技术领域
本发明涉及一种信号传输电缆,尤其是数据传输的软电缆。
背景技术
现有普通数据电缆的导体为单芯铜导体,长期使用由于氧化、发热等因素导体会变硬、变脆;电缆的传输单元不带屏蔽层,同频不能同缆传输,而且不适用于电磁干扰较大的场合;电缆的护层抗外力损伤能力弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高抗扰型计算机屏蔽软电缆,这种电缆具有高抗干扰能力、耐受外力损伤能力强、长期使用不会因氧化、发热等因素而使导体变硬、变脆。
本发明提供的高抗扰型计算机屏蔽软电缆包括缆芯及缆芯包带层、外护套,缆芯内设有数个外设包带层的导体组,导体组的每根导线由多股镀锡铜丝导体外包绝缘层组成,导体组的包带层外包覆由镀锡铜丝编成的屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与外护套之间设置铜带防护层。
本发明的有益效果是:由于导体组的包带层外包覆由镀锡铜丝编成的屏蔽层、在缆芯外设置铜带防护层,提高了电缆的屏蔽性能,增强了耐受外力损伤能力;导体组的导体采用多股镀锡铜丝制成,增强了电缆的柔软性,而且长期使用不会因氧化、发热等因素而变硬、变脆,也方便敷设和维修。本发明适用于具有强干扰信号的环境如计算机局域机房中使用。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,本发明的导线1由多股镀锡铜丝导体3外包绝缘层2而制成,然后将四根导线1绞合后外包导体组包带层5和由镀锡铜丝编成的屏蔽层6制成导体组4,将四个导体组4绞合后制成缆芯7并包覆缆芯包带层8,再用单层铜带轧纹纵包铜带防护层9后包覆外护套10即制成本发明。

1、一种高抗扰型计算机屏蔽软电缆,包括缆芯及缆芯包带层、外护套,缆芯内设有数个外设包带层的导体组,其特征在于导体组的每根导线由多股镀锡铜丝导体外包绝缘层构成,导体组的包带层外包覆由镀锡铜丝编成的屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与外护套之间设置铜带防护层。
