Abstract

本发明涉及一种复合水泥用助磨改性剂。该复合水泥用助磨改性剂由下列组分组成,下列各组分按重量百分比配比:糖钙为3~8%;偏硅酸钠为2~6%;元明粉为10~40%;明矾石为10~30%;粉煤灰为20~55%。该助磨改性剂具有明显助磨效果,水泥粉磨过程中掺入0.5~1.0%该助磨改性剂可明显提高复合水泥早期强度、增加水泥中的粉煤灰掺量,改善复合水泥的抗冻性能。

复合水泥用助磨改性剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及水泥制造技术领域,属于一种复合水泥用助磨改性剂。
背景技术:
由于传统的硅酸盐水泥存在早期水化放热量大、容易开裂、耐久性差和水泥熟料生产所带来的资源、能源消耗量大和环境污染严重等问题,因此,掺入大量工业废渣制备复合水泥是目前水泥行业实现可持续发展的主要技术途径。粉煤灰是目前我国排放量和积存量较多的工业废渣,掺大量粉煤灰制备水泥既可以节约水泥熟料,又可减少粉煤灰对环境的污染;矿渣是高炉炼铁过程中排出的非金属矿物熔渣经水淬处理后的副产品,具有一定的水化活性;实际生产中为了提高工业废渣掺量并保证水泥性能,常采用粉煤灰-矿渣复掺制备复合水泥。在水泥生产的球磨工序中,为提高粉磨效率和降低生产电耗,常使用水泥助磨剂。目前,实际生产中应用的绝大多数是以三乙醇胺为主要组份的助磨剂,这类助磨剂对水泥熟料的助磨效果很好,而对矿渣颗粒的助磨效果并不明显,影响了水泥早期强度发展和粉煤灰掺量的提高。另一方面,掺大量粉煤灰的复合水泥比硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥的需水量大、抗冻性差,在一定程度上限制了其工程应用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种复合水泥用助磨改性剂,该助磨改性剂具有明显助磨效果,可显著提高水泥早期强度、增加粉煤灰掺入量,改善复合水泥抗冻性能。
本发明采用的技术方案是:该复合水泥用助磨改性剂由下列组分组成,下列各组分按重量百分比配比:糖钙为3~8%;偏硅酸钠为2~6%;元明粉为:10~40%;明矾石为:10~30%;粉煤灰为20~55%。
上述配方中的糖钙主要起助磨和改善复合水泥颗粒级配的作用;偏硅酸钠起助磨和引入少量气泡改善抗冻性的作用;元明粉和明矾石起激发粉煤灰和矿渣水化活性,提高水泥早期强度的作用;粉煤灰起载体和均化作用。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:本发明公开的复合水泥助磨改性剂是由以上几种材料按照规定的重量比混合均匀,并磨细成颗粒小于0.08mm的粉末状物。在水泥生产中以全部粉磨物料质量的0.5-1.0%加入球磨机,可提高水泥粉磨生产率10-20%;在同样水泥原料配方条件下,可提高水泥强度5-7MPa;在不降低水泥生产效率和水泥强度标号的同时,可提高粉煤灰掺量10%左右。具有生产工艺简单,成本低,经济效益显著等优点。
具体实施方式:
下面通过实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例一,水泥助磨剂各组分的含量(质量百分数)为,糖钙5%;偏硅酸钠2%;元明粉30%;明矾石10%;粉煤灰53%。将这几种原材料按比例混合均匀,并磨细成颗粒小于0.08mm的粉末状物质即成成品。
实施例二,水泥助磨剂各组分的含量(质量百分数)为,糖钙3%;偏硅酸钠5%;元明粉30%;明矾石10%;粉煤灰52%。将这几种原材料按比例混合均匀,并磨细成颗粒小于0.08mm的粉末状物质即成成品。
实施例三,水泥助磨剂各组分的含量(质量百分数)为,糖钙8%;偏硅酸钠2%;元明粉40%;明矾石30%;粉煤灰20%。将这几种原材料按比例混合均匀,并磨细成颗粒小于0.08mm的粉末状物质即成成品。
实施例四,水泥助磨剂各组分的含量(质量百分数)为,糖钙4%;偏硅酸钠6%;元明粉10%;明矾石30%;粉煤灰50%。将这几种原材料按比例混合均匀,并磨细成颗粒小于0.08mm的粉末状物质即成成品。
为了说明本发明的复合水泥助磨改性剂的作用效果,进行实验室平行对比试验。水泥原料配方为:熟料50%、粉煤灰29%、矿渣15%,石膏6%,助磨剂为以上四种实施例配制的助磨剂,掺量为0.5%或1.0%。每种水泥按以上配方称取各原料共计5kg和相应比例的助磨改性剂,经500mm×500mm的试验球磨机粉磨28分钟;然后取样按照GB/T17671-1999《水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO)法》进行测试,检验结果如下表所示。

由上述结果可见,使用本发明助磨剂可使50%熟料的大掺量混合材复合水泥的3天和28天抗压强度均可提高6-7MPa;在掺入混合材44%条件下即可使复合水泥达到42.5强度等级要求,说明该发明助磨活化的作用效果良好。
