Abstract

本发明公开了一种卡合结构，该卡合结构包括手柄和手柄护套，所述手柄一侧的同一条水平直线上设置两条凹槽，两条凹槽中间设置间隔，所述手柄护套与手柄相对应的位置上设置两条与手柄凹槽相对应的两条筋。所述手柄护套的开档尺寸比手柄相应位置的尺寸小。当护套推入手柄时，护套能保持弹力，有利于卡合，本发明的卡合形式牢固，且装配、拆卸方便，并有效的控制了手柄护套在手柄上的窜动和径向摆动幅度。当本发明用在多极拼装开关上时，即使多极开关拼装铆合后也能随时取下护套。本发明的卡合形式便于装配，其操作时只要把护套放到手柄相应的位置轻轻一推就能迅速卡合，并从卡合时发出的声响很好的判断手柄护套与手柄是否处于良好的卡合状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡合结构，特别涉及一种应用于小型断路器或隔离开关及其附件产品等设备上的卡合结构。
背景技术
在由多个单极相同开关进行拼装铆合后的多极开关上，现有的卡合形式是手柄端部有两对方形盲孔，而护套在开槽内部设置对称凸台，当多极进行拼装铆合时，需先把护套一边凸台插进一只已装好开关手柄的方孔内，然后再把另一只已装好开关的手柄方孔插进护套另一凸台，如果是三极、四极也是依次进行拼装，然后再进行铆合，并且在铆合后，护套就不能拆卸，因手柄的联动关系，用户在使用多极产品时只能同时合闸和断开。而不能在必要时进行单极的合闸或断开。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷，本发明提供了一种卡合后既牢固，又拆卸方便，而且还能使单极和多极开关保持外观一致的一种卡合结构。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种卡合结构，包括手柄和手柄护套，所述手柄一侧的同一条水平直线上设置两条凹槽，两条凹槽中间设置间隔，所述手柄护套与手柄相对应的位置上设置两条与手柄凹槽相适应的两条筋。
所述手柄上的凹槽位于手柄的根部，所述手柄护套上的两条筋位于手柄护套的端部。
所述手柄护套的开档尺寸比手柄相应位置的尺寸小。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：
1、本发明可以在多极开关铆合或其它标准件紧固后，无需拆卸铆合件或紧固件就可随时取下护套，即只要用力扳动护套的一头便可拿下护套，所以用户在使用的过程中，可在必要时取下护套后对多极开关中的其中任何一极产品进行合闸和断开。
2、本发明的卡合形式便于装配，提高生产效益。在装配时只要把护套相应位置对正手柄轻轻一推就能迅速卡合，并从卡合时发出的声响就能很好的判断手柄护套与手柄是否处于良好的卡合状态。尤其对多极开关更能体现这一点。
3、本发明的卡合形式非常牢固，达到所要求的可靠性。因为在使用的开关中，触头的机械合闸和断开是通过施加在手柄上的外力来完成的，而在多极开关中为了能使多极触头同步合分，那么就得在多个手柄上加上联动装置，而这种联动装置就是手柄护套，所以说，护套和手柄的卡合牢固是必要的。本发明通过筋与槽严密配合，以及筋与槽位置点的设置，并配合弹性应力作用，很好的控制了手柄护套在手柄上的窜动和径向摆动幅度，保证其牢度。
4、本发明能很好的保持多极产品与单极产品在外观上的一致性，因为这种类型在单极开关中可以使用，而已往其它的设计形式在单极中不能使用，只有在两极或两极以上的开关中使用，这是由于卡合结构的形式决定的。
5、本发明通过对手柄护套的弧线型设计，保证了外表平滑，增强了用户在开关合分操作时的手感。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述，但不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1至图6所示，本发明卡合结构包括手柄1和与手柄1配套的手柄护套2，所述手柄1一侧的同一条水平直线上设置两条凹槽3，两条凹槽3中间设置间隔，所述手柄护套2与手柄1相对应的位置上设置两条与手柄凹槽3相适应的两条筋4。这种卡合形式适用于各类小型开关及其配套的附件产品。
作为本发明的优选方案，所述手柄1上的凹槽3位于手柄1的根部，所述手柄护套2上的两条筋4位于手柄护套2的端部。所述手柄护套2的开档尺寸比手柄1相应位置的尺寸小。这样当手柄护套2推入手柄1时，手柄护套2会受到撑力而张开，并保持复原的弹力，当手柄护套2上的筋4被推到手柄1的凹槽内时，受弹力驱使而正好使筋4与手柄上的凹槽3卡合，并能听到很清脆的卡合声。
如图7、图8所示，示出了二级手柄与三级手柄分别与手柄护套的结合在一起的结构示意图。

1.一种卡合结构，包括手柄和手柄护套，其特征在于：所述手柄一侧的同一条水平线上设置两条凹槽，两条凹槽中间设置间隔，所述手柄护套与手柄相对应的位置上设置与手柄凹槽相适应的两条筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡合结构，其特征在于：所述手柄上的凹槽位于手柄的根部，所述手柄护套上的两条筋位于手柄护套的端部。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的卡合结构，其特征在于：所述手柄护套的开档尺寸比手柄相应位置的尺寸小。
