一种复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺,复合绝热外墙板是由两外面用防火防水板做面板,中间用保温材料结合而成,把它用凸凹槽装配法装配在抗震框架上,外面铺钢丝网,水泥沙浆抹面(楼高层钢网可不用)。本发明省工省时造价低,隔热保温重量轻,由于外墙和抗震框架连为一体,所建大楼即使倒向90度,墙体也不会塌下伤人。本发明不仅建大楼适用,还能广泛用于冷库建设。本发明复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺集外墙构建,隔热保暖,防震抗震一次完成,如在社会上推广,将产生不可估量的经济效益和社会效益。

复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺涉及的技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,特别涉及复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺。
复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺的背景技术
目前节能保温型建筑倍受推崇,外墙隔热通常采用把粘土砖或气块砖砌成墙体,在墙体上用专用沙浆抹平,粘上隔热层,再用专用沙浆连同抗裂网一起抹平,这其中还要打钢钉等技术,操作复杂,成本高。在抗震方面虽然抗震柱可防震但外墙并不防震。另有复合彩钢板,被用于车间和冷库建设,它有以下缺陷;一、造价高、每平方米要在120元-250元左右,二、彩钢板在几年后漆皮就要脱落生锈。三、彩钢板外边无法再饰面。
复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺的内容与效果
本发明为了克服以上造价高等缺陷,特发明了绝热性好、造价低、既防震,施工又方便快捷,省工省力的复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架安装工艺。本发明复合绝热外墙板由上下层采用防火防水板,中间用聚苯或聚铵脂泡沫板,由压力机用粘合剂压合而成,复合绝热板的一边为凹槽,一边为凸道。它不但造价低,而且表面和水泥有很好的结合力。为增强墙的抗抵力,防火防水板的内面可做成凸起的网格,与泡沫板粘合,镶嵌在一起。生产复合绝热板也可用模型膨胀的方法制作,做一对左模和右模,把防火防水板放入模型左右两边,合模中空放入泡沫料,加蒸气膨胀成板。为了再降低复合绝热板的成本,把废泡沫粉碎和水泥混合,装入模型,振实凝固成板,它和两边的防水防火板有很好的粘结力。抗震框架预制时,可把上、下、左、右框架环内外侧预制出凹槽,凹槽两内边预制一定数量的、一定长度的钢丝,把复合绝热墙板按凸凹槽依序装配在框架凹槽,用沙浆填实,墙外面、内面铺钢丝网,钢丝网与凹槽边的钢丝连接,水泥抹面。在施工中下框架上要按放预制板,因此下框架上的凹槽,只要向外面的凸道,内凸道不要,外凸道与预制板端面正好行成凹槽。为了施工方便左右框架其中一个上的凹槽内凸道不要,待复合绝热板按装好后,再用水泥抹上。在施工中,复合绝热外墙板两端面也可做成凹槽,抗震框架上制出凸道,来进行装配、外铺钢丝网与框架上预制的钢丝连接。用复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架凹槽装配法建的高楼,它有以下特点:1、绝热性能好,室内隔热保温,节约大量电能、热能,彻底告别盖楼用砖的历史。2、造价低,因采用防水防火板做复合板的面板,降低了造价,和传统的砖墙外保温相比,每平方米的造价要减少50%以上。3、省工省时,因墙板在工厂产业化生产,安装起来快捷方便,缩短建筑工期,因重量轻,抗震性好,承重梁及整体结构可节约大量钢材。4、由于采用凸凹装配法,再加上钢丝网与框架连接为一体,重量又轻,即使大楼倒向90度,墙板也不会倒塌伤人。5、复合绝热板还可广泛用于冷库建设。复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺把墙体构建,绝热保温,防震全部完成,此项技术在全国推广,将产生不可估量的经济效益和社会效益。

做复合绝热板1,中间5是泡沫板,两外层2、4为防火防水板,一边凹槽3,做一边凸道6,预制抗震上框架8带有凹槽9,下框架10带有凹槽11,左框架14带有凹槽16,右框架15带有凹槽17,凹槽11、15内凸道不要,把复合绝热板1按凹凸配合装入框架凹槽9、11、16、17内,用水泥浆填紧,内外铺钢丝网12,使它与凹槽内边上的钢丝连接,用水泥把面抹平,施工完成。
抗震框架上用凸道,复合绝热板上下端面为凹槽装配法及图略。
窗户口可在做复合绝热板时做出,用凹槽构件反扣环包。

Claims (6)

1. 一种复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺,它的主要特征是:由防火防水板做两边面板,中间是保温材料结合成的复合绝热外墙板,一边是凸道,一边是凹槽,依序再把它们用凸凹槽装配法装配到抗震框架上,两面铺钢丝网并与抗震框架上的预留钢丝相连,用水泥沙浆抹面。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺,其特征在于复合绝热外墙板是防火防水板做两边面板,中间用保温泡沫板,使用粘合剂由压力机压合而成。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺,其特征在于复合绝热外墙板是用防火防水板做两边面板装入模型两边,中空再装入泡沫料,加蒸气膨胀而成。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺,其特征在于复合绝热外墙板是用防火防水板做两边面板,装入模型两边,中空再装入泡沫与水泥混合浆凝固而成。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺,其特征在于抗震框架环内外侧有凹槽,复合绝热板两端做凸道,装入框架凹槽内。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的复合绝热外墙板与抗震框架装配工艺,其特征在于抗震框架环内外侧有凸道,复合绝热外墙板两端开有凹槽,把复合绝热外墙板装在凸道上。
