背景技术
这种摩擦锁紧机构例如由DE 195 81 436 C1已知。摩擦锁紧机构例如应用于车辆座椅的调整机构中。
与DE 41 29 617 A1中已知的可切换的离合器装置一样,DE 19581 436 C1所披露的摩擦锁紧机构具有两个相互同轴设置的、可绕共同的几何轴线转动的部件,即主动元件和从动元件。只要不操作主动元件,从动元件就应该不能转动。为此目的而设置夹紧滚子,所述夹紧滚子一方面抵靠在从动元件的夹紧斜面上,另一方面抵靠在不可转动的外壳的内圆柱形表面上。夹紧滚子通过弹簧力保持在持续的夹紧准备状态。为了取消从动元件的锁定,需要将那些阻碍从动元件沿特定旋转方向旋转的夹紧滚子从其夹紧位置中挤压出来。这通过安装在主动元件上的棘爪实现。棘爪同时还具有在主动元件旋转的过程中带动从动元件的任务。为此从动元件具有可以作用在棘爪上的挡块。根据DE 41 29 617 A1以及DE 195 81 436 C1所述的装置总体涉及成熟的结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进出一种可双向开关的摩擦锁紧机构,其尤其是适合于座椅调整装置以及窗玻璃提升驱动装置。
本发明目的通过带有以下特征的摩擦锁紧机构实现,所述摩擦锁紧机构包括主动元件和从动元件,所述主动元件和从动元件可相对于外壳转动,其中夹紧体能够将扭矩从动元件传递到所述外壳中,并能通过所述主动元件的转动消除夹紧体的夹紧作用,所述夹紧体设置用于将扭矩从主动元件传递到从动元件上。所述摩擦锁紧机构具有可转动的主动元件、与所述主动元件同轴的可转动的从动元件、一具有夹紧面的外壳以及至少一个夹紧体,优选具有多个夹紧体,所述夹紧体设置成用于可相对于外壳锁定从动元件。通过摆动所述主动元件,可以消除锁定即夹紧作用。在主动元件的摆动过程中,使用此前阻碍从动元件沿着特定方向旋转的相同夹紧元件,以便将扭矩从主动元件传动到从动元件上。夹紧体同样也具有双重功能,即一方面在不操作主动元件时阻碍从动元件相对于外壳旋转的功能,另一方面将引入主动元件的扭矩传递到从动元件上并由此带动该从动元件。与传统的摩擦锁紧机构相比,夹紧体特别是夹紧滚子的双重功能不需要任何辅助结构空间。
为了将引入主动元件中的扭矩经夹紧体传递到从动元件上,优选所述从动元件具有凸起,所述凸起沿着形成在从动元件和外壳之间的环形腔的方向延伸,所述凸起构成用于夹紧元件、尤其是夹紧滚子的挡块。相反,在从动元件上的止挡面不设置用于直接撞击主动元件。因此,与传统的摩擦锁紧机构相比,所述从动元件允许特别紧密地装备有夹紧元件,由此相对于摩擦锁紧机构的尺寸而言可以传递大的扭矩。
在有利的设计方案中,从动元件的唯一的径向向外指向的凸起构成用于一对夹紧元件的两个挡块,其沿相反的旋转方向起作用,只要没有借助于主动元件被从其夹紧位置挤压出来。所述挡块能将力以及由此将扭矩从主动元件经由可选择的两个夹紧元件中的一个传递到从动元件上,所述挡块处于两个在从动元件的圆周面上形成的夹紧斜面之间。
设计成压力弹簧的弹簧元件处于在从动元件和外壳之间构成的环形腔的内部在其与从动元件的凸起相同的圆周区域中,所述弹簧元件将与从动元件的凸起相邻的两个夹紧元件保持在夹紧准备状态。因为没有夹紧元件可以克服(例如越过)所述凸起,所以只能以有利的方式有限地压缩所述弹簧元件。优选的是对所述从动元件的凸起以及弹簧元件设计成使得优选被设计成螺旋弹簧的弹簧元件在摩擦锁紧机构的所有运行状态中都不会被锁定。因此,弹簧元件的会导致摩擦锁紧机构的使用寿命缩短的过载原则上被排除。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了例如可用于座椅调整装置或车窗玻璃驱动装置中的摩擦锁紧机构1,其处于各种工作状态即处于锁定状态(图1)以及驱动状态(图2)。在摩擦锁紧机构的不可转动的外壳中设有彼此共轴且可转动的主动元件3以及从动元件4。从主动元件3可以只能看到多个在实施例中为六个棘爪5,所述棘爪5伸入到在从动元件4和外壳3的圆柱形内壁之间构成的环形腔7中。所述从动元件4与从动轴不可转动地相连,所述从动轴又不可转动地与未示出的从动齿轮相连或与其设计成一体。
在从动元件4的每两个棘爪5之间有两个夹紧体9即夹紧滚子处于环形腔7中。每个夹紧体9抵靠在外壳2的构成夹紧面的内壁6上以及抵靠在设计在从动元件表面上的夹紧斜面10上。处于两个棘爪5之间的环形腔7中的两个夹紧斜面沿着不同的方向倾斜,使得设置在棘爪5之间的所述成对的夹紧体9沿着相方的旋转方向被夹紧。为了确保持久的夹紧待命,夹紧体9通过插入在其间的、被设计成螺旋弹簧的弹簧元件12分别抵靠在夹紧斜面10上。在弹簧元件12所处的圆周区域中,从动元件4的径向向外伸出的凸起13被设计在所述两个夹紧斜面10之间。如图1所示,只要从动元件4处于锁定位置中,凸起13就限定用于弹簧元件12的空间,除此之外没有任何功能。
与如图1所示的布置相比,在如图2所示的布置中主动元件3沿着逆时针方向转动。棘爪5在主动元件3的旋转过程中作为开关保持架带动各第二夹紧体9并使之与从动元件4的棘爪5的数量对应的总共六个凸起13接触。在凸起13上形成的与夹紧斜面10相邻的棱边11也被称为冲浪板边(Popoutkanten)。在从动元件4的圆周上形成的处于夹紧斜面10和凸起13之间的过渡区进行倒角,以在从动元件4上实现夹紧体9的平整支承。
因此,夹紧体9适合作为主动元件3和从动元件4之间的扭矩传递元件。所述弹簧元件12在从动元件4的旋转过程中借助主动元件3来压缩,其中通过设计凸起确保一直保持剩余弹性路径(Restfederweg)。那些在根据图2所示的布置中没有触及棘爪5的夹紧体9仅在主动元件3沿逆时针转动的过程中被锁定,使得从动元件4可以被主动元件3沿着逆时针方向驱动。从动元件4也可通过主动元件4以类似的方式沿着逆时针驱动。

Claims (5)

1.一种摩擦锁紧机构(1),包括主动元件(3)和从动元件(4),所述主动元件和从动元件可相对于外壳(2)转动,其中夹紧体(9)能够将扭矩从动元件(4)传递到所述外壳(2)中,并能通过所述主动元件(3)的转动消除夹紧体(9)的夹紧作用,其特征在于,所述夹紧体(9)设置用于将扭矩从主动元件(3)传递到从动元件(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦锁紧机构(1),其特征在于:设有由第一夹紧体和第二夹紧体构成的一对夹紧体,所述第一夹紧体实现在从动元件(4)和外壳(2)之间沿第一旋转方向的扭矩传递,所述第二夹紧体实现在从动元件(4)和外壳(2)之间沿相反旋转方向的扭矩传递。
3.根据权利要求2所述的摩擦锁紧机构(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(2)具有限定环形腔(7)的内圆柱形的夹紧面(6),夹紧体(9)设置在所述环形腔中,并且所述从动元件(4)具有与夹紧体(9)共同作用的夹紧斜面(10),其中,在圆周方向上相邻的夹紧斜面(10)沿着相反的方向相对于夹紧面(6)倾斜,并且在环形腔(7)中设置一弹簧元件(12),所述弹簧元件朝向夹紧体(9)的各自的夹紧位置的方向对夹紧体(9)加载力,并且从动元件(4)在那些其中设有弹簧元件(12)的圆周区域中具有一径向向外指向的凸起(13),所述凸起(13)分别构成用于各夹紧体(9)的在主动元件(3)的转动过程中起作用的挡块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的摩擦锁紧机构(1),其特征在于:所述从动元件(4)的凸起(13)被构造成使弹簧元件(12)不会由于一个或多个夹紧体(9)的作用而可完全被压缩。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的摩擦锁紧机构(1),其特征在于:设置一螺旋弹簧作为弹簧元件(12)。
