技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装在飞机轮子上的传感器与安装在飞机上的固定处理装置之间的通信装置。
背景技术
在飞行中,通常的实践是借助设置在轮子的轮缘上的压力传感器来连续地监测胎压。该传感器连接至与轮子一起旋转的第一天线,该第一天线面向在轮轴端部承载的固定天线延伸,并且通过在轴内延伸的电连接件来连接至用于处理来自传感器的信息的处理装置。因此,当轮子被拆卸掉时,就无需脱开处理装置的传感器。然而,这样设置的通信装置是相对暴露的,例如在受到外部障碍物撞击时可能会受到损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于通信装置的具体布置,使其能被更好地保护。
根据本发明,提供一种飞机起落架,该起落架包括至少一根轴,该轴具有至少一个安装成在其上旋转的轮子,起落架包括用于将安装在轮子的轮缘上的传感器连接至安装在飞机上的固定处理装置的通信装置,该通信装置包括旋转式天线和固定式天线,旋转式天线安装在轮子的轮缘上以与其一起旋转并且连接至传感器,固定式天线面向旋转式天线,从而两天线电磁关联,固定式天线连接至处理装置,其中,固定式天线和旋转式天线在轮子面向起落架的内侧上延伸。
因此,通信装置被完全隐藏而不露到外面,由此保护其不受可能会有的撞击。此外,固定式天线不再通过在轴内延伸的长的电连接件连接至处理装置,而可通过经过轴外侧的短的电连接件来连接,由此能更简单地连接固定式天线。

具体实施方式
附图示出了飞机前端起落架1的支脚的底部,其承载两个不包括制动器的轮子2。轮子2包括轮缘3,每个轮缘都由两个并置的半轮缘以传统方式构成,并且它们的轮胎用虚线示出。
轮缘3被接纳在从起落架1的任一侧延伸的轴上,并且它们被安装成通过轴承5在其上旋转。对于每个轮子2,可限定面向起落架1的内侧和能被看到的外侧。应该观察到的是,由前轮起落架1承载的轮子2没有任何制动器。
每个轮缘3配装有压力传感器10,该压力传感器10插入形成在突出部11中的螺纹孔中,该孔与轮胎内部连通。传感器因此处在可监测胎内压力的位置上。
每个轮缘3具有固定于其上的第一支承件12,该第一支承件12承载与轮子2一起旋转的旋转式第一天线13。压力传感器10易于通过连接电缆14连接至旋转式第一天线13。面向旋转式第一天线13延伸了由第二支承件16承载的固定式第二天线15,该第二支承件16是固定的并且配装在轴4上。固定式第二天线15连接至由固定的第二支承件16承载的固定连接器17。
固定支承件16螺纹地拧到环18上,该环18还形成用于轮子轴承中一个的轴向抵靠件。如同可以从图2中具体看到的那样,通过指状件19防止环18旋转,该指状件19穿入轴4中的槽口中。
所示的两根天线是圆形的,并且它们定中心于轮子的轴线上。它们彼此面向地延伸,从而它们电磁关联,自然地放置在轴的外侧。
根据本发明,旋转式天线13由轮子2承载在其面向起落架的内侧上。面向旋转式天线13的固定式天线15因此同样地在轮子2的内侧上延伸。此外,压力传感器10也安装在轮子2的内侧上。所有这些物体都容纳在轮缘3之内。唯一超出轮缘3的突出部是由连接器17的端部构成的,如同具体可在左侧轮缘上未以剖视图形式清晰地看到的那样。
这样设置的连接器17尤其接近起落架1,因此可连接到一电缆,该电缆沿着起落架向下延伸并且连接至用于处理由压力传感器10输送的信息的处理装置(未示出)。该电缆用虚线表示,并且因此不沿着轴4的内部通过。这种设置能非常简单地连接电缆,能用较短的电缆,并且还无需开出使轴通向起落架1的支脚底部之内的任何孔。由于旋转式天线13和固定式天线15之间的电磁关联,由压力传感器10测量的压力信息可输送到处理装置。
由已知起落架承载的轮子没有制动器,所以轮缘完全脱开于其内侧上,因此可接纳本发明的通信装置。
可以从附图中看到,这种设置使轴的端部完全自由,因此能够让端部接纳用于拖曳飞机的构件。

Claims (3)
