技术领域
本发明属于水泵领域,尤其涉及一种可排气式离心水泵。
背景技术
现有的离心水泵一般由电机、泵座、叶扇、泵嘴等构成,它的泵嘴中泵室的横截面积与泵嘴进水口的横截面积比为1:0.1~1:0.2,由于泵嘴进水口面积小,在抽富含气体的液体(如碳酸饮料)时,会在泵室的上部产生大量气泡,至使液体不能充分进入泵室,造成抽空,这样水泵须经多次启动排气,直至液体含气减少时,水泵才能正常泵出液体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种工艺简单、加工容易、效率高、能瞬时抽出富含气体的液体的可排气式离心水泵。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种可排气式离心水泵,包括电机、泵座、磁环、盖板、密封圈、叶扇、泵架、泵嘴、螺丝,泵座、磁环依次套在电机轴上,所述泵座与盖板前端连接,盖板尾端套在叶扇内,叶扇与盖板之间垫有密封圈,所述叶扇、泵架依次置于泵嘴的泵室中,泵嘴外表面设有出水口,出水口与泵室连通,泵嘴与泵座由螺丝固定,所述泵嘴中泵室的横截面积与泵嘴进水口的横截面积比为1:0.3~1:0.8。
优选地,所述泵嘴中泵室的横截面积与泵嘴进水口的横截面积比为1:0.55~1:0.65。
优选地,所述泵嘴中泵室的横截面积与泵嘴进水口的横截面积比为1:0.6。
本发明与现有技术相比,由于增大了泵嘴进水口的横截面积,使积聚在泵嘴中泵室上方的气体能轻易地从泵嘴进水口排出,这样液体充满泵室并从叶片获得能量,满足了富含气体的液体瞬时从泵嘴抽出的要求,避免了多次启动才能抽出富含气体的液体;另外,本发明工艺简单、加工容易、效率高。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的可排气式离心水泵包括电机1、泵座2、磁环3、盖板4、密封圈5、叶扇6、泵架7、泵嘴8、螺丝9,泵座2、磁环3依次套在电机轴101上,泵座2与盖板4前端连接,盖板4尾端套在叶扇6内,叶扇6与盖板4之间垫有密封圈5,叶扇6、泵架7依次置于泵嘴8的泵室801中,泵嘴8外表面设有泵嘴出水口802,泵嘴出水口802与泵室801连通,泵嘴8与泵座2由螺丝9固定,泵嘴8中泵室801的横截面积与泵嘴进水口803的横截面积比可为1:0.3~1:0.8,最佳的比例为1:0.6。
请再参阅图1和图2,安装时,电机轴101伸入泵座2内,套上磁环3,并按顺序装上盖板4、密封圈5、叶扇6、泵架7、泵嘴8,把泵座2与泵嘴8用螺丝9固定即可。工作时,电机1高速旋转,由套在电机轴101上的磁环3带动叶扇6旋转,液体从泵嘴进水口803泵室801,继而进入叶扇6,积聚的气体10从泵嘴进水口803排出,达到排气的目的,液体经叶扇6获得能量,从泵嘴出水口802被抛出,达到抽水的目的。
本发明将泵嘴进水口803增大,使泵嘴中泵室801与泵嘴进水口803的横截面积比为1:0.3~1:0.8。在工作时,由于泵嘴进水口803增大,使液体能充分进入泵室801,这样泵室801中液体比重就会大于气体比重,气体就很快从泵室801被挤出并从泵嘴进水口803排出,气体被排出后液体受到泵嘴进水口803外的压力从泵嘴出水口802排出。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此,在不偏离本发明构思条件下的等同替换都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种可排气式离心水泵,其特征在于,包括电机、泵座、磁环、盖板、密封圈、叶扇、泵架、泵嘴、螺丝,泵座、磁环依次套在电机轴上,所述泵座与盖板前端连接,盖板尾端套在叶扇内,叶扇与盖板之间垫有密封圈,所述叶扇、泵架依次置于泵嘴到泵室中,泵嘴外表面设有出水口,出水口与泵室连通,泵嘴与泵座由螺丝固定,所述泵嘴中泵室的横截面积与泵嘴进水口的横截面积比为1∶0.3~1∶0.8,工作时,电机高速旋转,由套在电机轴上的磁环带动叶扇旋转,液体从泵嘴进水口进入泵室,继而进入叶扇,积聚的气体从泵嘴进水口排出,达到排气的目的,液体经叶扇获得能量,从泵嘴出水口被抛出,达到抽水的目的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可排气式离心水泵,其特征在于,所述泵嘴中泵室的横截面积与泵嘴进水口的横截面积比为1∶0.55~1∶0.65。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可排气式离心水泵,其特征在于,所述泵嘴中泵室的横截面积与泵嘴进水口的横截面积比为1∶0.6。
