本发明涉及一种电缆,具体涉及一种硅橡胶扁电缆。
背景技术
电缆由一根或多根相互绝缘的导体和外包绝缘保护层制成,将电力或信息从一处传输到另一处的导线,目前电缆的结构较为固定,导致电缆抗拉、耐腐蚀和阻燃等综合性能较差,只适用于固定敷设的环境中,因此市场急需一种综合性能优异的电缆。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种硅橡胶扁电缆。
本发明提出的一种硅橡胶扁电缆,包括护套层、多根导线和两根抗拉芯;
护套层包覆在导线和抗拉芯外围,导线包括软铜导体、硅橡胶绝缘层、聚酯膜层、镀锡丝编织屏蔽层和无纺布隔离层,硅橡胶绝缘层包覆在软铜导体外围,聚酯膜层包覆在硅橡胶绝缘层外围,镀锡丝编织屏蔽层包覆在聚酯膜层外围,无纺布隔离层包覆在镀锡丝编织屏蔽层外围,抗拉芯轴线与软铜导体位于同一平面,导线位于两根抗拉芯之间。
优选地,镀锡丝编织屏蔽层的编制密度不低于8%。
优选地,抗拉芯由多根无磁不锈钢钢丝绞合形成。
优选地,护套层材质为陶瓷化聚烯烃。
优选地,硅橡胶绝缘层厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
本发明通过抗拉芯有效的提高抗拉性,通过硅橡胶绝缘层、聚酯膜层、镀锡丝编织屏蔽层和无纺布隔离层有效提高了电缆耐腐蚀和阻燃等性能,有效的提高该硅橡胶扁电缆的综合性能,对推动整个社会经济的发展具有重要意义。本发明结构简单,有效的改善了电缆的综合性能,提高了电缆的使用寿命。

参照图1所示,本发明提出的一种硅橡胶扁电缆,包括护套层1、多根导线和两根抗拉芯3;
护套层1包覆在导线和抗拉芯3外围,导线包括软铜导体21、硅橡胶绝缘层22、聚酯膜层23、镀锡丝编织屏蔽层24和无纺布隔离层25,硅橡胶绝缘层22包覆在软铜导体21外围,聚酯膜层23包覆在硅橡胶绝缘层22外围,镀锡丝编织屏蔽层24包覆在聚酯膜层23外围,无纺布隔离层25包覆在镀锡丝编织屏蔽层24外围,抗拉芯3轴线与软铜导体21位于同一平面,导线位于两根抗拉芯3之间。
本实施方式中,镀锡丝编织屏蔽层24的编制密度不低于85%,抗拉芯3由多根无磁不锈钢钢丝绞合形成,护套层1材质为陶瓷化聚烯烃,硅橡胶绝缘层22厚度为0.5、0.6、0.7、0.8、0.9、1.0、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4或1.5mm。
本发明通过抗拉芯3有效的提高抗拉性,通过硅橡胶绝缘层22、聚酯膜层23、镀锡丝编织屏蔽层24和无纺布隔离层25有效提高了电缆耐腐蚀和阻燃等性能,有效的提高该硅橡胶扁电缆的综合性能,对推动整个社会经济的发展具有重要意义。

护套层(1)包覆在导线和抗拉芯(3)外围,导线包括软铜导体(21)、硅橡胶绝缘层(22)、聚酯膜层(23)、镀锡丝编织屏蔽层(24)和无纺布隔离层(25),硅橡胶绝缘层(22)包覆在软铜导体(21)外围,聚酯膜层(23)包覆在硅橡胶绝缘层(22)外围,镀锡丝编织屏蔽层(24)包覆在聚酯膜层(23)外围,无纺布隔离层(25)包覆在镀锡丝编织屏蔽层(24)外围,抗拉芯(3)轴线与软铜导体(21)位于同一平面,导线位于两根抗拉芯(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶扁电缆,其特征在于:镀锡丝编织屏蔽层(24)的编制密度不低于85%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶扁电缆,其特征在于:抗拉芯(3)由多根无磁不锈钢钢丝绞合形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶扁电缆,其特征在于:护套层(1)材质为陶瓷化聚烯烃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硅橡胶扁电缆,其特征在于:硅橡胶绝缘层(22)厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
