Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于将管子保持在传输流体的回路部件中的部件并涉及相应的回路部件。该回路部件可以是管道、送出和接收流体的部件,例如分流器、驱动器、液罐、电磁阀、泵……。
发明背景
已有的分流器包括本体,该本体具有两个平的相对的侧面并界定多个导管,这些导管具有在其两侧面之间从本体向外开启并配有用来耦合于各管子的快速耦合装置的端部。这些分流器可安装在导轨上,分流器沿导轨藉由其侧面被并排夹住和定位。在复杂的流体传输回路中,多个这样的导轨一起集中在箱体内以便于回路维护。复杂度增加的回路引发分流器数目增加,这样必须减小这些分流器(界定在其本体的侧面之间)的宽度以减少容纳它们的箱体的总尺寸。
不幸的是,可以看到分流器的本体的宽度是由其快速耦合装置的大小确定的。该耦合装置包括管锁紧件,它通常由固定垫圈或夹具构成。固定垫圈是一种内圆周被划分成多个齿以固定管子的可弹性变形垫圈。夹具是一端设有颈环(collar)而与之相对的一端设有其间界定可变形臂的多个平行延伸的轴向狭缝的衬套。每个臂的一端固定于颈环而自由端设有向内伸出的缘。不管锁紧件的类型是什么,为了完全延伸通过管子区,它是环形的并且具有远大于管径的外径。因此可以看出快速耦合装置沿相对管子的横断方向的总尺寸是由锁紧件的横断尺寸确定的。不幸的是,这些锁紧件目前的最小尺寸由于其形状无法进一步再做小。
DE-U-8322203号文献也公开一种用于在回路部件中锁紧一管子的部件,该锁紧件具有从中延伸出至少一个侧向管固定装置的承载部分。该承载部分是C形的并且存在打开和削弱固定装置作用的风险。
发明目的
因此提供呈小横断尺寸的锁紧件是有益的。
发明概述
为此,本发明提供一种将管子保持在回路部件中的锁紧件,该锁紧件包括从中延伸出至少一个用于固定管子的侧向固定装置的承载部分,承载部分基本呈连续环形形式,并具有主动(active)横断方向和被动(inactive)横断方向,沿所述主动横断方向设置固定装置,而沿所述被动横断方向承载部分不具有固定装置并表现出最小外径。
结果,在被动方向,锁紧件具有小于主动方向中所需的外径以使固定装置发挥作用。用来容纳该锁紧件的回路部件沿锁紧件的被动方向具有相对小的横断尺寸。承载部分的连续性使固定装置牢固和有效地啮合在管子上。
因此,本发明还提供一流体传送回路部件,它包括界定一导管并在相对导管横向延伸的方向上具有最小外径的本体,该本体配合有用来将管子保持在管道内的锁紧件,并且该锁紧件在回路部件的本体上被安装成锁紧件的被动方向平行于回路部件的本体的最小尺寸方向。

本发明的详细说明
图1-3示出总体以附图标号1表示的回路部件,例如分流器,它包括基本呈长方形形状的本体2。本体2具有两个平的、平行的侧面3和顶面4。本体2界定在形成于本体2顶面4上的凹口6中垂直向外开启的导管5。两侧面3隔开一距离(如构成回路部件1宽度的方向7所测得的距离),该距离形成本体2横向地相对导管5的最小尺寸。
凹口6容纳一装置,该装置总体以附图标号8表示,用来将管子(图中未示出)快速耦合于导管5。
同样参照图4,耦合装置8包括总体以附图标记9表示的定位件,它由具有一中央辐板10的模压薄片金属制成,从所述中央辐板10垂直地延伸出两相对的侧凸缘11。中央辐板10包括沿方向12彼此相对的两圆弧部分10.1以及联合圆弧部分10.1的两平行直线部分10.2。部分10.1和10.2界定一开口13,该开口13具有从圆弧部分10.1凸出的齿14。中央辐板10由此形成承载齿14的一个部分并具有连续环形的横截面。齿14被配置成咬入耦合于导管5的管子的外表面。由此相对强力地抵抗变形的中央辐板10的连续性使齿14牢固地压在管壁上,从而使齿14刺入其中。齿14设置成两个沿直径相对的组,它们在方向12周围聚集在一起以界定小于管段的贯通段。方向12被称为主动固定方向。直线部分10.2沿方向15彼此隔开一基本等于管子外径的距离,而圆弧部分彼此隔开一稍小于管子外径加上两倍齿14长度的和的距离。定位件9在被动固定方向15具有较小的外径尺寸。该较小的外径尺寸基本等于两侧面3之间界定的厚度。
侧凸缘11经由与直线部分10.2共线延伸的弯曲接头16连接于中央辐板10以避免插入管子时妨碍圆弧部分10.1的变形。固定齿17在侧凸缘11中被切出以从中向外凸起,从而咬入凹口6的侧翼以确保定位件9在凹口6中保持成定位件9的中央辐板10位于凹口6中的导管5的出口处。
定位件9可滑动地容纳一推块18,该推块18界定一通道,用来容纳耦合于导管5的管子,推块18具有两相对侧面19以可滑动地配合于定位件的侧凸缘11。螺栓20从推块18的每个侧面19凸出以可滑动地容纳在形成于相应侧凸缘11的狭缝21中。狭缝21平行于开口13的中轴线延伸以将推块18保持在定位件9上并引导推块18在连接位置和脱开位置之间滑动,在连接位置,推块18轻轻地靠在齿14上(齿14促使推块18进入连接位置),在脱开位置,推块18被推入以抬高齿14并由此增加它们界定的贯通段。
耦合装置还包括环形密封件22,该环形密封件22具有稍小于管子外径的内径并被容纳在导管5中的端部凹进5.1中。中央部分10将环形密封件22保持在端部凹进5.1中。
在推块18处于连接位置的同时管子啮合于推块18中,并随后啮合于开口13、密封件22、然后啮合于导管5,齿14咬入管子的外表面,并且中央辐板10形成将管子保持在导管5中的部件。
为了脱开管子,推块18被推入到脱开位置,从而移动齿14的自由端以使它们从管子中脱开以抽出管子。

在该实施例中,容纳环形密封件22的端部凹进5.1开启至第一壳体23,并且又经由第二壳体24向顶面4开启。
壳体24由两个壁25界定,从而使经由耦合表面26连接于壳体23的圆柱体部分形成截头圆锥部分。螺栓27从每个壁25凸出。壳体24可滑动地容纳给出总体以附图标号28表示的锁紧件。
在该实施例中,锁紧件28包括外径稍小于壁25的直径并具有从本体2凸出的第一端和伸入壳体23的第二端的管状部分29。第一端具有横截面基本为连续环形的横截面的颈环30。两宽沟31从第二端轴向延伸入管状部分而形成两个沿直径相对的臂32,每个臂的一端连接于颈环30而相对端是自由的。颈环30形成承载臂32的一部分。自由端设有向内凸起的缘33并且设有向颈环30逐渐变细的外截头圆锥表面34以与耦合表面26配合。缘33界定稍小于管子贯通段的贯通段。在每个臂32处形成一轴向狭缝以容纳相应的螺栓27。臂32的宽度小于本体2的厚度。臂32被设置在横断方向36上,该方向形成锁紧件28的主动固定方向,被动固定方向37是垂直于主动固定方向36的横断方向。可以看出颈环30具有垂直于主动固定方向36的两个相对的平坦部,由此颈环30在被动固定方向37上更短。
壳体23还开启至侧面3并容纳以其中贯设有用于穿过管子的开口的金属薄板的形式的定位件35,用来将环形密封件22保持在端部凹进5.1中。
管子处于连接位置时啮合于锁紧件28,并随后啮合于定位件35、密封件22并随后啮合于导管5中,缘33咬入管子的外表面。当其中包括回路部件1的回路被置于压力下,管子连同锁紧件28回移一点距离。外截头圆锥表面24在耦合表面26上滑动,由此彼此朝向地推动两个臂32并增加由此施加于管子上的夹持作用。
为了脱开管子,锁紧件28通过挤压颈环30被推入,从而使臂停止夹持管子。随后就能将管子抽出。
当然,本发明并不局限于所述实施例并且能提供多种实施例而不脱离如权利要求书所定义的本发明的范围。
在第一实施例中,齿本身是可变形的,或者它们可象能够围绕圆弧部分10.1翘起的刚性叶片那样工作,假设圆弧部分10.1是足够柔韧的。齿也可固定于凸缘11或更一般地说固定于刚性部分。齿也可以是某些其它形状,例如界定在平行的或向其自由端汇聚的侧边之间。
在一个变形例中,固定装置的数目可以不同。垫圈仅需一个齿(见图8),而类似地,管状锁紧件仅需要有一个臂(见图9)。

Claims (5)

1.一种将管子保持在回路部件中的锁紧件(10、28),所述锁紧件包括从中延伸出至少一个用于固定管子的侧向固定装置(14、33)的承载部分(10、30),所述锁紧件的特征在于,所述承载部分基本呈连续环形形式,并具有主动横断方向(12,36)和被动横断方向(15,37),沿所述主动横断方向(12,36)设置固定装置,而沿所述被动横断方向(15,37)承载部分不具有固定装置并表现出最小外径。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁紧件(10),其特征在于,包括集中在主动方向周围的多个固定装置(14)。
3.如权利要求1所述的锁紧件(10),其特征在于,所述承载部分(10)具有从中凸起有形成固定装置的至少一个齿(14)的内圆周。
4.如权利要求1所述的基本管形的锁紧件(28),其特征在于,包括形成承载部分并贯设有管通过孔的颈环(30),以及沿轴向从颈环凸出并具有一自由端的至少一个臂(32),所述自由端设有形成固定装置的缘(33)。
