Abstract
本发明属于塑料制品成型技术领域,公开了一种注射成型智能控制装置,用于注塑成型工艺中的熔体填充智能控制装置。其特征是包括料筒,安装在料筒上部的料斗、绕在所述的料筒上的加热线圈、料筒内部可以旋转运动的螺杆、歧管、多个阀门装置、传感器、控制单元、模具,其特征在于安装在型腔边上的传感器可以随时监测型腔的填充状态,并将信号传给控制单元,由控制单元发出控制信号控制各个阀门装置的开关,来实现填充过程的智能化控制,所述的阀门装置安装有电磁式开关控制装置可以精确控制阀门的开关。本发明的效果和益处是消除注塑制品熔接痕,提高制品表面质量和强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于塑料制品成型技术领域,涉及一种注射成型智能控制装置,用于注射成型工艺中智能控制熔体填充过程的注射成型装置。
背景技术
大型注塑件如汽车仪表板和保险杠等是汽车等相关领域的核心部件。随着汽车等相关的产业的快速发展,仪表板和保险杆等大型注塑件越来越复杂且对制品质量提出了更高的要求。采用传统注射成型生产,往往产生明显的熔接痕、翘曲和其他表面缺陷。在传统成型中通常通过提高注射压力、延迟保压时间或者调整制品及模具结构的方法来克服以上问题,从而增加了生产成本,延长了生产周期,且往往达不到理想状态。注射成型智能控制装置,可实现多浇口填充过程智能控制,从而提高制品质量并且可以缩短成型周期降低生产成本。
在现有技术中,对大型注塑件的生产,特别是对填充过程可智能控制的注射装置的研究较少。在现有公开的专利中所采用的方法是,利用连接在每个阀门上的计量装置或者安装在注射机往复螺杆上的线性传感器间接检查熔体在模具型腔中的填充情况,控制浇口的顺序填充模具型腔,这样往往每个工艺过程需要反复试测,而且精度不是很高,给所成型产品的质量带来了不稳定性,且易产生次品。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是提供一种注射成型智能控制装置,有效提高大型注射件质量的同时,缩短周期、降低成本的智能控制填充过程的注射成型装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本装置包括料斗、挤压送料机构、熔体填充智能控制单元和模具等,料斗安装在料筒的上部。
挤压送料机构包括料筒、料筒内部可以旋转运动的螺杆、与螺杆内部相连的动力源、料筒上的加热线圈。料筒通过喷嘴与歧管相连,歧管通过多个可以独立控制开关的阀门装置与所述的模具的定模块相连,定模块与动模块具有可构成型腔的相对成型表面。其中的阀门装置,包括阀门、阀门衬套和阀杆。其中的歧管和阀门装置安装有加热线圈,保证在成型过程中熔体处于所要求的状态。阀门装置安装有电磁式开关控制装置可以精确控制阀门的开关。料筒,通过喷嘴、歧管、阀门装置与所述的模具的定模块组装。
熔体填充智能控制单元,包括传感器、控制单元、可以独立控制开关的多个阀门装置,以及传感器与控制单元之间的信号输入线路,和控制单元与阀门装置之间的多条独立的控制信号线路输出线路。
本装置包括料筒,绕在所述的料筒上的加热线圈、料筒内部可以旋转运动的螺杆、歧管、多个阀门装置、传感器、控制单元、模具,
传感器安装在型腔边上,可以随时监测型腔的填充状态,并将信号传给控制单元,由控制单元发出控制信号控制各个阀门装置的开关,来实现填充过程的智能化控制。
本发明的效果和益处是可实现顺序注射过程,如某一个注射口打开注射熔体,当熔体刚越过下一个注射口时上一个注射口关闭,下一个注射口打开注射熔体,如此实现顺序注射成型过程,能够很好的消除注塑件的熔接痕和其它成型缺陷,提高制件的表面质量和内部质量,使制件的加工尺寸更稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合技术方案和附图详细叙述本发明的具体实施方式。
实施例:
在图1中,料斗4装入树脂固态物料,加热线圈17加热料筒18,控制单元5发出复位信号。根据具体制件的情况,设置复位时应该开启和关闭的多个阀门装置9中的若干个阀门,物料通过通道3进入料筒18,挤压送料机构螺杆2在动力源1的驱动下运动塑化物料并起到输送活塞的作用,将塑化好的物料通过喷嘴16输送到歧管15,并通过阀门装置9开启的阀门注入模具型腔11,所述的歧管15和阀门装置9周围安装有加热线圈14在成型过程中保证物料处于理想状态,所述的控制单元5接收传感器10检测到的型腔填充状态信息。并根据预先设置的程序,发出控制信号控制各个阀门按一定的顺序开关直到模具型腔11完全充满,冷却保压,待制件冷却凝固后,顶出制件,然后螺杆2返回,各阀门回到初始位置,准备下一个工作循环。
当所述的电磁式阀门开关控置7通电时,两个电磁线圈25相互吸引,在吸引力的作用下阀杆24上移阀门打开,当断电时电磁线圈25之间的磁力消失,在复位弹簧的作用下阀杆24下移阀门关闭。
Claims (8)
1.注射成型智能控制装置,包括料斗(4),挤压送料机构、模具型腔(11)和熔体填充智能控制单元(5);所述的挤压送料机构包括料筒(18),料筒(18)内部设有旋转运动的螺杆(2),与螺杆(2)相连的动力源(1),料筒(18)上设有加热线圈(14);其中料筒通过喷嘴(16)与歧管(15)相连;定模(13)与动模(12)具有构成型腔的相对成型表面;歧管(15)和阀门装置(9)安装有加热线圈;料筒(18),通过喷嘴(16)、歧管(15)、阀门装置(9)、阀门衬套(20)与模具的定模(13)组装,其特征在于,熔体填充智能控制单元(5),包括传感器(10)、控制单元(5)、独立控制开关的阀门装置以及传感器(10)与控制单元(5)之间的信号输入线路(8);熔体填充智能控制单元(5)和阀门装置(9)之间设有独立的控制信号输出线路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射成型智能控制装置,其特征在于所述的传感器(10)安装在模具型腔(11)的表面随时监测模具型腔(11)的填充状态。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型智能控制装置,其特征在于歧管(15)与独立控制开关的阀门装置(9)相连。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射成型智能控制装置,其特征在于所述的阀门衬套(20)安装有电磁式开关控制装置(7)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的注射成型智能控制装置,其特征在于所述的阀门衬套(20)安装有电磁式开关控制装置(7)。
6.根据权利要求1、2或5所述的注射成型智能控制装置,其中熔体填充智能控制单元(5)接收来自传感器(10)检测到的模具型腔(11)的填充状态来控制阀门装置(9)阀门的打开或关闭。
7.根据权利要求3所述的注射成型智能控制装置,其中熔体填充智能控制单元(5)接收来自传感器(10)检测到的模具型腔(11)的填充状态来控制阀门装置(9)阀门的打开或关闭。
8.根据权利要求4所述的注射成型智能控制装置,其中熔体填充智能控制单元(5)接收来自传感器(10)检测到的模具型腔(11)的填充状态来控制阀门装置(9)阀门的打开或关闭。
