在一个同样未详细示出的卷绕站上的成品卷9之间,以与生产轴线或所要制造的织物幅面的纵轴线0°的角度延伸并因此下面也称为0°材料幅面。
依据本发明,材料幅面1在喂给卷2与成品卷9之间,但至少是在折叠-卷取区内在平面扩幅的状态下延伸和自由运行,也就是说,没有附加的保持或者支承件例如像卷取台。
在折叠角度+α或-α下,由喂给卷4a和4b侧面沿幅面运行轴线6a;b输送由平面扩幅的纤维粘合非织造织物组成的纤维层3a和3b。
折叠-卷取过程这样进行,即所输送的纤维层3a;b通过材料幅面1环绕幅面运行轴线5相对于纤维层3a;b喂给卷4a;b的相对旋转运动通过材料幅面1的边缘1a;b无间隙和无变形地卷取,并在此方面环绕材料幅面1的边缘1a;b折叠。
所称部件之间这种相对的旋转运动一方面可以通过喂给卷2与成品卷9环绕幅面运行轴线5彼此同步的旋转实现。但喂给卷4a;b环绕材料幅面1的旋转也可以环绕幅面运行轴线5旋转。也可以设想两种运动叠加。
在该实施例中示出首先提到的情况。喂给卷2和成品卷9为此在退卷站或卷绕站上可环绕幅面运行轴线5旋转设置。纤维层3a;b的喂给卷4a;b在幅面运行轴线5的侧面以与生产方向α定向设置。
通过材料幅面1利用纤维层3a;b的卷绕,形成层结构+/-α、0°、-/+α的多向织物7。材料幅面1在此方面以喂给卷2与成品卷9之间的速度运动,相当于纤维层3a;b在与材料幅面1的对面边缘1a;b的切点上偏移。在幅面运行轴线5方向上的运输运动将织物输送到将其固化的定型装置8。随后卷绕在成品卷9上或者输送到其他处理步骤(例如剪切、堆叠、入库)。
按照依据本发明的方法,在折叠-卷取过程中,纤维层3a;b直接铺放在平面扩幅、自由运行的材料幅面1上。在材料幅面1,特别是其边缘1a;b相应稳定的情况下,纤维层3a;b可以在与边缘1a;b直接接触下折叠。
如果不存在这种足够的稳定性,那么纤维层3a;b在铺放到各自的边缘1a;b之前就已经进行折叠,确切的说是这样进行,使两个摺之间形成的段至少相当于材料幅面1的宽度。
图2示出该方法另一具有优点的方案。为减少在折叠角度α下输送的纤维层喂给卷的几何尺寸10,一侧或者两侧输送多个喂给卷11、12、13和14。这些喂给卷11、12、13和14这样设置,使从其放出的纤维层3a;b直接相邻边对边折叠。
图3示出产生的织物的结构。材料幅面1可以是单层,但例如也可以由多个不同的材料层15和16构成,它们从喂给卷17和18在幅面运行轴线5的方向上取下或提供。
图4示出与第一纤维层3附加的另一侧面材料输送的设置。通过输送一个或者多个附加的纤维层19,可以提供作为复合织物结构具有极其不同折叠角度α1和α2更高层数的多向织物7。在延长喂入段20的情况下,其他0°的材料幅面21同样可与织物形成过程一体化。
涂覆用于连接材料幅面1和纤维层3a;b;19的胶粘剂的装置没有示出。这些装置既可以设置在材料幅面1喂给卷2的退卷站后面,也可以设置在纤维层3a;b;19的幅面进程中。

Claims (12)

1.使用由平面扩幅面的纤维粘合非织造织物构成的至少一个纤维层来连续制造多向织物幅面的方法,其中,这种至少一个与所要生产的织物幅面延伸方向成角度分布的纤维层在连续的折叠-卷取过程中变形成一个多层、多向的织物,其特征在于,折叠-卷取过程在封闭至少一个至少在折叠-卷取区在内扩幅面状态下在生产方向上自由运行的材料幅面(1)情况下进行。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所要封闭的材料幅面(1)环绕其纵轴线(5)旋转,而至少一个纤维层(3a;b;19)的原料(4a;b;11;12;13;14)与所要封闭的材料幅面(1)的纵轴线(5)成α定向进行设置。
3.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该至少一个纤维层(3a;b;19)环绕平面扩幅面、自由运行的材料幅面(1)进行循环运动。
4.按前述权利要求之一或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,该至少一个纤维层(3a;b;19)的折叠通过铺放在材料幅面(1)的张紧边(1a;b)上进行。
5.按前述权利要求之一或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,该至少一个纤维层(3a;b;19)的折叠通过纤维层(3a;b;19)铺放在材料幅面(1)的各自边(1a;b)上之前折叠进行。
6.按前述权利要求之一或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,材料幅面(1)的材料从粘合的纺织平面如布料、织物、针织物、非织造织物、单或者多向设置的单纤维、玻璃丝束、纱线或者纤维层中选取。
7.按前述权利要求之一或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,该至少一个材料幅面(1)包括间隔结构如间隔针织物或者蜂巢结构。
8.按前述权利要求之一或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,该至少一个纤维层(3a;b;19)的材料从塑料的加固纤维如玻璃、碳素和芳族聚酰胺纤维以及天然纤维如亚麻、黄麻、剑麻和塑料纤维如聚丙烯、聚酯、聚乙烯中选取。
9.按前述权利要求之一或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,该至少一个纤维层(3a;b;19)的平面结构从均匀的纤维材料、混合的纤维材料如复合丝、未固化的层、通过连接系统如缝纫线、热融胶粘剂、永久胶粘剂固化的层、多向织物、预固化的纺织平面如布料、针织物、非织造物中选取。
10.按前述权利要求之一或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,该至少一个所要涂覆的纤维层(3a;b;19)的材料幅面(1)具有面对的可粘合表面。
11.按前述权利要求之一多项或所述的方法,其特征在于,该至少一个所要涂覆的纤维层(3a;b;19)具有面对材料幅面(1)的可粘合表面。
12.按前述权利要求之一或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,材料幅面(1)和/或者至少一个纤维层(3a;b;19)的表面上直接在折叠-卷取过程之前涂覆胶粘剂。
