- 一种电池卷芯半自动卷绕机,包括两极片送料机构(10、11)、两隔膜送料机构(20、21)、卷绕换位机构(30)、卷针(40)和卷绕电动机(50)以及隔膜切刀(60)和在穿针前用于夹紧隔膜的上、下两压块(70、71),该隔膜切刀(60)和上、下两压块(70、71)均由各自的驱动机构驱动,其特征在于:所述卷绕电动机(50)经减速机构(51)输出端与所述卷针(40)连接;所述卷绕换位机构(30)包括本体(31)、带动所述卷针(40)左右平移的横向驱动机构(32)和带动所述卷针(40)前后伸缩的纵向驱动机构(33),所述卷绕电动机(50)和减速机构(51)均安装在所述本体(31)上,所述横向驱动机构(32)与所述本体(31)的一边连接固定,所述纵向驱动机构(33)与本体(31)的后端固定;所述半自动卷绕机在卷好一个电池卷芯后,切断隔膜之前,能将作为下一卷芯的两条隔膜的起点采用超声波焊接或热烫方式粘接在一起。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的电池卷芯半自动卷绕机,其特征在于:还包括包扎胶带送料机 构(80)和胶带切刀(81),该胶带送料机构(80)和胶带切刀(81)均由各自的驱动机构驱 动。
- 3.如权利要求1所述的电池卷芯半自动卷绕机,其特征在于:所述两隔膜送料机构 (20,21)的送出端与上、下两压块(70、71)之间,还包括上、下两导辊(90、91),该两导辊 (90,91)分别由各自的驱动机构驱动。
- 4.如权利要求1所述的电池卷芯半自动卷绕机,其特征在于:将作为下一卷芯的两条 隔膜的起点粘接在一起采用的是热烫方式,具体是:所述隔膜切刀(60)连接有加热装置, 该加热装置给隔膜切刀(60)加热,并控制隔膜切刀(60)的温度在150°C至250°C之间。
- 5.如权利要求1所述的电池卷芯半自动卷绕机,其特征在于:将作为下一卷芯的两条 隔膜的起点粘接在一起采用的是超声波焊接方式,具体是:所述上、下两压块(70、71)之任 一个被设计成超声波焊接头。
- 6.如权利要求1至3之任一项所述的电池卷芯半自动卷绕机,其特征在于:所述各驱 动机构均为气压驱动机构。
