Abstract

本发明公开了一种强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜及其制造方法,该薄膜包括一层其上面有许多微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜,用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜的两面各附有一层上面也有许多微孔的用聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜。由于聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜要比用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜其强度要好,因而,聚乙烯(PE)薄膜两面附着了聚丙烯(PP)薄膜后,锂离子电池薄膜的强度将会大大提高。

一种强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及锂离子电池薄膜,以及锂离子电池薄膜的制造方法。
背景技术
锂离子电池薄膜是锂离子电池的重要组成部分,它在锂离子电池内作用是即可让锂离子在充电和放电电压的驱动下得以顺利地通过薄膜上的微孔实现电池的充电和放电,同时又可利用它的电绝缘性将电池的正负两极分隔开来,避免发生短路。现有的锂离子电池薄膜主要由单层的聚乙烯材料制成,其上面有许多的微孔。由于它是单层的结构同时质地较软,因此强度较差,其加工以及安装到电池内时容易造成损坏,从而影响锂离子电池的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决已有的锂离子电池隔膜强度差的问题,提供一种强度较高的锂离子电池隔膜。
本发明的另一目的是提供这种强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的制造方法,它使得强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的制造更为容易。
本发明所说的强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜包括一层其上面有许多微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜,其特征是,所说的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜的两面还附有一层其上面也有许多微孔的用聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜。
由于聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜要比用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜其强度要好,这样,聚乙烯(PE)薄膜两面附着了聚丙烯(PP)薄膜后,锂离子电池薄膜的强度将会大大提高。
本发明提供的强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的制造方法为:在温度为100℃至165℃、压力为10MPa至15MPa的范围内,将两层其上已有微孔的聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜和一层其上没有微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜进行热压复合,以形成芯层为聚乙烯(PE)薄膜表层为聚丙烯(PP)薄膜的三层复合薄膜,而后,再在温度为150℃的情况下,以4.5的拉伸倍率分别对复合薄膜进行横向和纵向的双向拉伸,以使得作为芯层的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜上也形成微孔。
本发明提供的这种强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的制造方法,它使得强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的制造比较容易。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1,本发明所述的强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜,其芯层是一层上面有许多微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜1,所述的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜的两面还附有一层上面也有许多微孔的用聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜2。
本发明所述的强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的一种制造方法为:在温度为135℃、压力为12.5MPa的情况下,将外面两层其上有微孔的聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜2和芯层一层其上没有微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜1进行热压复合,以形成芯层为聚乙烯薄膜、表层为聚丙烯薄膜的三层复合薄膜,而后,再在温度为150℃的情况下,以4.5倍的拉伸率分别对复合薄膜进行横向和纵向的双向拉伸,以使得作为芯层的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜上也形成微孔,从而做成本发明所说的强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜。
本发明所说的强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的另一种制造方法为:在作为芯层的其上没有微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜1的两面,先涂敷聚烯烃类热熔胶,而后再按上一种的方法对芯层为聚乙烯薄膜1、表层为聚丙烯薄膜2的三层复合薄膜进行热压复合、双向拉伸的加工,从而做成本发明所说的强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜。

Claims (3)

1、一种强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜,包括一层其上面有许多微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜,其特征是,所说的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜的两面还附有一层其上面也有许多微孔的用聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜。
2、一种强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的制造方法,其特征是,在温度为100℃至165℃、压力为10MPa至15MPa的范围内,将两层其上已有微孔的聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜和一层其上没有微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜进行热压复合,而后,再在温度为150℃的情况下,以4.5倍的拉伸率分别对复合薄膜进行横向和纵向的双向拉伸。
3、根据权利要求2所说的强度较高的锂离子电池薄膜的制造方法,其特征是,在温度为135℃、压力为12.5MPa的情况下,将两层其上已有微孔的聚丙烯(PP)材料制成的薄膜和一层其上没有微孔的用聚乙烯(PE)材料制成的薄膜进行热压复合。
