本实用新型是一种可同时注入粘弹剂的白内障晶状体劈核刀,它属于眼科医疗器械技术领域。它是在小切口无缝线非超声乳化术中使用,为了解决小切口无缝线非超声乳化术中需反复将晶状体劈核刀拿出前房并注入粘弹剂,从而造成手术时间延长并可能造成角膜失代偿的严重手术并发症的问题而设计。该劈核刀内有一粘弹剂通道,手术中粘弹剂通过刀体部(3)中的粘弹剂通道到达刀刃部(2)的粘弹剂通道,然后从刀刃部上方的粘弹剂出口(1)到达前房,从而达到在劈核过程中,前房始终保持,避免劈核刀损伤角膜内皮层。且将粘弹剂注入与劈核两个步骤合二为一,达到减少手术时间的目的。

本实用新型属于眼科医疗器械技术领域,它是一种小切口无缝线非超声乳化术中使用的白内障晶状体劈核刀。
背景技术
在白内障囊外摘除术中,手术切口越小,术后恢复越快,手术缝线越少,术后散光越少,术后视力提高越好。现在小切口无缝线非超声乳化术应用越来越广。由于手术切口小,约为4-6mm左右,手术需要将白内障的核劈开取出,由于手术在前房操作,前房内空间小,需注入粘弹剂增加前房空间后再进行劈核操作,操作过程中部分粘弹剂会从切口溢出,前房空间再度减少,这样劈核操作的难度大,易损伤角膜内皮层,造成角膜失代偿的严重手术并发症。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种可同时注入粘弹剂的白内障晶状体劈核刀。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种白内障晶状体劈核刀,包括与一次性粘弹剂注射器连接的粘弹剂注射器接口和其间有空腔的刀体、刀刃部,刀刃部上方有粘弹剂出口。
本实用新型在手术中切口打开后先水平伸入前房,通过劈核刀本身的粘弹剂通道直接注入粘弹剂,前房加深后,将其垂直一边注入粘弹剂一边将白内障晶状体核切开两或三块,然后用白内障术中常用的注水圈套器套出晶状体核碎块。
本实用新型的有益效果是,在劈核过程中,前房始终保持,避免劈核刀损伤角膜内皮层。且将粘弹剂注入与劈核两个步骤合二为一,从而达到减少手术时间的目的。

具体实施方式
在图1中示实施例中,一次性粘弹剂注射器与粘弹剂注射器接口(1)连接,粘弹剂通过刀体部中的粘弹剂通道到达刀刃部(2)的粘弹剂通道(4),然后从刀刃部(2)上方的粘弹剂出口(3)到达前房,从而达到在劈核过程中,前房始终保持,避免劈核刀损伤角膜内皮层。且将粘弹剂注入与劈核两个步骤合二为一,达到减少手术时间的目的。
