本发明属于铸铁轧辊焊补方法。本发明工艺简单,采用直流反接手工冷焊,采用底层、中层、表层三种不同的焊条,分底层、中层、表层施焊,焊层温控≤100℃,焊层之间焊道交错,焊后经过加工即可重新使用。

Description

本发明属于铸铁轧辊焊补方法。
轧辊是轧制工艺中的主要部件之一。而铸铁轧辊由于硬度高、耐磨性好、价格低廉,所以得到广泛应用。随着轧制品种的增加,轧辊的孔型要相应的变化;同时在轧制过程中轧辊出现掉肉掉台现象,而且越来越严重,直至轧辊报废,此时必须更换轧辊。而且每次换辊都要试轧几根坯,因此影响轧机的作业率,降低了成材率,提高了成本。
铸铁轧辊由于本身含碳量高,采用冷焊焊补部位凝固快,焊补所产生的气体不易排出,从而产生气孔,形成裂纹源。加上轧制压力大,工作条件恶劣,迄今未找到合适的铸铁轧辊焊补方法。
本发明的铸铁轧辊焊补部位结合强度高,满足在强大轧制力作用下焊补部位不脱落。焊肉有基本相当于辊面的耐磨性和耐冷热疲劳性。焊补后的铸铁轧辊经过加工后可以重新使用,或者改孔型,实现一辊多用。本发明的目的在于提供一种铸铁轧辊的焊补方法,使铸铁轧辊焊补部位结合强度高,满足在强大轧制力作用下焊补部位不脱落。
本发明采用了三种焊条:
1.底层焊条,φ3.2~4.0mm,化学成分为:C≤1.2%,Si≤1.0%,Mn 0.5~2.0%,S、P≤0.035%,Ni≥35%,Cu0.1~1.0%,B≤0.01%,Fe≤50%。
2.中层焊条,φ5-7.8mm,化学成分为:C≤0.8%,Si0.5~1.5%,Mn5~15%,Cr2.0~10.0%,Mo2.0~8.0%,Nb0.01~0.1%,V0.1~1.0%,余为铁。
3.表层焊条,φ5~7.8mm,化学成分为:C≤0.2%,Si0.5~1.5%,Mn2.0~5.0%,S、P≤0.035%,Cr15~25%,Ni10~25%,W0.1~1.0%,Nb≤1.0,余为铁。
本发明工艺简单,采用直流反接手工冷焊,其特征在于分别采用底层、中层、表层三种不同的焊条,分底层、中层、表层施焊,底层焊接电流100~120A,只焊一层厚度1~2mm;中层电流180~280A,表层电流200~300A。焊层控温≤100℃,焊层之间焊道交错,各层硬度(HV值)控制为母材210~250,热影响区230~300,中层200~220,表层208~230。现场气温高于10℃焊接时不需预热,焊后不需热处理;若气温低于10℃可先用煤气烘烤到50~100℃,保温0.5~1.0小时即可焊补;焊后再烤到50~100℃保温1小时即可加工。在焊接过程中用锤击消除内应力。
本发明方法的应用例和应用效果:在鞍钢φ580mm型钢轧辊和热轧薄板轧辊上进行了焊补,使用效果良好。详见下表:

Claims (1)

1、一种铸铁轧辊的焊补方法,采用直流反接手工冷焊,其特征在于分别采用底层、中层、表层三种不同的焊条,分底层、中层、表层施焊,底层焊接电流100~120A,只焊一层厚度1~2mm;中层电流180~280A;表层电流200~300A,焊层温控≤100℃,焊层之间焊道交错,在现场气温高于10℃时焊接不需预热,焊后不需热处理;若气温低于10℃,可先用煤气烘烤到50~100℃,保温0.5~1.0小时即可加工,在焊接过程中用锤击消除内应力。
