Claims (6)
- 【权利要求1】一种微波加热棕丝的工艺,其特征在于:用微波对洗好的棕丝进行加热。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的微波加热棕丝的工艺,其特征在于:微波的加热温度为60~130℃。
- 【权利要求3】一种采用权利要求1或2所述的微波加热棕丝的工艺来生产棕纤维弹性材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:先将包好的棕丝或棕绳进行分解疏松,再将棕丝用微波进行烘干,将烘干的棕丝进行喷胶后,通过微波加热定型制成棕纤维单片层,并且对棕纤维单片层的表面进行喷胶处理,再将喷胶的棕纤维单片层码叠后进行热压定型,然后利用微波对其进行加热升温,再送入到恒温硫化罐中进行硫化,切割后进行包装得到成品。
- 【权利要求4】根据权利要求3所述的棕纤维弹性材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:将分解疏松的棕丝用微波进行烘干的温度为60~100℃、时间为1~6分钟;用微波对喷胶后的棕丝进行加热的温度为60~100℃、时间为1~6分钟。
- 【权利要求5】根据权利要求3所述的棕纤维弹性材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:将包好的棕丝或棕绳进行分解疏松,用30~80℃的热水将分解疏松的棕丝进行清洗后,再用微波烘干。
- 【权利要求6】根据权利要求3所述的棕纤维弹性材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:利用微波将码叠热压后得到的棕纤维单片层加热升温到100~130℃,再送入100~130℃的恒温硫化罐中进行硫化,其硫化时间为20~60分钟。
