Abstract

本发明涉及污水治理的净化效果，属于固液分离的核心装置。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在含水污泥连续净化时能够分离污泥杂质、水以及含粘性液体污物的净化机，使水和污泥杂质最大限度的分离回收。解决该问题的技术方案是净化机采用卧式结构，净化机机体内固定一个不锈钢脱水滤网，脱水滤网中间设有一个螺旋挤料器，在螺旋叶片上设有一圈清洗毛刷，挤料螺旋轴连接着调速传动机构。本发明可用于钢铁冶炼厂污水的净化、市政污水处理的净化、农业灌溉的水处理等等。

全自动污水净化机
技术领域：
本发明涉及污水净化装置，尤其是一种全自动污水净化机。适用于钢铁冶炼厂污水的净化、市政污水处理、农业灌溉的水处理等等。
技术背景：
目前在我国含水污泥净化主要使用带式压滤机和板框压滤机，这些含水污泥净化装置全都采用滤布挤压、压辊压榨滤布净化，结构复杂、造价昂贵、连续运行效率低、维修困难，滤布容易结块堵水、净化效果不好，并且在运行中需连续不断加水冲洗，另外滤布、滤板多采用尼龙纤维和工程塑料，强度低、寿命短。
发明内容：
本发明要解决的技术问题是：提供一种含水污泥在连续净化时能够分离污泥杂质、水以及含粘性液体污物的净化机，使水和污泥杂质最大限度的分离回收。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：净化机结构采用卧式机体1，机体内部设有一个可拆卸圆形脱水滤网3，滤网选用不锈钢材料，制成两半圆形，拆装简易，机体1上部设有含水污泥进口2，机体下部设有净水出口10和泥饼出口9，滤网中间通过机体支撑板固定一个螺旋挤料器5，挤料器的螺旋叶片边缘紧密贴着滤网内壁，叶片边缘上还设有一圈毛刷子4，毛丝伸进滤网3的缝隙中，机体的左右支撑板设有密封止推辊子调心轴承8固定着挤料器5螺旋轴，螺旋轴的左面通过联轴器6连着无段变速电机7。工作时含水污泥从进口2进入到脱水滤网3内，无段变速电机7带动螺旋挤料器5按照一定转速旋转，含水污泥顺着螺旋叶片向泥饼出口9输送，污泥中含的大量水分利用离心力的作用，通过脱水滤网3过滤，然后从净水出口10流出回收，污泥不断地被输送到机体左侧时被挤压成泥饼从泥饼出口9排出，同时毛刷子4在不停地清洗脱水滤网3上附着的污泥，以保证脱水滤网3的过滤畅通。
有益效果：
本发明是利用螺旋送料挤料、楔形滤网过滤原理，采用卧式箱体结构制作而成，拆卸方便，可随时更换清洗滤网；它改变了传统的带式、板框压榨滤布净化结构，适应各种恶劣环境，结构简单、维护方便、寿命长，提高了污水净化效果，降低了生产成本，是一种理想的含水污泥净化机。

  1. (1)、一种全自动污水净化机，具有卧式机体1、进口2、脱水滤网3、毛刷子4、螺旋挤料器5、联轴器6、无段变速电机7、止推辊子调心轴承8、泥饼出口9、净水出口10。
  2. (2)、根据权利要求1所述的全自动污水净化机机体，其特征在于：机体采用卧式箱体结构。
  3. (3)、根据权利要求1所述的全自动污水净化机脱水滤网，其特征在于：滤网采用不锈钢楔形滤网，两半圆形。
  4. (4)、根据权利要求1所述的全自动污水净化机螺旋挤料器，其特征在于：叶片采用阿基米德螺线，叶片端缘固定着毛刷子。
  5. (5)、根据权利要求1所述的全自动污水净化机无段变速电机，其特征在于：电机转速由低到高实现可调。
