Abstract
一种钢渣水泥活性增强剂。由硫酸铝钾、硫酸铝铵、偏硅酸钠、硫酸亚铁、三聚氰胺树脂组成,使前期水化过程适时足量生成钙矾石、水化硅酸钙、硬硅钙石、白钙沸石、杆沸石、钠沸石、方沸石、水化硫铁酸钙、水化硫铝酸钙等交互相连的骨架结构,此后龄期持续增强并满足使用的综合要求。其特点是:前期骨架结构体现的强度及凝结时间等性能达到或高于同等级通用硅酸盐水泥的性能;二次反应及持续水化形成的贯穿相连的多中心物质使钙复盐结构不断密实增强;早期强度高、凝结时间适中、水泥石及配制混凝土的和易性、密实性、耐久性、抗渗性、抗缩性、抗蚀性、抗冻融性、抗炭化性等较好;掺量少、性价比低、低碱无氯、无毒害、无副作用;适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明属于水泥改性增强剂。
背景技术
传统的钢渣水泥增强技术受钢渣活性差的限制,都采用3%~10%以上大剂量掺加活性激发剂的办法,成本高、副作用大,水化率及有效利用率低、凝结时间长、早期强度低,不能满足正常施工要求,不能得到广泛应用。为此,特做如下发明。
发明内容
本发明是要提供掺量1%且从根本上激发钢渣水泥活性、改善综合性能、提高水化率及有效利用率,使凝结时间、各龄期强度、可施工性满足施工要求、综合性能达到或超过通用硅酸盐水泥的一种钢渣水泥活性增强剂。解决技术问题的方案是:通过加入对应钢渣水泥化学成分的由硫酸铝钾、硫酸铝铵、偏硅酸钠、硫酸亚铁、三聚氰胺树脂组成的改性增强物质,使前期水化过程适时足量生成钙矾石、水化硅酸钙、硬硅钙石、白钙沸石、杆沸石、钠沸石、方沸石、水化硫铁酸钙、水化硫铝酸钙等交互相连的骨架结构,此后龄期持续增强并满足使用的综合要求。其特点是:前期骨架结构体现的强度及凝结时间等性能达到或高于同等级通用硅酸盐水泥的性能;二次反应及持续水化形成的贯穿相连的多中心物质使钙盐结构不断密实增强;总体效果,早期强度高、凝结时间适中、水泥石及配制混凝土的和易性、密实性、耐久性、抗渗性、抗缩性、抗蚀性、抗冻融性、抗炭化性等性能较好;而且掺量少、性能价格比低、低碱无氯、无毒、无害、无副作用;产品广泛适用于钢渣水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、复合硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥、火山灰硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的反应机理进一步予以说明。该发明由多组分激发改性物质组成,针对钢渣水泥的化学成分,重点解决早期凝结时间及强度,综合解决各龄期的增强改性、前期通过加速水化、二次反应、消解f—CaO生成足量的钙矾石、水化硅酸盐、水化硫铁酸钙等,使凝结时间和强度满足施工要求,适宜广泛应用,以后各龄期持续水化生成相互交织生长多种钙复盐,得到增强、密实改善、提高钢渣水泥综合性能的目的。
