技术领域
本发明涉及一种手持电动工具,其具有装置壳体和设置在该装置壳体内的用于驱动工具的电动机以及与壳体可拆卸地卡锁的用于向电动机供应电能的蓄电池组。
背景技术
手持电动工具,如冲击钻机、钻机、上螺丝机等为了满足手动工具的需要和家用工具的需要越来越多地设计有蓄电池装置,因为这些蓄电池装置能够实现工作时更高的柔性并且尤其能够实现与存在的电源的无关,并因此能够在许多地点进行户外工作。所述蓄电池装置指的是,在蓄电池壳体内包括可再充电的蓄电池的蓄电池装置,蓄电池壳体可以与手持电动工具的装置壳体耦合,其中在两个壳体耦合时电动机电耦合到蓄电池组上并且对其供应电流。为了耦合两个壳体,通常蓄电池壳体设置有突出的卡锁装置,该卡锁装置插入装置壳体的互补的插入插座并且卡锁在其中。在此,在卡锁装置的区域中实现多重电接触。
手持电动工具通常,但尤其是用于钻孔的工具在工作时产生了显著的振动。这样的振动现在通过装置壳体和卡锁点传递到蓄电池壳体上并且从那里传递到在蓄电池壳体中存在的蓄电池单元。
蓄电池组的这种振动对蓄电池组尤其是蓄电池单元的使用寿命和电接触是有害的并且也存在这样的危险,即由于蓄电池组中的蓄电池单元的非常大的质量而导致卡锁装置的磨损并因此首先导致卡锁装置的较大间隙,这产生了差的质量感觉。最后,不再能够产生可能的卡锁或者不再产生可靠的卡锁,尤其是在钻孔工作时。
为此例如在DE 200 21 184 U1中已提供一种可能的解决方案,在该蓄电池组中设置有用于保持非电绝缘的蓄电池单元的装置,该装置具有第一和第二保持件,这些保持件具有在平面中栅状设置的、环形的束紧元件,其中束紧元件使蓄电池单元彼此电绝缘并且彼此间隔,并且其中蓄电池单元形状配合地保持在其中,从而也提供了对振动特征的防护。这种部件的缺点是需要很高的制造精度以便可靠地防止保持元件与蓄电池单元之间的间隙。
此外,在DE 103 18 947 A1中公开了一种具有蓄电池组的手持电动工具,其中在此提出,在蓄电池组的壳体与手持工具机的壳体之间设置有用于衰减振动和用于去除在蓄电池组与机器的壳体之间的卡锁引起的间隙的弹性/阻尼元件。
发明内容
现在本发明的任务是提供一种用于防止手持电动工具将振动传递到设置在蓄电池组中的蓄电池单元上的可替换的观念。
本发明通过具有权利要求1所述特征的手持电动工具来解决该任务,其中蓄电池组包括蓄电池壳体,在该蓄电池壳体中安置有蓄电池单元并且其中在蓄电池壳体与蓄电池单元之间设置有阻尼元件,该阻尼元件使蓄电池单元与蓄电池壳体以减振的方式脱耦。相应的构造具有这样的优点,即必须对将蓄电池单元固定在蓄电池组中提出更小的要求,以便可靠地防止蓄电池单元在蓄电池组在钻孔工作中的移动。以这样的方式,也可以改进对这些蓄电池单元的持久的电接触并且还可以使卡锁装置比现有技术中所公知的卡锁装置受到更少的应力,卡锁装置可设置在蓄电池组的壳体与装置壳体之间并且这两个通常形状配合地卡锁。
尤其是弹性/阻尼元件可以用作阻尼元件,其中阻尼元件尤其是设置在所谓的电子杯(Elektronikbecher)和蓄电池壳体之间,在该电子杯上形状配合地安装有蓄电池单元并且接着附加地焊接在其上。在此特别提出,在准备阶段由多个蓄电池单元制造复合结构,即所谓芯组,以及接着将该芯组整体地与电子杯相连。在此,在电子杯中设置有电子单元,尤其是也是用于充电状态显示的电子单元等,并且将该电子单元与该杯事先浇铸成一个单元。通过将芯组的蓄电池单元设置到电子单元上来实现蓄电池单元的电接触,其中蓄电池单元可替代地串联连接或者并联连接。
此外,还可以设置有测试接口,该测试接口与电子单元相连,并且在设置芯组或者蓄电池单元之后能够在安装进蓄电池壳体之前对电子装置的工作能力进行测试。
在此,由热塑性塑料的弹性材料构成的元件设置作为阻尼元件,所述元件可事后安装在电子杯或者蓄电池壳体上,或者可替代地可以在制造这两个部件之一时设置在其上。然而,原则上也可以是其他弹性/阻尼元件,如橡胶弹簧、螺旋弹簧等,所有其它的阻尼装置也是可以的。
在此也可以如此使用弹性元件和/或阻尼元件,使得其根据主要的振动方向定向,以便因此能够事先尽可能大地衰减振动。可替代地,也可以针对不同的振动方向设置阻尼元件以便因此实现进一步稳定。
根据本发明,此外还提出,蓄电池组具有用于电连接到电动机的接头,其中电接头具有柔性的区域,用于使蓄电池组与装置壳体脱耦。由于装置壳体与蓄电池壳体形状配合地卡锁,所以在该部位存在多重的危险,即振动从一个壳体传递到另一个壳体。为了实现除了衰减蓄电池组中的蓄电池单元的振动之外的另一振动脱耦,在这两个壳体之间也可以设置有阻尼元件或弹性/阻尼元件。在此,特别有利的是,热塑性塑料的弹性材料同样用于这些元件,其中特别地提出,将阻尼元件设置在蓄电池组的卡锁元件可嵌接进的凹部中,因为该凹部受到较少的环境影响。然而,可替代地,蓄电池组的通常也具有电接头的卡锁部件柔性地构造或者构造有柔性的区域,使得在此通过柔性来补偿装置壳体的振动。在此此外还提出,电接头至少具有允许随着振动运动的柔性的区域,并且因此防止了电接触受影响或者被损坏。这同样也适用于在蓄电池组上设置的显示元件或者操作元件,因为它们在蓄电池组中直接与蓄电池单元耦合,然而这些元件本身安装在蓄电池壳体上。在此也通过柔性的区域来确保在振动方面的脱耦。
锂电池尤其适合作为蓄电池单元,其中锂电池不仅可以并联而且可以串联。通过并联两个蓄电池单元输出功率将翻倍,其中锂电池与传统的蓄电池单元相反在并联时更不易受到影响。传统的蓄电池单元在并联时具有如下缺点,即在蓄电池单元并联时这些蓄电池单元不同地放电并因此损坏。

具体实施方式
图1示出了不带壳体的蓄电池组,该蓄电池组具有由蓄电池单元构成的复合结构、所谓的芯组以及与之相关的电子装置,其中这些蓄电池单元在此设有附图标记10。各个蓄电池单元10在此通过间距保持器12彼此间隔地安装,使得各个蓄电池单元10彼此不接触。在本构造中,设置有八个蓄电池单元,其中每两个蓄电池单元相互并联连接而四个并联连接的蓄电池单元对彼此可串联连接。通过并联连接在此所使用的锂电池单元10,可以使输出功率翻倍。蓄电池单元10的电接触通过接触元件14实现。因此,蓄电池单元10通过保持装置12形状配合地固定在电子单元16上并且这些蓄电池单元被焊接。为了在这样装配之后检查该单元,设置有测试接口18,该接口后来通过蓄电池壳体遮盖。
用于芯组的电子装置16浇铸在塑料部件20——所谓的电子杯——中并且因此免于受到外部影响。
为了将蓄电池组与蓄电池工具装置(Akkuwerkzeuggeraet)连接,设置有接触系统22,该接触系统具有三个接头以及数字数据端口。在此,接触系统引入到柔性的连接装置24中,其中通过连接装置的柔性提供手持电动工具的壳体与蓄电池组之间的以减振的方式的脱耦,所述连接装置后来通过蓄电池组的壳体来遮挡并且嵌接进电动工具的相应凹部中。
此外,还设置有阻尼元件26,该阻尼元件以减振的方式使蓄电池组的内部相对于蓄电池壳体脱耦。阻尼元件尤其是由热塑性塑料的弹性材料构成并且设置在保持装置12以及电子单元16上。
现在,图2示出了蓄电池组,该蓄电池组的整体设有附图标记30,该蓄电池组具有壳体28,在该壳体中设置有用于进气的通气槽32和用于出气的通气槽34,因为为了提高蓄电池单元10的使用寿命而用空气冷却蓄电池组30。具有接头22的接触系统同样完全地封闭在蓄电池组30的壳体28中,其中通过蓄电池组30的壳体28保证各个接头22的隔开和机械保护。在使用时,用壳体28的区域35将蓄电池组插入手持电动工具的相应容纳部中并且在那里形状配合地卡锁。
所设置的阻尼元件26用于以减振的方式使蓄电池单元10与蓄电池组的壳体28脱耦并且由此与手持电动工具的壳体脱耦,手持电动工具使用蓄电池组30。以这样的方式,一方面减小了在钻孔工作中蓄电池组的振动并由此减小了损坏蓄电池组30与手持电动工具之间的卡锁系统的危险,而另一方面保护了蓄电池单元10本身。
现在,图3示出了由蓄电池组30构成的剖面的示意性图,该蓄电池组具有壳体28和设置在其中的具有所谓电子杯38的芯组,其中在此设置有用于容量显示的接头40以及元件42,其通过按键44来控制。按键44以及容量显示46通过形状配合地卡锁在壳体28上的中间元件48连接于部件40和42,并且由此提供对部件40和42的柔性的连接。在此总共设有四个用于容量显示的LED(发光二极管),其中0到20%的容量范围没有LED发光,20%到40%的容量范围一个LED发光,40%到60%的容量范围两个LED发光,60%到80%的容量范围三个LED发光,以及80%到100%的容量范围所有LED全发光。
通过相应的根据本发明的构造和将芯组以及电子装置减振地安装在蓄电池壳体28内,可以改进蓄电池单元的使用寿命和在手持工具与蓄电池组之间的卡锁装置的使用寿命并且由此也保证了该装置的钻孔强度。

Claims (6)

1.一种手持电动工具,其具有装置壳体和设置在所述装置壳体内的电动机以及与所述装置壳体可拆卸地卡锁的蓄电池组(30),所述蓄电池组用于向所述电动机供应电能,其中所述蓄电池组(30)包括蓄电池壳体(28),在所述蓄电池壳体中安置有蓄电池单元(10),其特征在于,在所述蓄电池壳体(28)与所述蓄电池单元(10)之间设置有阻尼元件(26),所述阻尼元件使蓄电池单元(10)与蓄电池壳体(28)以减振的方式脱耦。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手持电动工具,其特征在于,多个蓄电池单元(10)结合成复合结构。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的手持电动工具,其特征在于,所述蓄电池单元(10)与电子单元(16)相连。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的手持电动工具,其特征在于,所述蓄电池组(30)具有用于电连接到电动机的接头(82),其中所述电接头(22)具有柔性的区域以使所述蓄电池组(30)与装置壳体脱耦。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的手持电动工具,其特征在于,在所述蓄电池壳体(28)上设置有显示元件和/或操作元件(44、46),这些元件通过柔性的接头和/或通过阻尼元件与所述蓄电池组(30)的电子装置相连。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的手持电动工具,其特征在于,所述蓄电池单元(10)是锂电池。
