Abstract
一种优选用于患者升降机的致动器系统,包括至少一个由电动机驱动的致动器(4)、具有电能限制电路的控制单元以及具有多个键的至少一个手持机。致动器系统被布置成使得电能限制电路中的最大容许电能的阈值可以被改变,这种改变可以通过手持机上的键(9)进行。这样,可随后容易地通过手持机上的键安全地调节切断极限值,从而使切断极限值适于结合有致动器系统的实际应用。为了安全起见,优选采用用于改变阈值的单独的手持机。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种致动器系统,本发明还涉及一种确保致动器系统中的至少一个致动器不会产生超过最大容许力的力的方法。
背景技术
为了方便,本发明基于例如在Okin的DE 19950689中公开的患者升降机进行描述。该患者升降机包括设有轮的框架,该框架具有可绕水平轴线旋转的悬臂。用于患者的提升吊索可固定在悬臂端部。患者的升降通过安装在框架上并与悬臂连接的线性致动器进行。安全要求(标准EN1531)规定,患者升降机不得提升超过规定最大载荷的1.5倍的重量。
为了以简单的方式在成本和结构方面满足该要求,已经发现在电能消耗和载荷之间存在着直接关系。因此通常设置电能切断电路,其切断对应于最大规定载荷的1.5倍的电能。该极限值是由制造商预设的,并且之后不能被改变或者很难改变。但是,问题是,存在提升给定载荷所需的电能的较大扩展,这就意味着实际上患者升降机能够提升远大于容许载荷的重量。难以通过可行的方式限制电能的扩展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种致动器系统,通过该致动器系统可以以简单的方式确保不会超过容许载荷。
根据本发明,该目的是通过构造一种致动器系统实现的。由于电能限制电路中的最大容许电能的阈值可以由系统中的外部键来改变,因此在致动器系统用于期望的应用中时,可以以简单的方式进行调节。当致动器系统加载有最大容许载荷时,可以通过简单的方式相应地改变电能阈值,从而确保致动器系统不能抬升超过容许载荷的重量。用于记录最大电能的键可以是普通控制器上的可锁定的键,但是为了安全起见,优选采用设计成特别适于该目的的控制器。
本发明的另一方面涉及一种确保致动器系统中的至少一个致动器不能产生超过最大容许力的力的方法,该最大容许力由电能限制电路中的电能阈值确定,其中,致动器被加载直到其产生最大容许力,相应的电能被记录并且作为阈值输入电能限制电路。为了安全起见,优选采用特别适于该目的的手持机(handset),其在电能限制电路中的阈值被确定时暂时连接。该阈值不能通过普通的手持机改变,从而确保不会不适当地改变阈值。

具体实施方式
图1所示的患者升降机包括设有轮的框架1。悬臂2一端固定到框架1上,并且可绕水平轴线旋转。用于提升患者的吊钩3固定在悬臂2的另一端上。该悬臂可通过例如EP531247 B1或者EP647799 B1中限定的类型的线性致动器4来升将,该致动器一端固定到框架上,另一端固定到悬臂上。控制箱5安装在框架上,其包含用于操作致动器的控制单元和可充电电池。手持机6连接到控制单元上,用于操纵悬臂。
图2示出了系统的整体示意图,其中微处理器7位于控制箱5中并与手持机6相连。图2还示出了位于致动器4中的DC马达4a,其旋转方向通过连接到微处理器7上的H电桥12控制。实际电能强度通过测量电阻8进行测量,该电能强度通过微处理器7记录并被存储在存储器例如闪存或者EPROM存储器中。图3示出了特定的手持机的示意图,其具有学习键9和用于升降悬臂的两个键10、11。学习键9连接到用于提升悬臂的通道上。
为了启动该系统,普通的手持机被专用的手持机代替,其具有学习键9,由此可以启动控制箱中的微处理器。在这之前,致动器和控制箱已经安装在相关的患者升降机上,并且最大容许载荷设置在患者升降机的悬臂上。当这点被确保时,操作手持机上的学习键,使致动器向外运行整个冲程长度。当学习键被压下时,内部电路持续测量引到致动器上以提升给定载荷的实际电能。在完成运行后,微处理器中的最大测量电能强度被存储并且由此被定义为电能限制电路中的最大容许电能的阈值。如果致动器由于存在超过容许载荷的载荷而引出更大的电能,引到致动器上的电能被切断。如果以后患者提升机的致动器或者控制箱被更换,则重复学习功能,以确保根据所安装的系统实现电能切断。为了安全起见,不能存储超过10A的切断电能。
在示例性实施方式中,用于改变和记录最大容率电能的阈值的键设置在手持机上,但是这不是绝对必要的,该键也可以设置在例如控制箱上。
因此,本发明的思想是,可以后来在给定的致动器系统上简单地调节切断极限值。根据本发明,可以后来通过简单和容易的方式借助于键调节切断极限值,从而其适于应用于结合该致动器系统的给定应用中。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于患者升降机的致动器系统,其包括至少一个由电动机驱动的致动器(4)、电源、具有电能限制电路的控制单元以及具有多个键(9、10、11)的至少一个手持机(6),其特征在于,所述系统还包括用于改变和存储所述电能限制电路中的最大容许电能的阈值的装置,并且所述改变可以通过设置在所述手持机上的键(9)进行。
2.如权利要求1所述的致动器系统,其特征在于,所述手持机除了包括普通键(10、11)之外,还具有用于改变电能阈值的专用键(9)。
3.一种确保致动器系统中的至少一个致动器(4)不能产生超过最大容许力的力的方法,所述最大容许力由电能限制电路中的电能阈值确定,其特征在于,所述致动器(4)被加载直到其产生最大容许力,相应的电能被记录并且作为阈值输入所述电能限制电路。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电能限制电路中的阈值的记录和存储通过适用该目的的手持机进行。
