Abstract
本发明提供了一种无需专人看管的电动车公用充电器,使用者可以自行操作和缴费,其特征在于插座内设有电子插头锁。在充电发生后及充电过程中,电子插头锁将充电插头锁住,使其不能脱离充电器,并通过与车辆的连接导线使车辆也不能开走。只有当磁卡缴费系统完成电费交易后,电子插头锁才能开起,车辆才能开走。从而保证在无人看管的情况下也能完成电动车的充电和缴费。本发明有效地降低了电动车充电站点的人工管理费用,可使充电站点广泛设置,给电动车使用带来极大方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种电动交通工具充电器,具体为电动自行车、电动摩托车和电动汽车等充电器。
背景技术
现有的电动车充电器都需要专人操作和收费,由于须要额外支出人工费用,导致经营成本较高,不便于大面积推广应用,造成电动车充电站点较少,给使用者带来不便,也制约了电动车的普及与发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无需专人看管的公用充电器,使用者可以自行操作和缴费,从而解决上述不足。
本发明的实施方案为:充电器包括电源系统、充电量计量和电费折扣系统、磁卡识别与缴费系统、显示系统、充电插头和插座等,充电插头通过导线与电动车辆的充电系统连接,各系统和部件在电脑的控制下协调工作,其特征在于插座内设有电子插头锁。在充电发生后及充电过程中,电子插头锁将充电插头锁住,使其不能脱离充电器,并通过与车辆的连接导线使车辆也不能开走。只有当磁卡缴费系统完成电费交易后,电子插头锁才能开起,车辆才能开走。从而保证在无人看管的情况下也能完成电动车的充电和缴费。电子插头锁的另一个作用是避免在充电过程中,充电插头意外脱落或在使用者不在场的情况下,有人恶意拔下充电插头终止充电,导致延误充电而耽误使用车辆。
本发明有效地降低了电动车充电站点的人工管理费用,可使充电站点广泛设置,实现每一个停车位都有一个充电器的愿望,使人们在停车之余即可获得随时随地为电动车补充电能的需求,给电动车使用带来极大方便;此外,如利用太阳能和风能等发电装置,对现有电网进行补缺与拓展,便可以形成覆盖整个道路交通的充电网,做到路有多长,网就有多远,彻底解决电动车辆续航里程短和充电时间长的固有弊病对人们的困扰,为推动电动车辆快速发展与普及、实现电动交通早日到来发挥重要作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
充电插头(4)通过插座孔与充电器(1)连接,见图1,插座孔和磁卡插口(2)均朝下开口,以防雨水和灰尘落入,充电插头的另一端通过连接导线(5)与电动车连接。充电器上设有电子显示屏(3)。充电插头与插座孔(12)的结合见图2,充电插头上的管状触点(14)与插座孔内的柱状触点(13)相接触,连通充电器与车辆的充电电路。插座内设有电控插头锁。锁销(6)通过销钉(7)与拨叉(10)连接,拨叉的另一端位于两个电磁铁(11)之间,当两个电磁铁分别工作时,拨叉以拨叉轴(9)为支点摆动,驱动锁销在插座孔内伸出或缩回。当锁销伸出时,便插入充电插头上相应的锁销槽内,即将充电插头锁住,使其不能从插座孔内拔出;锁销缩回时即为开锁状态。弹簧片(8)可以分别压紧在拨叉上的两个平面上,以稳定锁销伸出或缩回的两种状态。
充电器的操作与工作过程为:先将充电插头插入插座孔内,然后插入缴费磁卡,充电器纪录并显示磁卡号和磁卡内金额,启动电子插头锁锁住充电插头,然后开始充电并实时显示充电量和电费数额。此时,使用者便可将磁卡取出随身带走,车辆即在无人看守的情况下自动充电。在此过程中,当车辆充满电或电费达到磁卡内的最大值时,便自动停止充电。使用者返回时,将刚才的磁卡再次插入充电器,充电器经识别确认后,如果是与启动充电时的磁卡是同一个,便停止充电并扣除磁卡内的电费,然后打开电子插头锁,使用者才可以拔下充电插头开车离开。为了防止恶意透支行为,如接入固定用电设备没完没了地充电,可以参照电动车的最大电容量,设定一次充电量的最高数额,达到此值即自动停止充电。或通过网络对充电时间过长的充电器进行监控管理。
充电费的另一种支付方案是通过手机缴费实现。充电器内设有手机信号收发和手机话费扣除系统。使用时,当充电插头插入充电器的插座孔后,显示屏即显示本充电器的身份号码,使用者用手机向这个号码发送一个充电信号,电子插头锁即锁住并开始充电,充电费便自动从手机话费中扣除;发送停止信号便停止充电并解除电子插头锁。充电费的充值和查询如同手机费一样。此方案的缴费工具与手机合二为一,使用更方便。
为了确保电子插头锁锁止到位,在锁销槽的底部设有锁止传感器(16),锁销的顶端碰到锁止传感器后,该传感器的开关闭合即产生锁止信号,充电器才开始充电。否则不充电。
为了切断充电器的待机电流,减少待机状态下的电能消耗,在充电插头和插座内设有开关电路(17),当充电插头插入插座孔时,相应的触点(18)接合,开关电路导通,充电器进入待机状态,继而可进入充电状态。当充电插头拔出后,开关电路断开,待机电流即被切断。
为了防止发生不支付充电费就将车辆开走的行为,如剪断充电插头的连接线,可采用专用充电插头,其价格远高于应缴的充电费,使丢弃者得不偿失。专用充电插头内设有识别芯片(19),只有识别正确的充电插头才能充电。还可以利用识别芯片的信息,通过购买充电插头时的纪录,对丢弃者进行追讨处罚。
为了避免因触点接触不实或短路等因素导致充电器过热及引起着火事故,在插座附近设有温度传感器(15),当温度过高时即自动停止充电。
位于繁忙停车位的充电器设有停车计时收费系统。
Claims (10)
1.一种电动车自助式公用充电器,包括电源系统、充电量计量和电费折扣系统、磁卡识别与缴费系统、显示系统、充电插头和插座,其特征在于插座内设有电子插头锁。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于充电器内设有手机信号收发和手机话费扣除系统。
3.如权利要求1、2所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于电子插头锁设有锁止传感器。
4.如权利要求1、2所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于充电插头和插座内设有开关电路。
5.如权利要求3所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于充电插头和插座内设有开关电路。
6.如权利要求1、2所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于充电插头内设有识别芯片。
7.如权利要求5所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于充电插头内设有识别芯片。
8.如权利要求1、2所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于电器内设有温度传感器。
9.如权利要求7所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于电器内设有温度传感器。
10.如权利要求1、2所述的电动车自助式公用充电器,其特征在于电器内设有停车计时收费系统。
