Abstract

本发明提供一种电连接器,该电连接器包括绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体中的若干导电端子。各导电端子设有可与对接连接器的对接端子接触配合的接触区,该接触区包括导电配合面与导电性相对导电配合面较差的非导电配合面。当对接连接器与该电连接器完全配合时,导电配合面与对接连接器的对接端子接触配合,当对接连接器与该电连接器脱离配合时,非导电配合面与对接连接器的对接端子接触配合。这样使本发明电连接器与对接连接器配合或脱离配合时,通过导电性相对较差的非导电配合面过渡,可以减少放电电弧的产生,减少导电端子接触部的放电氧化,从而延长电连接器的使用寿命。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明是有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及该电连接器导电端子与对接连接器配合的结构。 
【背景技术】
最近几年,业界出现了一种网路插座(如图1与图2所示),该种网路插座可以传输一定功率的电源,以使小功率的用电器不需要另接入电源。为传输电源,此种网路插座与网路插头之间的电压较通常的网路插座与插头之间的电压高,因此,当此种网路插座与网路插头插拔配合时,会产生放电,甚至产生放电电弧现象,从而加速端子氧化,缩短网路插座使用寿命。 
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能有效减少导电端子之间放电的电连接器。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明之电连接器设有绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体中的若干导电端子,各导电端子设有可与对接连接器的对接端子接触配合的接触区,该接触区包括导电配合面与导电性相对导电配合面较差的非导电配合面,当对接连接器与该电连接器完全配合时,导电配合面与对接连接器的对接端子接触配合,当对接连接器与该电连接器脱离配合时,非导电配合面与对接连接器的对接端子接触配合。 
与现有技术相比,本发明电连接器与对接连接器配合或脱离配合时,通过导电性相对较差的非导电配合面过渡,可以减少放电电弧的产生,减少导电端子接触部的放电氧化,从而延长电连接器的使用寿命。

【具体实施方式】
如图3-7所示为符合本发明第一实施方式的一种电连接器100与对接连接器300,该电连接器100包括绝缘本体10及收容于绝缘本体10中的若干端子模组(未标号)。绝缘本体10设有前端面12及自前端面12开设的若干开口14。各端子模组包括以内置电路板(未标号)、设置于内置电路板上的若干电源模组(未图示)、及安装于内置电路板并通过内置电路板与电源模组电性连接的导电端子20。各导电端子20包括倾斜延伸进入开口14中的接触部22、用以焊接于内置电路板上的焊接部28、及用以连接接触部22与焊接部28的连接部24。接触部22包括导电基体228及附着于导电基体228上的绝缘层226,绝缘层226仅附着于基体228的部分面积上,从而使导电基体228与绝缘层226的表面形成连续的导电配合面222与非导电配合面224。对接连接器300包括透明的本体32及对应于导电端子20的若干对接端子34。 
如图4所示,当对接连接器300完全与电连接器100配合时,对接端子34抵推于导电端子20的导电配合面222上,并从而形成两者之间的电性连接。如图5与图6所示,当对接连接器300与电连接器100脱离配合之前,对接端子34与导电端子20的接触点从导电配合面222滑移至非导电配合面224,对接端子34与导电端子20电性断开。如图7所示,当对接连接器300与电连接器100完全脱离配合时,对接端子34自导电端子20的非导电配合面224位置脱离与导电端子20的配合。
图8与图9所示为符合本发明的第二实施方式的电连接器导电端子60。类似于第一实施方式,各导电端子60设有接触部62,接触部62包括导电基体628与包覆于导电基体628上的绝缘层625,并形成连续连接的导电配合面622与非导电配合面624。参阅图8-13,第二实施方式相对第一实施方式不同在于,导电基体628的相反两侧设有若干开口方向相反的凹槽629,绝缘层625以模塑成型包覆于导电基体628上时,亦填充进入凹槽629,从而使所述绝缘层625环扣于导电基体628。 
本发明对接连接器300与本发明电连接器100配合或脱离配合时,均先与非导电配合面224、624配合,然后切换至与导电配合面222、622配合或完全脱离配合。其中非导电配合面224、624并非一定需要电绝缘性非常好,而是指其导电性相对导电面224、624较差,为表述方便而称之为非导电配合面224、624。通过导电性相对较差的非导电配合面224、624过渡,可以减少放电电弧的产生,减少导电端子20、60接触部22、62的放电氧化,从而延长电连接器100的使用寿命。 

Claims (4)

1.一种电连接器,其包括可供对接连接器插入配合的绝缘本体及装设于绝缘本体中的若干导电端子,各导电端子设有可与前述对接连接器的对接端子接触配合的接触区,其特征在于:该接触区包括导电配合面与导电性相对导电配合面较差的非导电配合面,当对接连接器与该电连接器完全配合时,导电配合面与对接连接器的对接端子接触配合,当对接连接器与该电连接器脱离配合时,非导电配合面与对接连接器的对接端子接触配合,所述绝缘本体设有供对接连接器插入配合的开口,导电端子固持于所述开口的一侧,并设有倾斜延伸进入开口内的悬臂状接触部,所述非导电配合面与导电配合面连续分布于该悬臂状接触部的一侧面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接触部包括导电基体及包覆于导电基体上的绝缘层,导电配合面与非导电配合面分别设置于导电基体与绝缘层的外侧面。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电基体相反两侧设有开口方向相反的凹槽,绝缘层设有嵌入凹槽的部分。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘层环扣于导电基体上。
