本发明提供了一种生物质气化炉双给料焦油裂解系统。其无需再外加热源或使内部燃气部分燃烧以提高裂解器温度,从而降低了锅炉的设备成本,提高了燃气的输出量。其包括生物质给料装置,气化炉,所述的生物质给料装置连接所述的气化炉,所述气化炉底部开有出灰口,所述气化炉内装有分离器,所述分离器的烟气出口通过管道连接裂解器,所述裂解器连接白云石催化剂输送管道,所述裂解器下端开有出灰口,上端设置烟气出口,其特征在于:所述裂解器还与木粉催化剂输送管道连通。

Description

一种生物质气化炉双给料焦油裂解系统
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及循环流化床气化炉焦油裂解领域,具体为一种生物质气化炉双给料焦油裂解系统。
(二)背景技术
现有的生物质气化炉焦油裂解系统,一般循环流化床气化炉出口烟气为700℃左右,而裂解所需温度为800℃以上,就必须要外加热源或使燃气部分燃烧,提高裂解器温度,这种系统增加了锅炉的设备成本或者降低了燃气的输出量。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种生物质气化炉双给料焦油裂解系统,其无需再外加热源或使内部燃气部分燃烧以提高裂解器温度,从而降低了锅炉的设备成本,提高了燃气的输出量。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括生物质给料装置,气化炉,所述的生物质给料装置连接所述的气化炉,所述气化炉底部开有出灰口,所述气化炉内装有分离器,所述分离器的烟气出口通过管道连接裂解器,所述裂解器连接白云石催化剂输送管道,所述裂解器下端开有出灰口,上端设置烟气出口,其特征在于:所述裂解器还与木粉催化剂输送管道连通。
本发明的上述结构中,所述裂解器的下部接入木粉催化剂进料口,投入一部分木粉作为催化剂,由于木粉参与反应,放出热量,所以用木粉投料量控制裂解器温度达到800℃以上,其无需再外加热源或使内部燃气部分燃烧以提高裂解器温度从而降低了锅炉的设备成本,提高了燃气的输出量;而木粉的投入可以减少白云石的投料量,这样可以减少白云石对裂解器磨损的同时保证白云石的裂解催化作用。

(五)具体实施方式
见图1,本发明包括生物质给料装置1,气化炉2,生物质给料装置1连接的气化炉2,气化炉2底部开有出灰口3,气化炉2内装有分离器4,分离器4的烟气出口通过管道连接裂解器6,裂解器6连接白云石催化剂输送管道9,裂解器6下端开有出灰口7,上端设置烟气出口10,裂解器4还与木粉催化剂输送管道8连通。分离器4将含焦油烟气和灰分离,烟气经过分离后焦油烟气通过管道5流入裂解器6,在木粉以及白云石的催化作用下裂解,放出热量,控制裂解器温度达到设定温度。

1、一种生物质气化炉双给料焦油裂解系统,其包括生物质给料装置,气化炉,所述的生物质给料装置连接所述的气化炉,所述气化炉底部开有出灰口,所述气化炉内装有分离器,所述分离器的烟气出口通过管道连接裂解器,所述裂解器连接白云石催化剂输送管道,所述裂解器下端开有出灰口,上端设置烟气出口,其特征在于:所述裂解器还与木粉催化剂输送管道连通。
