技术领域
本发明涉及特别用于土工应用的网之类的片状元件。
背景技术
人们知道,通过对塑料聚合物进行挤出操作制得的、以具有非常不同形状的网的形式提供的片状元件被用于土工技术领域。
所述塑料聚合物通常由聚乙烯或聚丙烯组成,设计成具有最优化的压缩强度和抗张强度,以便得到所需的功能性和耐久性。
但是,这些方案具有较高的表面硬度,这限制了所述网固定在其所施加的表面上的可能性。
特别是当所述网与垃圾填埋点的薄膜相连或者连接在用来大体容纳土、污泥或污水的塑料壁上的时候,所述网容易滑落,因此人们需要一种实际的方案,使得网能够稳定在原位,这会导致一系列的操作,这些操作通常是费力且高成本的。
如果将网施用于化学相容性的覆盖层(例如非织造织物)或具有不同特性的其他的网,则需要升高处理温度以达到组成所述网的聚合物的表面熔点,在一些情况下可能会降低产品的内在特性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过提供特别用于土工应用的网之类的片状元件,从而消除上述缺陷,所述片状元件可具有最优化的摩擦特性,允许能够在无需另外的应用改进的情况下,在应用的时候很容易地将所述网保持在原位。
基于此目的,本发明的一个目的是提供一种片状元件,该元件允许在不对网的性质造成破坏或降解的情况下很容易地使得层连接起来。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种片状元件,由于该片状元件的特殊的构造特性,其能够为应用中的可靠性和安全性提供最大程度的保障。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种特别用于土工应用的网之类的片状元件,其可以使用可在市场上购得的常规元件和材料为原料制得,而且仅从经济的角度来看,该片状元件还很有竞争能力。
通过根据本发明的特别用于土工应用的网之类的片状元件完成了该目的以及这些目的和其它目的,所述目的通过下文可以更为明显地看出,所述片状元件包括片状主体,该主体是通过将至少两组纤丝叠置,以提供网格状结构而形成的,其特征是所述片状主体是通过以下第一聚合物和第二聚合物的方式提供的:所述第一聚合物限定所述网格状结构,所述第二聚合物与所述第一聚合物共挤出,对所述片状主体的至少一个面的至少一些区域造成影响,所述第一聚合物具有压缩强度和抗张强度的物理特性和机械特性,所述第二聚合物具有高摩擦系数。

具体实施方式
参见附图,根据本发明的特别用于土工应用的网之类的片状元件整体用编号1表示,其包括片状主体2,该片状主体2是通过已知方法将挤出法制得的至少两组纤丝叠置而制得的,以形成网格状结构。
在图中所示的示例性实施方式中,存在纵向纤丝2a和横向纤丝2b,它们互相交叉形成正方形或菱形网格,但是当然网可以是任意的种类。
所述片状主体2是通过第一聚合物(或基底聚合物)制得的,所述第一聚合物通常由聚乙烯或聚丙烯组成,其物理特性和机械特性允许具有极佳的压缩强度和抗张强度,使得网也具有这些特性,可以达到所需的功能强度和耐久性。
一个特殊的特征在于所述片状主体是通过共挤出第二聚合物而制得的,所述第二聚合物提供了区域10,其与第一聚合物化学相容,从而提供没有间断的单独的料快(mass)。
所述第二聚合物也是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯组成,其中填充橡胶类材料(例如乙基乙烯基乙酸酯树脂),以制得具有高的摩擦系数的产物,还在至少一个面上提供了编号10表示的区域,该区域具有减小的表面硬度。
所述第一聚合物和第二聚合物不能偶然或故意地分开,这是因为,尽管它们的弹性、硬度、颜色等物理特性可能不同,但是它们具有相同的基本化学组成,一旦挤出便会形成单一的元件。
因为第二聚合物制得的层的存在,使得网可以在不同的应用中很容易地施用,确保其保持在原位,这是因为高摩擦系数阻止了网的移动。
另外,如果网与外部层20相连,还可使用较低的连接温度,这是因为第二聚合物组成的层具有较低的熔点,因此可以在不会对片状主体的内在结构造成破坏的前提下,在较低的温度下施加外部层20。
从图中可以很清楚地看出,可以将外部层20施加于单独的面或者任选施加在两个面上,在后一种情况下,由第二聚合物制得的区域必须提供在两个面上。
由上文所述可以很清楚地看出,本发明完成了预期的目标和目的,具体来说是提供了网之类的片状元件,所述网具有改进的固定能力,因此可以特别有益地用于所有的土工应用,改进已知一段时间的产品应用的潜力和特性。
另外,因为可以连接外层,可以制得一种产品,通过机械压缩强度和抗张强度确保其不会破坏网的内在结构。
这些完成的本发明可以进行许多的改良和改变,所有这些改良和改变都在本发明的范围之内。
所有的这些细节可以用其它技术上等价的元素替代。
实际上,使用的材料以及可能的形状和尺寸可以根据需要是任意的材料以及形状和尺寸。

Claims (11)

1.一种特别用于土工应用的网之类的片状元件(1),其包括片状主体(2),所述片状主体(2)是通过叠置至少两组纤丝(2a,2b)形成的,以提供网格状结构,其特征是所述片状主体(2)是通过第一聚合物和第二聚合物提供的,所述第一聚合物限定所述网格状结构,所述第二聚合物与所述第一聚合物共挤出,对所述片状主体(2)的至少一个面上的至少一些区域(10)造成影响,所述第一聚合物具有压缩强度和抗张强度的物理特性和机械特性,所述第二聚合物具有高摩擦系数。
2.如权利要求1所述的片状元件,其特征在于,所述第一聚合物和第二聚合物是化学相容的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的片状元件,其特征在于,所述第一聚合物和第二聚合物具有相同的基本组成。
4.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的片状元件,其特征在于,所述第一和第二聚合物是基于聚乙烯的。
5.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的片状元件,其特征在于,所述第一和第二聚合物是基于聚丙烯的。
6.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的片状元件,其特征在于,所述第二聚合物填充有橡胶状材料。
7.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的片状元件,其特征在于,所述第二聚合物填充有乙基乙烯基乙酸酯树脂。
8.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的片状元件,其特征在于,所述第二聚合物的熔点低于所述第一聚合物。
9.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的片状元件,其特征在于,所述第二聚合物对所述片状主体的两个面上形成的至少一些区域(10)造成影响。
10.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的片状元件,其特征在于,提供有所述第二聚合物的所述至少一些区域(10)适于作为连接至少一个外部层(20)的粘合元件。
11.如以上权利要求中任一项所述的片状元件,其特征在于,其包括施加在所述片状主体(2)的两个部分之上的外部层(20)。
