Abstract

Description

一种很轻质的饮料容器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种很轻质的饮料容器。
背景技术
在本领域中已知很轻的饮料容器,所述容器由例如半结晶的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephtalate)(PET)制成来得到良好的透明度和可加工性能。这种容器通常由注塑预制件吹制而成。
至少在容器体部的中间高度区域中,这种很轻的容器的壁厚可小于或等于100μm。与由“传统”工艺过程制成的容积/体积容量(content volume)相似的容器相比,这种容器已经发展成为由相当少量的塑料材料制成。因此,这些轻质容器的生产成本更低,也特别是环保的。
已知这种现有技术的很轻质的容器,例如国际专利申请WO 03/033361A1或WO 2005/047120A1中描述的,具有提供良好容重比(ratiovolume/weight)的总体上为卵形或球形的形状。
然而,这种容器具有多个缺点:所述容器很难贴标签、很难储存以及很难堆放在用于运输的集装架中。
更重要的是,由于总体上为卵形的形状,这种容器的体部侧面柔性很大,当消费者握持所述容器的侧面时,存在一旦容器打开则容纳物溅出的危险。如果容纳物为奶基产品,则这种溅出对消费者来说可能尤为不便。
因此,需要一种克服上述缺点的很轻质的容器。
发明内容
本发明利用一种用于液体或者粘性产品的容器来解决上述问题,该容器包括直径为D1的、基本上为卵形或球形的容器体部,和直径为D2的颈部,所述颈部包括分配口和用于允许封闭装置与该分配口相连接的装置,D1大于D2,所述容器由半结晶的PET制成,至少在所述容器的中间高度区域中,所述容器体部的壁厚小于或等于100μm。
根据本发明,所述容器的特征在于,容器体部包括至少两个平坦的(变平的,flatten)或浮凸的(embossed)表面。
“平坦的或浮凸的”是指表面或者完全平坦,或者轻微凸起或凹入。
本发明的一个特别优选的实施例中,容器体部包括至少两个相对的、平坦的、基本上竖直的表面和一平坦的、基本上水平的、形成底部的侧面。
在一个优选实施例中,颈部位于与底面对称地相对的表面上。
在本发明的一个更加优选的实施例中,颈部相对于容器的竖直轴线偏移。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,容器体部包括平坦的、基本上竖直的四个表面,所述四个表面两两相对。
同样优选地,所述竖直表面是盘状件。
相邻的平坦的竖直表面优选地至少在一点处相互接触,和/或竖直的平坦表面优选地与所述底部平坦侧面相接触。
在一优选的实施例中,竖直的和水平的平坦表面具有相等的面积。
有利地,D1/D2的比率包含在1.2到15之间,优选地在2到5之间。
同样优选地,底部平坦侧面包括加强肋和/或槽。
容纳物产品可以从包括水基或奶基产品的组(范围)中选择。
最后,优选地,根据本发明的容器的重量小于或等于5g,优选为小于或等于3g,总容积至少为25cl。
容器的封闭装置可以是密封在颈部顶端的可剥离的膜,或具有与颈部的相应螺纹相配合的螺纹的螺纹盖。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,根据本发明的很轻质的容器1包括直径为D1的、基本为球形的容器体部2。
所述容器还包括直径为D2的颈部3,所述颈部3包括一分配口4和用于允许封闭装置6与所述分配口相连接的装置5。
如图2所示,装置5在颈部3顶端部分包括水平的平坦凸缘。凸缘5适合于接纳可剥离的封闭膜(图中未示出)。
如图1和图2中所示,容器体部2的直径D1大于颈部3的直径D2。D1/D2的比率大约为4。
所述容器由半结晶的PET制成。至少在所述容器的中间高度区域7中,容器体部的壁厚小于或等于100μm。此容器1由PET预制件吹制而成,该预制件本身由注塑成型工艺过程制成。
根据本发明,如图1和2所示,总体为球形的容器体部2还包括相对的、平坦的、盘状的、基本上竖直的四个表面8,所述四个表面8两两相对。所述容器体部2还包括一平坦的、基本水平的表面9,所述表面9与颈部3相对并形成底部侧面。如图1和3所示,底部平坦侧面9包括加强槽10以改进其刚性。
如图3、4、5所示,相邻的竖直的平坦表面8优选地沿着接触线11相互接触。所述竖直的平坦表面还在接触线12处与所述底部的平坦侧面相接触。竖直的平坦表面8和水平的平坦表面9具有相等的面积。
容纳物产品可以从包括水基或奶基产品的组中选择。
最后,根据本发明的容器具有2.9g的重量和25cl的总容积。
进行溅出测试(splash test)来比较根据本发明的容器与类似的卵形容器侧壁的刚性。
此测试包括向瓶(容器)(充满但是不封闭)的握持区施加一横向载荷,然后测量液面的增加。所有被测容器都具有相同的容积。
对于容积为25cl,横向载荷相同的情况,所测得的液面增加的平均结果如下:
-对于传统的卵形瓶(容器)为48mm;
-对于根据本发明的容器为35mm。
这些结果表明,本发明的容器中的平坦表面对抵抗横向载荷-如由握持所述容器的消费者的手施加的压力-的能力的改进程度。
另外,发现PET水容器允许水穿过该容器的壁。这种水流失/失水(water loss)通常导致容器壁的柔性随着时间的流逝而增加。对于本发明情况,水流失仍然和常规的PET轻质容器相同,然而,用平坦表面对横向刚性的加强补偿了所述的柔性增加,这明显方便了消费者,还有助于防止在容器打开时的溅出。
本发明所实现的优点之一为:由于容器体部的至少一个侧面是平坦的,所以允许在标准的标记设备上(为该容器)容易地贴标签。
应当理解,对本文描述的该优选实施例的各种不同的改变和修改对于本技术领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。在不超出本发明的精神和范围以及不减少所属优点的情况下,可以做出这些改变和修改。因此这些改变和修改由后附的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于液体或粘性产品的容器,包括直径为D1的、基本上为卵形或球形的容器体部,以及直径为D2的颈部,所述颈部包括分配口和用于允许封闭装置与该分配口相连接的装置,D1大于D2,所述容器由半结晶的PET制成,至少在所述容器的中间高度区域中,所述容器体部的壁厚小于或等于100μm,其特征在于,该容器体部包括至少两个平坦的或浮凸的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,容器体部包括至少两个相对的、平坦的、基本上竖直的表面和一平坦的、基本上水平的、形成底部的侧面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述颈部与水平的底部侧面对称地相对。
4.根据权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于,所述颈部相对于容器的竖直轴线偏移。
5.根据权利要求2至4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述容器体部包括平坦的、基本上竖直的四个表面,所述四个表面两两相对。
6.根据权利要求2至5所述的容器,其特征在于,所述竖直的平坦表面为盘状件。
7.根据权利要求2至6所述的容器,其特征在于,相邻的所述竖直的平坦表面至少在一个位置相互接触。
8.根据权利要求2至7所述的容器,其特征在于,所述竖直的平坦表面与所述底部平坦侧面相接触。
9.根据权利要求2至8中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述竖直的和水平的平坦表面具有相同的面积。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,D1/D2的比率在1.2到15之间,优选地在2到5之间。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述底部平坦侧面包括加强肋和/或槽。
12.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述产品从包括水基或奶基产品的组中选择。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的容器,该容器的重量小于或等于5g,优选为小于或等于3g,以及总容积至少为25cl。
