Abstract

本发明公开了一种气体分流器,本发明包括一根总管、一个环管和三根以上的支管,支管的一端与总管连通,另一端与环管连通,支管呈放射状分布,环管上密布有出气孔。本发明由总管进气、从环管上密布的出气孔出气,吹出的气流均匀,能均匀地将杂质吹出去,这样形不成回流,粉尘和毛屑等杂质的清除效果好。

一种气体分流器
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种通气管路,特别是一种气体分流器。
(二)背景技术
500kV电流互感器的内反馈屏蔽均属铝制而且内表面不是特别光滑,有一定的粗糙度,在处理过程中一些金属粉尘和擦拭时留下的一些毛屑,目前常用单管气管清除,单管气管由于存在回流,在吹除过程中部分粉尘和毛屑又随回流的气体返回到内反馈屏蔽上,无法清除彻底,使得电流互感器存在一定的质量隐患。
(三)发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供吹出的气流均匀、不会回流的一种气体分流器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明包括一根总管、一个环管和三根以上的支管,支管的一端与总管连通,另一端与环管连通,支管呈放射状分布,环管上密布有出气孔。
为了使吹出的气流更均匀,所述的出气孔位于环管前侧外缘上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明由总管进气、从环管上密布的出气孔出气,吹出的气流均匀,能均匀地将杂质吹出去,这样形不成回流,粉尘和毛屑等杂质的清除效果好。

(五)具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种气体分流器,它包括一根总管4、一个环管2和三根以上的支管3,支管3的一端与总管4连通,另一端与环管2连通,支管3呈放射状分布,环管2前侧的外缘上有一周均匀密布的出气孔1。总管4采用较粗的管子,支管3采用较细的管子。各管间的连接处应密封。各管可采用PVU管也可以为薄不锈钢管。
使用时,将气源接在总管4的进口,气流从总管4进入,再从支管3分流入环管2,均匀的从出气孔1吹出,气体均匀地将杂质吹出去,这样形不成回流,达到其处理效果。

1. 一种气体分流器,其特征在于:包括一根总管(4)、一个环管(2)和三根以上的支管(3),支管(3)的一端与总管(4)连通,另一端与环管(2)连通,支管(3)呈放射状分布,环管(2)上密布有出气孔(1)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的气体分流器,其特征在于:所述的出气孔(1)位于环管(2)前侧外缘上。
