Abstract

本发明提供了一种后置式倾斜旋转桨叶风轮机,它包括立柱、风轮机机舱、桨叶和风向尾舱,其特征是:以立柱根部为中心,在地面上等距离均匀设置3个以上的地桩,地桩与立柱顶部间设置有斜拉钢索,风轮机机舱倾斜安装在立柱顶部,桨叶设置在立柱后方风轮机机舱向上翘起的一端,桨叶绕风轮机倾斜轴旋转,桨叶后方的风轮机机舱末端设置有风向尾舵。本发明的优点是:立柱由斜拉钢索固定,制造成本大大降低,抗风力强,桨叶置于立柱后方,有助于风轮自动对准风向,稳定性增加,桨叶随风轮机机舱轴倾斜安装,使翼尖远离立柱,减少絮流干扰,若将风轮机安装在坡顶、山脊上,因其倾斜角度能与上升气流垂直相交,迎风角度好,更有利于提高风力效能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及风轮机,特别是一种后置式倾斜旋转桨叶风轮机。
背景技术:
目前所见的桨叶风轮机,普遍是以桨叶绕水平轴旋转的立柱式风轮机,发电机机舱在立柱顶部作水平安装,桨叶置于立柱的前方,这种布局的缺点是:当风力强度增加时,垂直立柱需承受很大的水平推力。由于桨叶与发电设备的重量大,所以现在风轮机的垂直立柱在设计中多采用钢材制作,成本高,另外,桨叶前置于立柱,迎风时需一个对风装置来控制机组的风向和稳定,加大了机构的复杂性等。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单,抗风力强,制作方便,成本低,易于推广的后置式倾斜旋转桨叶风轮机。
本发明通过下述技术方案来实现:
后置式倾斜旋转桨叶风轮机,包括立柱、风轮机机舱与设置在该机舱内的实现能量轮换的装置和桨叶,其特征是:以立柱根部为中心,在地面上等距离均匀设置3个以上的地桩,地桩与立柱顶部间设置有斜拉钢索,风轮机机舱倾斜安装在立柱顶部,其轴线与地面夹角1~45°,桨叶设置在立柱后方风轮机机舱向上翘起的一端,桨叶绕风轮机倾斜轴旋转,桨叶后方的风轮机机舱末端设置有风向尾舵。
本发明风轮机机舱内设置发电机或空气压缩机等实施能量转换的装置。
本发明的优点在于:立柱由斜拉钢索固定,材料强度要求降低,可采用钢筋水泥杆式设计,大大降低了制造成本,同时大大提高了立柱的抗折弯性,抗风力强,桨叶置于立柱后方,有助于风轮自动对准风向,增加稳定性,桨叶随风轮机机舱轴倾斜安装,使翼尖远离立柱,减少絮流干扰,若将风轮机安装在坡顶、山脊上,因其倾斜角度能与上升气流垂直相交,迎风角度好,更有利于提高风力效能。

具体实施方式:
本发明立柱1垂直安装于地面,以立柱1根部为中心,在立柱1根部周围等距离均匀设置3个地桩2,在立柱1顶部的地桩2之间设置斜拉钢索3,在立柱1的顶部倾斜设置风轮机机舱4和舱内设备,风轮机机舱4轴线与地面夹角为30°,桨叶5设置在立柱1后面风轮机机舱4向上翘起的一端,使桨叶5绕风轮机机舱4倾斜轴旋转,桨叶5后方的风轮机机舱4末端设置风向尾舵6。

1、一种后置式倾斜旋转桨叶风轮机,包括立柱(1)、风轮机机舱(4)、桨叶(5)和风向尾舱(6),其特征是:以立柱(1)根部为中心,在地面上等距离均匀设置3个以上的地桩(2),地桩(2)与立柱(1)顶部间设置有斜拉钢索(3),风轮机机舱(4)倾斜安装在立柱(1)顶部,桨叶(5)设置在立柱(1)后方风轮机机舱(4)向上翘起的一端,桨叶(5)绕风轮机倾斜轴旋转,桨叶(5)后方的风轮机机舱末端设置有风向尾舵(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的后置式倾斜旋转桨叶风轮机,其特征是:风轮机机舱(4)的轴线与地面水平面夹角为1~45°。
