本发明公开了一种圆盘牵引式变向传递测距校检测量装置,其特征在于:在可旋转的圆盘切面上固定两条向相对方向延展的传动带,所述两条传动带的另一端分别与由测量元件推动的横向传动杆、实现变向运动传递的纵向测量杆实现连接,所述横向推动杆和纵向测量杆均被置于沿各自方向滑动的滑槽内,所述纵向测量杆下端设有复位拉簧。本发明能够有效改变检测方向,检测精度优于目前其他传递测距方式,不仅可以有效地实现扩大垂直检测头的行程,还可以在同等精度要求的前提下实现与水平测杆以不同方向不同夹角检测被测物体的需要。该装置可直接安装于卧式检测仪上使用,具有体积小、重量轻、易操作和测量精度高等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种计量仪器检测装置。
背景技术
目前,测量尺寸的变向传递方式多用于小尺寸测量,如:内径表、杠杆表等,虽然它们的传动结构各有不同,但均不能针对大尺寸、高精度、多角度传递测量。
近年来,为了与国际接轨,对表类检定又提出了新的要求与规范,一些表类由过去的卧式检定改为竖直检定,使其无法使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种圆盘牵引式变向传递测距校检测量装置,以解决大行程垂直检测被测物体的技术问题。
本发明实现上述目的的技术方案如下:在可旋转的圆盘切面上固定两条向相对方向延展的传动带,所述两条传动带的另一端分别与由测量元件推动的横向传动杆、实现变向运动传递的纵向测量杆实现连接,所述横向推动杆和纵向测量杆均被置于沿各自方向滑动的滑槽内,所述纵向测量杆下端设有复位拉簧。
本发明能够有效改变检测方向,检测精度优于目前其他传递测距方式,不仅可以有效地实现扩大垂直检测头的行程,还可以在同等精度要求的前提下实现与水平测杆以不同方向不同夹角检测被测物体的需要。该装置可直接安装于卧式检测仪上使用,具有体积小、重量轻、易操作和测量精度高等优点。

具体实施方式
本用新型的具体技术方案可参见图1。在图1中,有一个可旋转的圆盘1,在圆盘1的切面上固定两条向相对方向延展的传动带2、6,其中传动带的材料可选用钢带或其它材料。传动带2的另一端与位于圆盘1下方且可以水平滑动的传动杆3相固定连接,该传动杆3由测量元件推动。传动带6的另一端与位于圆盘左侧的,可以垂直滑动的测杆5实现固定。在测杆5下端设有一个复位拉簧4。
本发明采用在可旋转的圆盘外圆切面上固定两条向相对方向延展的钢带,并且其中一条为由传动杆横向运动牵引,再通过圆盘带动另一钢带做相对运动,再带动测杆运动,实现测距的传递的结构,完成对被测物体的校检和测置。本装置可以直接装在卧式检定仪上完成测量。

1.一种圆盘牵引式变向传递测距校检测量装置,其特征在于:在可旋转的圆盘切面上固定两条向相对方向延展的传动带,所述两条传动带的另一端分别与由测量元件推动的横向传动杆、实现变向运动传递的纵向测量杆实现连接,所述横向推动杆和纵向测量杆均被置于沿各自方向滑动的滑槽内,所述纵向测量杆下端设有复位拉簧。
