Abstract

用于固定抽屉前挡板的装置
本发明涉及一种用于固定抽屉前挡板的装置。已知通过一螺纹销和一偏心销调节此类设置在框架上或内的装置以及因此抽屉前挡板的高度和侧面位置。其中两个销横向于框架支承，使得调节也必然在这个方向上进行，在此调节过程中普遍地将一螺丝扳手伸入所述销的十字型槽内。因此为了调节必须将手从侧面伸入抽屉并较为费事地操作螺丝扳手，其中在螺丝扳手的把手和抽屉底板之间的空间通常过小，导致无法顺畅地转动螺丝扳手。
为了使调节操作变得容易，按本发明各销大致垂直于抽屉底板、从上方可接近地在所述装置中引导，其中所述螺纹销穿过所述装置的一螺纹孔并且所述偏心销穿过所述装置的一长孔，且所述两个销支撑在框架的一底面上。这样就避免将手从侧面伸入抽屉并用螺丝扳手进行侧面的操作，因为螺丝扳手能够从上方伸入并不受阻碍地自由旋转。
两个销优选可旋转、却不可移动地设置在框架的横臂上。按照本发明的另一个特征，在框架上与设有工具作用位置的销头相对地设置一个从上方可接近的可覆盖的开口。

用于未示出的抽屉导向装置的支撑构件2设置在框架1中并与框架1固定连接。在支撑构件2的底面17上设置有一支承壁3，该支承壁在其上部自由端具有一折弯部4。所述用于固定一未示出的抽屉前挡板的装置5被推入框架1中，也就是在所述折弯部4和所述支撑构件2的底面17之间。其中该装置支撑在底面17上。两个螺钉6安置于该装置的前端用于固定抽屉前挡板。为了在侧面和高度上调节该抽屉前挡板，两个销7和8在该装置5中垂直地引导，所述销在支撑构件2的底面17上在其螺纹孔9和10内可旋转地却不可移动地支撑。
销7在其底端设有螺纹11并且以该螺纹11嵌入装置5的一螺纹孔12内，而在装置5内为偏心销8设置一长孔16。两个销7和8都设有十字型槽13。
为了接近销7和8的十字型槽13，在框架1中在上方设置一开口14，该开口14能够通过一盖15覆盖。在取下盖15时，两个销7和8可以从上方经由一未示出的螺丝扳手调节。为了调节装置5，销7和8能够朝着一个方向或其它的方向旋转，其中通过销7调节装置5的高度，通过销8改变装置5以及因此抽屉前挡板的侧面位置。在调节两个销7和8以后，可以通过盖15覆盖开口14，从而形成一个向外光滑连续的框架1。

Claims (3)

1.用于固定抽屉前挡板的装置，该装置在框架(1)上或内相对于该框架可通过一设有螺纹(11)的销(7)和一设有偏心体的销(8)调节高度和侧面位置，其特征在于，所述两个销(7，8)大致垂直于抽屉底板、从上方可接近地在所述装置中引导，其中螺纹销(7)穿过所述装置(5)的一螺纹孔(12)并且偏心销(8)穿过所述装置(5)的一长孔(16)，并且螺纹销(7)和偏心销(8)支撑在框架(1)的底面(17)上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，所述两个销(7，8)可旋转地却不可移动地设置在框架(1)的折弯部(4)上。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装置，其特征在于，在框架(1)中与设有工具作用位置(13)的所述两个销(7，8)相对地设置一个从上方可接近的、可被覆盖的开口(14)。
