Abstract

一种电缆拉线网套,用于电缆安装施工。包括依次相联接的网套头、钢丝绳网、以及牵引钢丝绳;所说的网套头上设有环状铰轴,该环状铰轴上铰接四个电缆卡爪,电缆卡爪正面设有阶梯状的卡齿,背面为圆弧曲面;在电缆卡爪外,有一与电缆卡爪的圆弧曲面能接触联接弹性圈;所说的钢丝绳网的编织钢丝绳嵌入网套头中固定;所说的钢丝绳网与牵引钢丝间的联接是通过接扣压紧固定的。本发明使用十分方便,可以允许较大的牵引力,施工中电缆不会拉脱。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆安装技术领域,具体是涉及一种电缆拉线网套。
背景技术
目前在电缆穿管施工中,电缆与牵引钢丝绳联接均采用柔绳捆扎,捆扎时需将钢丝绳头打散,编织成网套,再套在电缆端头上,然后用钢丝绳捆扎,以人工或机械拖带穿管;这种施工方式费工费时,且允许牵引力小,易拉脱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术之不足,提供一种施工方便,允许牵引力大,不会拉脱的电缆拉线网套。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:一种电缆拉线网套,包括依次相联接的网套头、钢丝绳网、以及牵引钢丝绳;所说的网套头主体是一个圆筒体,在网套头的筒体上下两端部位置分别套设有外层,该外层与筒体连成一体;在所说的上端部位置的外层及相连的筒体上沿周向均布有四个通孔,在该四个通孔的上部高度所处位置的筒体上设有环形槽,在该环形槽内嵌有一环状铰轴,该环状铰轴上铰接四个沿筒体周向均匀分布的电缆卡爪,所说的电缆卡爪分别置于上述的四个通孔内,电缆卡爪上设有与环状铰轴相配合的轴孔,电缆卡爪正面设有阶梯状的卡齿,背面为圆弧曲面;在所说的筒体外套有一弹性圈,该弹性圈可沿筒体上下移动,当上移时,可抵住电缆卡爪背面的圆弧曲面,将电缆卡爪转向卡住电缆的方向;反之,若下移,则离开电缆卡爪背面的圆弧曲面,电缆卡爪自然下垂而松开;所说的筒体下端部和与之连成一体的外层间形成空隙,在该空隙中嵌入钢丝绳网的编织钢丝绳;筒体下端均布有多个凸头,该凸头向外抵住外层,以使空隙内的编织钢丝绳不致脱出;所说的钢丝绳网与牵引钢丝间的联接是通过接扣压紧固定的;使用时,只要将电缆端头从网套头中插入至钢丝绳网内,将弹性圈上推,电缆卡爪卡住电缆,用人工或机械拉拔牵引钢丝绳,随着牵引力的施加,钢丝绳网的网眼收缩,使钢丝绳网与电缆的接触会越拉越紧。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的一种电缆拉线网套,使用十分方便,可以允许较大的牵引力,施工中电缆不会拉脱。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的一种电缆拉线网套,包括依次相联接的网套头4、钢丝绳网3、以及牵引钢丝绳1;所说的网套头4主体是一个圆筒体,在筒体7外分别套设有上端部外层11和下端部外层8,该上、下端部外层与筒体连成一体;在上端部外层11及相连的筒体7上沿周向均布有四个通孔6,在该四个通孔的上部高度所处位置的筒体7上设有环形槽,在该环形槽内嵌有一环状铰轴13,该环状铰轴上铰接四个沿筒体周向均匀分布的电缆卡爪10,所说的电缆卡爪10分别置于四个通孔6内,电缆卡爪10上设有与环状铰轴13相配合的轴孔14,电缆卡爪正面设有阶梯状的卡齿15,背面为圆弧曲面16;在所说的筒体7外套有一弹性圈5,该弹性圈可沿筒体上下移动,当上移时,可抵住电缆卡爪背面的圆弧曲面,将电缆卡爪转向卡住电缆的方向;反之,若下移,则离开电缆卡爪背面的圆弧曲面,电缆卡爪自然下垂而松开;所说的筒体7和与之连成一体的下端部外层8间形成空隙,在该空隙中嵌入钢丝绳网的编织钢丝绳9;筒体下端均布有多个凸头17,该凸头17向外抵住下端部外层8,以使空隙内的编织钢丝绳不致脱出;所说的钢丝绳网3与牵引钢丝1间的联接是通过接扣2压紧固定的;使用时,只要将电缆端头从网套头4中插入至钢丝绳网3内,将弹性圈5上推,电缆卡爪10卡住电缆,用人工或机械拉拔牵引钢丝绳1,随着牵引力的施加,钢丝绳网的网眼收缩,使钢丝绳网与电缆的接触会越拉越紧;
所说的筒体下端均布有多个凸头17,其个数为6个或8个。
实施例2
在实施例1中,为制作方便,改变筒体7的整体结构,在设置环形槽处进行分割,使之成为上下两段,在该上下两段筒体间留有空隙,用以嵌入环状铰轴13,在上段筒体的顶端设置孔卡12固定;其余重复实施例1。

1.一种电缆拉线网套,包括依次相联接的网套头(4)、钢丝绳网(3)、以及牵引钢丝绳(1),其特征是:所说的网套头(4)上有圆筒形的筒体(7),在筒体(7)外分别套设有上端部外层(11)和下端部外层(8),该上、下端部外层与筒体连成一体;在上端部外层(11)及相连的筒体(7)上沿周向均布有四个通孔(6),在该四个通孔的上部高度所处位置的筒体(7)上嵌有一环状铰轴(13),该环状铰轴上铰接四个沿筒体周向均匀分布的电缆卡爪(10),所说的电缆卡爪(10)分别置于四个通孔(6)内,电缆卡爪上设有与环状铰轴(13)相配合的轴孔(14),电缆卡爪正面设有阶梯状的卡齿(15),背面为圆弧曲面(16);在所说的筒体(7)外套有一弹性圈(5),该弹性圈(5)与电缆卡爪的圆弧曲面(16)为能接触联接;所说的筒体(7)和与之连成一体的下端部外层(8)间形成空隙,在该空隙中嵌入钢丝绳网(3)的编织钢丝绳(9);筒体(7)下端均布有多个凸头(17),该凸头(17)向外抵住下端部外层(8);所说的钢丝绳网(3)与牵引钢丝绳(1)间的联接是通过接扣(2)压紧固定的。
2.根据权利要求1所说的一种电缆拉线网套,其特征是:所说的筒体(7)上嵌有一环状铰轴(13),是通过在筒体(7)上设环形槽,将环状铰轴(13)嵌入该环形槽内的。
3.根据权利要求1所说的一种电缆拉线网套,其特征是:所说的筒体(7)上嵌有一环状铰轴(13),是将筒体(7)进行分割,使之成为上下两段,在该上下两段间留有空隙,用以嵌入环状铰轴(13), 在上段筒体的顶端设置孔卡(12)固定。
4.根据权利要求1所说的一种电缆拉线网套,其特征是:所说的筒体下端均布有多个凸头(17),其个数为6个或8个。
