本申请涉及驱动成套门锁和锁舌之间的联锁装置的生物传感器的应用,以致当把手转动时锁舌可以随标准门锁一起被打开。
背景技术
往返于建筑物的入口门常常配有一把以上的锁。经常存在有标准成套门锁,该成套门锁从建筑物的外面通过钥匙驱动,并且通过按压按钮/旋转把手/等从建筑物内部锁定和开启。
门常常还配有锁舌。锁舌也配有外面上的钥匙锁以及在里面转动锁销/锁杆/按钮/等的某些锁定驱动形式。
典型地,当锁舌位于锁定位置并且一个人希望进入或离开建筑物时,门锁和锁舌两者必须被分别打开。因此,当锁舌被锁定时,希望使用门的用户必须分别转动标准成套门锁的锁杆,并且还以一些方式开启锁舌。一个问题是,用户必须因此在建筑物外面待相当长的时间。
在锁具工业中生物传感器已众所周知。生物传感器是一种已被设计成可记住建筑物的被授权用户的个人特征的传感器。例如,家庭的居住者可能具有存储在生物控制系统内的指纹。用户横过传感器移动手指、然后传感器将检测到的指纹传送到控制器。控制器把检测到的指纹与存储的指纹进行比较,如果检测到的指纹和存储指纹相匹配则可允许进入建筑物。生物传感器提供了比入侵者可复制或窃取钥匙的普通锁更高层次的安全性。
如要求简化地进入建筑物,那么生物传感器的确提供了易于简单化的附加的安全性。
发明内容
在本发明公开的实施例中,生物传感器(biometric sensor)检测用户的特征。如果检测到的特征与存储的特征相匹配,那么控制器确认该用户被授权。
然后驱动联锁装置,以致当转动标准门把手时,联锁装置也开启锁舌。通过简单地驱动标准门把手,立刻能打开标准成套门锁和锁舌两者。以这种方式,进入或退出建筑物就变得很简单。此外,由于发明的联锁装置用户可更快速地进入建筑物而增加了安全性。
在公开的实施例中,联锁凸轮通常相对于锁舌的驱动结构偏离位置。联锁凸轮与门把手一起转动。然而,除非生物传感器已经检测到批准的个人,联锁凸轮同驱动结构脱节。因此,在这个位置把手的转动不会驱动锁舌驱动结构。
当检测到批准的用户时,施加一力以使联锁凸轮移动与锁舌驱动结构对准。在这一点上,当转动门把手时,它将驱动锁舌驱动结构,并且将打开或关闭锁舌。

图1A表示具有转动锁23的标准把手29的门20。锁舌32控制锁舌锁26。已经得知钥匙槽S容纳从门的外表面锁定或开启锁23和26的钥匙。应该了解任何类型的驱动结构将归入本发明范围之内,如同任何类型的门把手一样。因而,虽然图示的锁杆29是转动锁杆,但本发明将扩展到其它类型的门把手,其中包括插销等。

生物传感器30可能众所周知并且可操作以检测门的用户的一些特征。已知生物传感器可检测指纹、声音、或依赖于门的批准的用户的其它个人特征。因而,建筑物的居住者可存储指纹、声音等。尽管在一优选实施例中使用了指纹识别传感器,但本发明不依赖于任何特殊的生物传感器类型。本发明涉及联锁装置,其允许当批准的用户已经通过传感器30被检测到时转动把手29来驱动锁23和26两者。
如图2所示,锁驱动结构132与把手29并且与内部把手(未示出)一起转动。本发明的这个方面是如同已知的那样并且示意性的图示。另外,锁23由结构132的驱动也被示意性的图示。
如下文将公开的那样,板34和36装配为金属构件。
如同将解释的那样锁舌凸轮38转动以操纵锁舌26。示意性的图示了锁舌凸轮38和锁舌26间的传输并且如所共知。锁舌凸轮可由钥匙槽S内的钥匙或由内部转动销转动。本发明还公开了联锁装置,以致当结构132在某些情况下转动时锁舌凸轮38也将转动。
锁舌联锁装置结构包括滑块40。如图所示,滑块40内的槽143沿板34上的齿41被引导。因此,滑块的运动沿直线被引导,并且由齿限制在运行的最末端。插件42容纳弹簧43。联锁凸轮44邻接致动器46定位。离合器48和驱动器50与齿轮52相联系。电动机54传动蜗杆56以在一定条件下转动齿轮52,如同下文将解释。如图所示,电动机54由控制器55控制。控制器55接收来自传感器30的信号。
图3A表示联锁装置的第一未驱动位置。该位置也显示在图3B中。如图所示,联锁凸轮44在滑块40外相对于板34间隔设置。弹簧43偏压联锁凸轮44到这个位置。从图3A和3B两个图中可以理解,联锁凸轮44与滑块40不对准,并且如果它如图3A所示被转动,它不会接触或移动滑块40。伴随着这种运动,打开锁23将不会开启锁舌26。如图所示,吊耳58成形在联锁凸轮44的两个圆周端部处。
图3C表示在施力到联锁凸轮44之后的运动,这样此刻压靠弹簧43以与滑块40对准。本发明涉及当传感器30已检测到批准的居住者时驱动这一运动。因此,如图1A或1B所示的门的用户将窃取指纹(或相反驱动生物传感器)。如果控制器55识别该用户为批准的用户,那么电动机54转动以驱动蜗杆56并随后转动齿轮52。当齿轮52转动,致动器46转动。致动器46具有凸轮表面,其将克服弹簧力43迫使联锁凸轮44到图3C的位置。当处在图3C的位置时,联锁装置产生如下所述移动。否则,联锁装置不产生移动(图3A和3B)并且转动手柄22或29不移动锁舌。当然,可采用其它机械传动来移动联锁凸轮44。
如图4所示,联锁凸轮44此刻被迫朝向板34以致它与滑块40对准。然而门把手还没有被转动。
图5表示一位置,其中门把手已经沿一个方向转动。当转动发生时,联锁凸轮44与门把手一起转动,并且吊耳58在一侧上向上推动滑块40驱动锁舌凸轮38。锁舌26示意性地图示并且如同以前所述,当锁舌凸轮38转动时可能如已知的那样操作。图6表示沿相反方向的运动。
因而本发明允许用户仅仅利用典型地与一个锁相联系的把手开启或锁定两个门锁。在这种方式中,本发明从而简化了门的使用。此外,因为仅仅容许批准的用户所以提供了足够的安全性。对于本申请的目的,“把手”意味着是用于驱动锁的锁杆、插销或任何其它结构。
虽然联锁装置仅在外表面上示出,通过简单地增加第二传感器可在内表面上提供类似的联锁装置。
尽管已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,本领域的普通技术人员将认识到许多改变将归属于本发明范围之内。为此,下面的权利要求书应该力图确定本发明的实质范围和内容。

Claims (14)

1.一种门锁装置,包括:
具有锁舌插销的锁舌,以及用于转动以驱动所述锁舌插销的锁舌凸轮;
具有插销的成套门锁,以及驱动所述门锁插销的把手;
用于检测希望进入与所述门锁装置相关联的建筑物的个人特征的生物传感器,以及将检测到的特征与存储的特征比较以识别用户是批准的个人的控制器;
当所述把手在一定条件下被驱动时,用于有选择地驱动所述锁舌插销的联锁装置;以及
所述联锁装置被移动到一位置,在该位置当所述控制器检测到该个人是批准的个人而驱动所述把手时,它能驱动所述锁舌插销;
所述联锁凸轮通常与驱动所述联锁装置的驱动结构不对准,并且当控制器检测到批准的个人时,所述联锁凸轮移动与所述驱动结构对准。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述锁舌以及所述成套门锁具有设于门外表面的外部驱动结构,所述联锁装置为驱动所述外表面上的把手工作。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述生物传感器识别指纹。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述弹簧通常偏压与驱动结构不对准的所述联锁凸轮,并且当识别批准的个人时,电动机转动结构以便克服弹簧力传动所述联锁凸轮。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其中,当识别批准的个人时,蜗轮传动齿轮依次驱动斜面凸轮,以迫使联锁凸轮到对准位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述驱动结构包括由所述联锁凸轮有选择地传动的一对滑块元件。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述联锁凸轮根据转动运动的方向传动所述滑块元件中的一个。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述滑块元件驱动锁舌凸轮。
9.一种用于有选择地联锁带有锁舌的成套门锁的联锁结构,以致成套门锁的把手的驱动也将驱动锁舌,包括:
当门锁把手转动时有选择地驱动锁舌凸轮的联锁驱动结构;以及
有选择地驱动所述联锁结构的联锁凸轮,当被批准的个人还没有被与联锁结构相关联的生物传感器识别时,所述联锁凸轮位于第一位置,当在所述第一位置时所述联锁凸轮不驱动所述联锁驱动结构,并且所述联锁凸轮被移到它将驱动联锁驱动结构的第二位置,当批准的个人已经被识别时,所述联锁凸轮被传动到第二位置,以致把手的转动运动将驱动锁舌;
所述弹簧通常偏压与联锁驱动结构不对准的所述联锁凸轮并且处在所述第一位置,以及当识别批准的个人时,电动机转动结构以便克服弹簧力传动所述联锁凸轮。
10.如权利要求9所述的结构,其中,所述联锁结构由在门外表面上的把手驱动工作。
