Abstract

用双端有轴的发电机1,铸框轴座6,上、下轴2,组成上下H型风轮共驱发电机发电。左右两组(A和B)的双层H型风轮共用三角架7,用下轴承8,上轴承9自由地附装在三叶水平轴风电的塔架腰部,这样利用组合使两种不同类型风力机发挥优势互补,实现节约资源多发电。

Description

H型三叶双层风电
本发明是风电领域,是用H型三叶双层风电机组,附装在水平轴三叶风电机的高塔架腰部,使互相组合、优势互补,提高风电设施利用率。
目前,水平轴(卧轴)三叶风力发电机似乎都把塔架独占独用,未曾组合利用。本发明利用这高耸的塔架,辅以中腰拉索张拉,强化抗风载荷。
图1,在水平轴三叶风轮塔架腰部后侧左右各装一组双层H型、同型号立轴风电机组,但左组A与右组B的竖翼的上下方向互为倒装,目的使(鸟瞰图中)A组逆时针转,B组顺时针转;A组、B组的旋转风轮的逆风向受风阻的半圆周,处在塔架的塔影效应区,减少风阻功耗。A、B两组共一三角架7,用上、下轴承9和8自由安装在塔架11腰部,自行对风(下风向)。
图2是截面图,双点划线表示Aa和Bb两块导流板,(图3)导流使θ角增大——扩展做功区;同时强化塔影效应,给H型风轮的正风阻变为负风阻——提高旋转力矩,增加发电功率。
图1,双端有轴(两端盖都伸出轴)发电机1,上联轴节兼刹车盘1a,下联轴节1b,通过1a和1b与上、下轴2联接成同一轴线,上、下轴2都用毂4,焊接叶撑3与三片竖叶5构成H型的上下风轮,同轴线同方向转,只是安装、定位时把上下各个风轮的互间120°的三竖叶,在投影图上相对转过60°圆心角形成互间60°的六竖叶的投影。这样改善上下双层风轮组合的起动,运转性能,且因同样的扫掠范围中叶片少(如比五叶)质量轻,节约耗材,增加转速和功率。铸框轴座6带有上、下轴承座6a(上、下6a同一轴线),它的投影图中轴承座6a处在铸框轴座6的左右两个面形成夹角的顶部;铸框轴座6用多枚螺钉紧固在三角架7的外伸转角处(参阅图2)。
三角架7兼作通道是金属结构,围护结构用复合材料和透明树脂材料,上、下轴承9和8的内圈都套紧在塔架锥筒外,下轴承8的外圈有一凸缘8a,搁住三角架7,用半圆弧钢板7a与三角架7用螺栓合抱紧轴承8外圈。上轴承9的外圈左右铸有两凸块,用作紧定拉杆10的螺纹销。11是塔架,12是后增设的拉索。
图3,A和B表示左右两组同一型号的H型双层风力机(转向相反,空心箭头表示旋向),W是风向(三叶风轮此时未必在转动)。
优点:①利用了高耸的塔架腰部,更加发挥H型起动风速低,适应风速范围广的特点;②用上下线同轴线,中间电机的结构紧凑和上下三竖叶组合成圆心角为6叶起动作用的、较轻的风轮,提高效率,节省耗材;③如图3所示的用导流板Aa、Bb强化和利用塔影效应为有益作用;④由于利用了塔架,组成两种风电的优势互补,强化三叶卧轴风电发展优势和促进H型风力机发电优势互补,提高了风电场土地利用率、节约风电耗材、基础设施、输变电设施,提供更多电能以及缓和对电网的停机、开机冲击。

Claims (3)

1、一种H型三叶双层风电,出于提高利用效率附装在三叶水平轴风轮塔架腰部:包括塔架上装有上、下轴承、拉杆、三角架兼通道、铸框轴座和三叶双层风电机组。
2、根据权利要求1所述的H型三叶双层风电,其特征是:上轴承外圈左右铸有凸块用作紧定拉杆的螺纹销;下轴承外圈有凸缘搁住三角架,并用半圆弧钢板与三角架用螺栓抱紧下轴承外圈。
3、根据权利要求1所述的H型三叶双层风电,其特征是:铸框轴座内安装双端有轴的发电机,联接上下H型三竖叶风轮,并装成上下风轮同一轴线,在投影图中形成6叶的、圆心角互间60°的投影,改善起动力矩、使叶数少(如比五叶)、质轻、减少耗材、增加转速。
