技术领域
[01]本发明涉及用于安装在固定环上的覆盖元件,环和覆盖元件一起形成用以把分配系统例如泵或阀固定在容器颈部上的固定装置。本发明还涉及这类覆盖元件的生产方法。本发明也涉及包括容器、分配系统(泵或阀)及集成本发明覆盖元件的固定装置的流体产品分配器。这类流体产品分配器通常被使用在香水、化妆品又或医药的领域中。
背景技术
[02]环的覆盖元件可具有多种技术和/或美学功能。覆盖元件的第一技术功能在于把固定环保持或紧固在容器颈部上。事实上,可以使用覆盖元件来防止环向外变形及由此防止环从容器颈部脱落。覆盖元件的另一美学功能在于包覆固定环从而赋予其美观性。因此使用能为其赋予美观性的材料和造型来实现覆盖元件。覆盖元件可由塑料材料或金属制造。
[03]无论覆盖元件完成美学功能还是技术功能,重要的是它被固定地保持在固定环上。事实上,当向上拉时,覆盖元件不应轻易地从环上被拔下。因此覆盖元件和环之间的固定需要具有高度的抗拉强度或牢固性。为了改善覆盖元件在环上的牢固性,已知实现利用向内突出的凸体而与环紧密接触的套箍内壁。这尤其是在文献EP-0704250和US-6253941中的情况。在上述欧洲文献中,提出在覆盖元件的内壁上实现倾斜浮凸件。所述倾斜浮凸件能使套箍的覆盖元件轻松取下,以用于回收。在上述美国文献中,提出在覆盖元件内壁处实现连续环形的槽或肋。所述槽或肋赋予良好的抗拉强度,但当涉及阻止覆盖元件旋转时这些槽或肋丝毫不起作用。
发明内容
[04]本发明的目的在于通过形成具有特别强大的抗拉强度和抗旋转性的覆盖元件,来弥补现有技术的上述缺点。
[05]为了达到所述目的,本发明提出用于安装在固定环上的覆盖元件,所述固定环和所述覆盖元件一起形成用以把如泵或阀的分配系统固定在容器颈部上的固定装置,所述覆盖元件的总体构形基本呈柱状且包括外壁及内壁,所述内壁用于紧密接触在所述环的周围,所述内壁形成至少一自底区凹陷的细长的槽,其特征在于,所述槽由多个槽区段形成,所述槽区段被非开槽区分隔开,从而形成局部间断的槽。
[06]换言之,覆盖元件的内壁具有设置成一条线或多条线的槽区段。事实上,可考虑仅制出唯一的槽,所述槽以几何形(螺旋、正弦等)路线或不规则的线路延伸。当然,为了实用性,更简单的是实现彼此平行延伸的直线形槽。例如可以设置基本垂直的槽,也就是槽平行于柱形覆盖元件的轴线设置。在实施变型中,可以设置基本水平的槽,从而形成间断的环形槽。还可以形成倾斜的槽。槽区段的端部可以改善抗拉强度和/或抗旋转性。在槽垂直设置的情况下,端部十分有助于抗拉强度。在水平环形槽的情况下,端部极大地有助于抗旋转性。在倾斜槽的情况下,端部同时有助于抗旋转性和抗拉强度。端部有助于牢固度是由于构成固定环的塑料材料在区段内蠕动,且因此形成能阻止抽拉提取或旋转移动所需的足够锁固点。因此,区段的增加能获得较大的牢固度。换言之,区段的端部赋予在相应于槽定向的方向上的牢固度。
[07]按照一有利的实施方式,槽区段在肋的纵向方向上延长,各区段形成两端部和两长边缘,两区段的相邻端部被所述底区分开。长边缘赋予在给定方向上的牢固度,而端部赋予在垂直方向上的牢固度。
[08]按照另一实用的实施方式,所述区段由材料移动实现,从而被移动材料团处在各区段的边沿上。这些被移动材料团本身构成凸起或凹陷的型体,其进一步有助于覆盖元件在固定环上的牢固度。
[09]本发明还限定如上所述的覆盖元件的第一生产方法,其包括如下连续的步骤:a)通过金属冲压制成覆盖元件,然后b)通过移除材料以形成间断的槽来加工区段。使用移除材料的加工技术唯一的缺点在于,其会产生难以被完全清除的碎屑或金属屑。因此,本发明提出另一生产方法,其中,加工步骤通过移动材料、而非移除材料进行。通过移动材料加工的技术具有的优点在于,它不会产生任何碎屑或金属屑。在所述情况下,例如可通过压整或滚压来实现所述加工步骤。
[10]本发明还限定流体产品分配器,其包括容器、分配系统以及集成上述限定的覆盖元件的固定装置。

具体实施方式
[20]在用来示出本发明的实施例中,覆盖元件同时完成技术功能和美观功能。事实上,覆盖元件构成从外部可见的元件,因此赋予其美观性。这就是为什么覆盖元件将在以下描述中用经常使用在香水和化妆品领域内的术语即“包覆套箍”来表示。由于如以下所示的,套箍包覆住固定环,因而“包覆”这用语尤显合适。
[21]首先参考图1至图4,详细解释按照本发明的包覆套箍的第一实施方式。套箍在其整体上由参考数字1指代。套箍可以用塑料材料或用金属制成。套箍的总体构形基本呈具有凹空内部的柱形。更确切的是,套箍包括基本呈柱形的筒身10,该筒身包括下端部11和向内延伸的呈收进翻折部12形式的上端部。收进翻折部12的边缘限定开口13,所述开口延伸穿过筒身10。筒身10包括可见外壁14和内壁15。
[22]按照本发明,内壁15具有相对于柱形光滑的底区151呈凹形的槽16。所述槽由有限的槽区段17形成,所述槽区段垂直延伸,即平行于由筒身10形成的柱体的轴线X延伸。筒身10的内壁15因此具有24条槽16,这些槽16本身每一个均由3个在槽方向上延伸的槽区段形成。槽16彼此平行延伸,且以等距离分布在壁上。其它设置也同样可能。槽的数量还可以变化。参考图2,可见各槽16包括被非开槽区或平滑区分开的3个区段17。所述非开槽区可以由底区151形成。区段17具有长形的构形,处于与槽16相同的纵向方向上。因此,各区段形成两端部171和两长边缘172,如图2所示。还可以用延伸更短的构形来实现区段,从而各区段更确切地具有点状的形状。槽可以类似于断续线或虚线,其中的点段由槽区段构成。
[23]所述第一实施方式的一特征在于,槽16是垂直的,即其平行于筒身10形成的柱体的轴线X延伸。有利地,槽16没有一直延伸到下端部11处,但是开始于略高的地方,因而留出例如没有槽的下区域。同样,在筒身10的下端部处也没有设置槽。
[24]包覆套箍1用于与固定环2相配合,所述固定环具有完全传统的适合香水和化妆品领域的构形。环由塑料材料制成。固定环2包括裙部20,所述裙部20限定被垂直纵缝口22分开的爪21。各爪21在内部形成向内凸出的挂接头23。爪21被缝口22分隔开,从而赋予爪一定的变形能力,所述变形能力对于把环嵌插在颈部上是必要的。裙部20在其上端部被连接到盘24,盘24向内延长,形成锁紧座槽25,其功能将在以下给出。另一方面,环2包括导向壁26,更有利的是,所述导向壁向上延伸,与裙部20齐平。

[26]如上所述,环2用于把泵3固定在这里由参考数字4所表示的容器上。仅被部分示出的所述容器包括颈部40,所述颈部限定使容器内部与外部相连通的开口。颈部40限定环形上端边缘41和外围凸肩42。通过挂接头23接合在凸肩42下方,使得固定环2与所述颈部相配合。为了实现密封性,颈部垫圈27被压缩在上边缘41和环2的盘24之间。为了到达凸肩42的下方,挂接头23首先必须通到凸肩42之外。这是可能的,因为爪21可以径向地向外变形,以通过凸肩42。一旦通过凸肩,头23可以至少部分地被安设在凸肩42的下方。以完全常规的方式,包覆套箍1被安装在固定环2上,以使爪21绕颈部40锁止。为此,包覆套箍的内壁15将与环的外壁紧密接触,所述环的外壁在此由裙部20和导向壁26形成。优选地,底区的内径稍微小于固定环的直径。
[27]在按照第一实施方式的套箍的情况下,构成环2的塑料材料将在槽区段17内蠕动。在图3上,可见局部地、即仅在导向壁26处被接合到环2上的包覆套箍1。参考图4,其放大了图3的细部,可见区段17被环2的构成材料所填满。在未示出的最终位置,套箍1完全围绕环2,套箍的下端部11位于环下端部的下方,而收进翻折部支撑在导向壁26的上端部上。在所述最终的装配位置,由区段17形成的槽16被裙部20和导向壁26填充。更有利的是,套箍在槽区段的底部处的直径基本等于环在裙部处的外径。
[28]槽的垂直设置防止套箍绕环进行任何旋转。该抗旋转性主要由区段的边缘172保证。按照本发明,主要涉及到抽拉套箍时防止套箍从环上取下的抗拉强度,区段的端部还有助于套箍在环上的保持。塑料材料的蠕动性能很早就已获知。这些蠕变特征能使构成环的塑料材料在各区段内蠕动。端部相对于边缘的基本垂直的定向因而能同时保证良好的抗拉强度和抗旋转性。但与如前所述的现有技术文献中那样的连续槽却不是这种情况。
[29]这类局部间断的槽可采用不同的方式形成。可以例如在唯一的且相同的生产步骤中制成所述槽,例如通过模制塑料材料。只需要设置可形成被分隔区段的模具型腔即可。还可以通过唯一且单独的生产步骤来制成这种金属制的套箍,例如通过模制实现,尽管其不太实用。更有利地,本发明的套箍由以下两连续的步骤实现,即第一步在于通过冲压金属以形成光滑内壁来制出套箍,随后通过移除材料或移动材料以形成非连续的槽来加工区段。通过移动材料进行的加工技术更优,因为它不会产生碎屑或金属屑。可以例如使用压整或滚压技术来通过移动材料加工区段。图5是通过移动材料所加工的区段的特别放大图。如上所述,各区段17包括由两边缘172连接的两相反端部171。各凸起相对于内壁15所确定的底区151呈凹状延伸。区段17因此呈凹状凸伸,并形成向槽底部173汇聚的两侧面174。区段17因此具有基本三角形的截面。该形状允许更好地使固定环的构成材料进入。鉴于所述区段在这里通过移动材料、例如压整或滚压而制成,因而被移动材料团处在区段的边沿上。尤其在图5上可见,区段的完整周廓在边沿上具有相对底区151凸出的周边毛须部(barbe)。所述毛须部形成凸出的型体,这进一步有助于套箍在环上的保持。两区段因此被两个被移动材料团和一底区范围151界定(réparer)。
[30]参考图6,可见按本发明的包覆套箍的另一实施方式。包覆套箍1’在此处包括彼此平行延伸的倾斜槽16’。倾斜槽16’相对于套箍纵轴线的角度约为45°。在图7上可见,槽16’由被光滑区151分隔开的区段17形成。这些区段17可以例如采用模制、移除材料或移动材料等任何技术实现。由于区段17的倾斜定向,因而这些区段设置成相对于套箍的纵轴线成菱形。这种菱形设置同时保证良好的抗旋转性和抗拉强度。

Claims (10)

1.覆盖元件(1;1’;1”),其用于安装在固定环(2)上,所述固定环和所述覆盖元件一起形成用以把如泵或阀的分配系统(3)固定在容器颈部(40)上的固定装置,所述覆盖元件的总体构形基本呈柱状且包括外壁(14)及内壁(15),所述内壁用于紧密接触在所述环(2)的周围,所述内壁形成至少一自底区(151)凹陷的细长的槽(16),其特征在于,所述槽由多个槽区段(17)形成,所述槽区段被非开槽区分隔开,从而形成局部间断的槽。

8.按照权利要求6所述的覆盖元件的生产方法,其包括如下连续的步骤:
a)通过金属冲压以在内壁上形成连续的肋来制成覆盖元件,
b)通过移动材料以形成间断的槽来加工区段。
9.按照权利要求8所述的生产方法,其中,加工步骤通过压整或滚压实现。
10.流体产品分配器,其包括容器、分配系统以及集成按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的覆盖元件的固定装置。
