Abstract

一种电子产品外壳,其具有一基体,在该基体表面形成有一热敏变色涂料层,该热敏变色涂料层上覆盖有一保护膜层。其中该热敏变色涂料层之热敏变色材料可以是可逆的有机类或液晶高分子类热敏变色材料,并可在0℃-39℃温度范围内变色。该保护膜层为无色透明树脂膜层。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种电子产品外壳,尤其是关于一种具有装饰性表层的电子产品外壳。
背景技术
随着消费水平的提高,消费者对电子产品的外壳要求不仅注重其质量,对其表面的装饰效果也愈来愈关注,具有时尚和绚丽外观的产品在市场中非常具竞争力。
现有的电子产品外壳的颜色大多比较单一,且不能随环境的变化而改变色彩,视觉效果相对较为单调。显然,用户在使用电子产品时,具有绚丽多彩的视觉效果的外壳更能带给其美感和艺术享受。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提供一种具有变色功能的电子产品外壳。
一种电子产品外壳,其具有一基体,该基体表面形成有一热敏变色涂料层。
与现有技术相比,所述电子产品外壳表面具有一热敏变色涂料层,当人体接触到壳体或壳体靠近其他外在热场,外壳表面的色彩或图案便随温度的改变而发生变化,从而产生时尚绚丽的效果。

具体实施方式
请参照图1所示,本发明较佳实施方式所述的电子产品外壳包括一基体10、一热敏变色涂料层20及一保护膜层30。
基体10可以为移动电话、电脑、照相机等电子产品壳体或按键。基体10的材料可以为塑料,其可选自丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene,ABS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polyethylmethacrylate,PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)或聚碳酸酯与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯的共聚物等塑料材料。该基体10也可以为金属基体,如不锈钢、钛合金或铝合金基体,或表面镀覆有金属的基体,如镀铬基体。
热敏变色涂料层20可以是由含有可逆热敏变色材料、粘结剂、固化剂、偶联剂等组分的混合物喷涂在基体10的表面而形成的,也可以是由可逆热敏变色油墨印刷在基体10的表面而形成的。其中该热敏变色材料选自可逆的有机类或液晶高分子类热敏变色材料,优选为液晶高分子类。所述可逆热敏变色材料或可逆热敏变色油墨可在0℃-39℃的温度范围内实现变色。
保护膜层30为无色透明树脂膜层,如甲基硅树脂膜层或聚碳酸酯树脂层,该保护膜层30形成于热敏变色涂料层20之上。
所述热敏变色涂料层20与基体10表面结合紧密,且热敏变色涂料层20上覆盖有保护膜层30,对环境稳定,且手指触摸不会脱落。当手指接触到壳体或按键,或是壳体或按键靠近其他外在热场,所述电子产品外壳表面的色彩或图案便随其表面温度的变化而变化,从而产生时尚绚丽的效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种电子产品外壳,其包括一基体,其特征在于:该基体表面形成有一热敏变色涂料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子产品外壳,其特征在于:该基体为塑料基体或金属基体,或表面镀覆有金属的基体。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子产品外壳,其特征在于:该热敏变色涂料层包含有可逆热敏变色材料、粘结剂、固化剂、偶联剂等组分。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子产品外壳,其特征在于:该热敏变色涂料层包含可逆热敏变色油墨。
5.如权利要求3所述的电子产品外壳,其特征在于:该热敏变色材料为可逆的有机类或液晶高分子类热敏变色材料。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子产品外壳,其特征在于:该热敏变色材料在0℃-39℃温度范围内变色。
7.如权利要求1所述的电子产品外壳,其特征在于:该热敏变色涂料层上覆盖有一无色透明树脂膜层。
