Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于冷却装在饮料容器中的饮料的装置。
背景技术
众所周知,往饮料中加入一块或更多的冰块可以使饮料冷却,但是,这种做法的缺点是,用来制冰的水中可能会含有微生物,当冰融化后,如果与饮料一起被喝下的话,这种微生物对人体可能是有害的。
冰块的另一个缺点是,当冰融化后,水会稀释饮料并会降低总的浓度和口味。
US Patent No.4,325,230提出一种装置,试图用它来克服上述缺点,该装置包括一个可密封的,可放入冰块的立方体外壳。在使用的时候,可将一个或多个这种装置进行冷冻,然后放到饮料中。冰是装在外壳里的,所以,当冰融化时,它就不会污染或稀释饮料。该装置在使用后可以洗涤和重复使用。在另一个实施方案中,水的主体是永久性地密封在外壳里的,在使用前,要对该装置本身进行冷冻。
冰以及上述装置的缺点是,它们比较容易被吞下,特别是当它们漂浮在饮料的表面上时。
发明内容
现在,我设计出了一种用于饮料冷却的,可以缓解上述问题的装置。
本发明提供了一种用于饮料冷却的装置,该装置包括用于浸没在饮料中的壳体部分和用来与装有饮料的容器壁连结合的部分,壳体部分在该饮料中是不会溶解的。
在使用过程中,壳体部分会使饮料冷却,但不会稀释饮料,因为它是不会溶解的。与容器连结部分就地将该装置牢牢地固定在容器上,因此就可以避免意外地将该装置吞下去的危险。
壳体部分最好包括一种装在密封外壳中的液体或凝胶,该液体或凝胶用于吸收饮料的热量,以便达到冷却的效果。
在一个实施方案中,外壳可以包括一块隔板,该隔板可以打开,让冰块进入外壳内的小室中。
在一个优选实施方案中,液体或凝胶是永久性地密封在外壳中的,使用者在使用前要对该装置进行冷冻。
外壳中可以包含水,但优选的是包含诸如乙烯或丙二醇等材料,这些材料在水的冰点以下时就会从固相转变为液相:在这些材料从固相转变为液相时所吸收的潜热会起到不对称地冷却饮料的作用。
在另一个实施方案中,容器中可以包含诸如水和氯化铵等材料,这些材料是用于进行内热反应和吸收热量。这种装置可以专一使用,或也可以用于逆转内热反应,这样,它就能重复使用。
使用冰块或使用上述US 4,325,230装置的另一个缺点是,他们会漂浮在饮料的表面,这样,它们不是整个表面都与饮料接触,所以其冷却效果就不能最大化。
为了克服这个缺点,与容器连结的部分最好通过一个延长臂与壳体部分相连接,以便该装置的壳体部分能紧靠着饮料容器的底部。
该延长臂最好是柔软的,这样,就可以让壳体部分几乎能定位在容器内所选择的任何位置。
上述与容器连接部分优选用于固定在容器壁上。
上述与容器连接部分最好包括一个用于固定在容器的边缘上的夹子。
上述与容器连接部分最好包括一种设施,用于在圆周各个相互隔开的位置上将其与容器固定:这有助于防止臂的横向移动并保持容器内壳体部分的位置。

参见图1至图3,其中示出一个饮料冷却装置,包括一个带有球形塑料外壳的壳体部分10,其中装满在水的冰点以下时就会冻结的水和丙二醇的混合物。该外壳可以是任何其它形状的并可以装满水或任何其它合适的材料。
连接臂11从壳体部分10中延伸出来并包括多个刚性节12,通过柔性连接部分13,使刚性节12的端部与端部相连接。臂11的最外面一节向自己一侧往回折叠,形成一个用于连接饮料容器的边缘的C形夹子14。
C形夹子14的外臂与延长的支撑装置15的中心部位相连接,所述支撑装置15通常是垂直地伸向C形夹子14的臂上。支撑部分15的相对端通过各自的柔性接头16被连接到它的中心部分。
参见图4,使用时,将该装置从致冷器中取出并将其夹到饮料容器的边缘上,以使臂11伸进饮料容器,使壳体部分10靠近容器的底部。支撑部分15的相对端在圆周相对方向上沿饮料容器的外表面延伸,以防止臂11的横向移动。C形夹子14的臂的相对面最好设置几个齿状的或弹性的扣紧部件17,以便其牢牢地扣紧饮料容器的边缘。
壳体部分10的外壳内的冷冻物会吸收饮料容器中饮料的热量,使饮料冷却。倘若愿意的话,可以往容器上附加多个这种装置。
本发明装置的构造简单、价廉,但能提供一种安全可靠的饮料冷却方法。

Claims (13)

1、一种饮料冷却装置,该装置包括一个用于浸没在饮料中的壳体部分和一个用于与装有饮料的容器壁相连结的夹子,该壳体部分不会溶于上述饮料,其特征在于,与容器连结部分通过一根柔性延长臂与壳体部分相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,壳体部分包含装在密封外壳中的液体或凝胶,该液体或凝胶用于吸收饮料的热量,以达到冷却效果。
3、根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,密封外壳包括一个隔板,该隔板能打开,让冰块进入外壳内的小室中。
