本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是涉及一种微创注剂式安全劈核刀。它由注射器接口、滑块、导向槽、不锈钢丝束、套杆和切割环组成。套杆为中空管状体,其上端与注射器接口相连,注射器接口的侧壁有一矩形孔,此矩形孔的两侧分别有一导向槽,滑块为矩形块,滑块与导向槽成动配合关系,不锈钢丝束处于套杆的通道中,不锈钢丝束的上端与滑块中部的凸起相接,下端是切割环,切割环为不锈钢丝环。本发明减小了手术对前房壁的损伤,增加了手术的安全性,降低了手术操作的难度。

微创注剂式安全劈核刀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是涉及一种微创注剂式安全劈核刀。
背景技术
在白内障囊外摘除手术中有以下两点难题:
1.在使用劈核刀劈开白内障核时,力度不好控制:力度轻了难以将核劈开;力度重了,在劈开白内障核的同时又容易伤及其它部位。
2.在需要将白内障的核劈开取出时,由于手术在前房操作,前房内空间小,需注入粘弹剂增加前房空间后再进行劈核操作,操作过程中部分粘弹剂会从切口溢出,前房内空间再度减小,这样使手术难度增大,容易损伤角膜内层皮,造成角膜失代偿的严重手术并发症。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术的不足,提供一种既能不使眼内其他部位受损,又能方便地将白内障的核劈开,还可在劈核的同时注入粘弹剂的微创注剂式安全劈核刀。
解决本发明技术问题的方案是:微创注剂式安全劈核刀由注射器接口、滑块、导向槽、不锈钢丝束、套杆和切割环组成。套杆为中空管状体,其上端与注射器接口相连,套杆下端的端头为光滑的环形体。套杆的侧壁有一矩形孔,此矩形孔的两侧分别有一导向槽,导向槽与套杆为一整体。滑块为矩形块,滑块的中部有一凸起,两侧分别有一凸条。滑块中部的凸起从套杆侧壁的矩形孔伸入套杆的通道内,滑块两侧的凸条分别处于每个导向槽中,滑块与导向槽成动配合关系。不锈钢丝束处于套杆的通道中,不锈钢丝束的上端与滑块中部的凸起相接,不锈钢丝束的下端是切割环。切割环为不锈钢丝环。
本发明在手术切口打开后,先向后移滑块将切割环回缩入套杆中,将套杆下端伸入前房,再向前推滑块使切割环伸出,用注射器与注射器接口连接,并通过套杆的通道直接注入粘弹剂,前房加深后,将切割环套于待切的白内障核上,用力向后滑动滑块,切割环在不锈钢丝束的拉力下向套杆的通道内回缩,白内障核被切割环切开,如此重复几次,白内障核被切割成多块。
采用上述方案,能达到以下效果:
1.由于套杆在伸入前房之前,切割环回缩于套杆中,手术切口仅供套杆通过,因此手术切口的尺寸可以减小,这就减小了手术对前房壁的损伤。
2.由于本发明采用切割环来切白内障核,切割环不对白内障核以外的前房内的其他部位施力,因此无论切割力度无论大小与否,都不会伤及前房内的其他部位。这样就增加了手术的安全性。也降低了手术操作的难度。
3.由于套杆的通道可持续向前房输送粘弹剂,避免了因粘弹剂外流而造成的前房空间的缩小,进一步保证了手术的顺利进行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
微创注剂式安全劈核刀由注射器接口 1、滑块 2、导向槽 3、不锈钢丝束 4、套杆 5和切割环6组成。套杆5为中空管状体,其上端与注射器接口1相连,套杆5下端的端头为光滑的环形体。套杆5的侧壁有一矩形孔,此矩形孔的两侧分别有一导向槽3,导向槽3与套杆5为一整体。滑块2为矩形块,滑块2的中部有一凸起,两侧分别有一凸条。滑块2中部的凸起从套杆5侧壁的矩形孔伸入套杆5的通道内,滑块2两侧的凸条分别处于每个导向槽3中,滑块2与导向槽3成动配合关系。不锈钢丝束4处于套杆5的通道中,不锈钢丝束4的上端与滑块2中部的凸起相接,不锈钢丝束4的下端是切割环6。切割环6为不锈钢丝环。本发明在手术切口打开后,先向后移滑块2将切割环6回缩入套杆5中,将套杆5下端伸入前房,再向前推滑块2使切割环6伸出,用注射器与注射器接口1连接,并通过套杆5的通道直接注入粘弹剂,前房加深后,将切割环6套于待切的白内障核上,用力向后滑动滑块2,切割环6在不锈钢丝束4的拉力下向套杆5的通道内回缩,白内障核被切割环6切开,如此重复几次,白内障核被切割成多块。

1.一种微创注剂式安全劈核刀由注射器接口、滑块、导向槽、不锈钢丝束、套杆和切割环组成,其特征是:套杆为中空管状体,其上端与注射器接口相连,套杆下端的端头为光滑的环形体,套杆的侧壁有一矩形孔,此矩形孔的两侧分别有一导向槽,导向槽与套杆为一整体,滑块为矩形块,滑块的中部有一凸起,两侧分别有一凸条,滑块中部的凸起从套杆侧壁的矩形孔伸入套杆的通道内,滑块两侧的凸条分别处于每个导向槽中,滑块与导向槽成动配合关系,不锈钢丝束处于套杆的通道中,不锈钢丝束的上端与滑块中部的凸起相接,不锈钢丝束的下端是切割环,切割环为不锈钢丝环。
