Abstract

一种特种信息纸，在其纸上固定有平行间隔明暗的信息带，且呈起伏状表现出连续开天窗的特点，信息带的明暗信息组成一个完整的信息数据，覆盖在信息带上的纸层易刮开。此纸是以塑料或金属或织物材料上印数码或可变图文信息，然后分切成0.5-6mm宽信息带然后与纸浆组合制成。本发明简化了生产工序，并将信息带特征融合在造纸环节，使成本大大下降。

特种信息纸及其制作方法
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种特种纸，尤其涉及一种含有信息带，制作数码或可变图文类信息标识的特种纸。
背景技术：
现在制作数码或可变图文类信息标识(通常用于刮奖、防伪或其他用途)的纸张通常为普通纸，如制作数码或可变图文类信息标识需先将一定克重的纸张经过印刷设备完成表面图文印刷，然后在数码或可变图文信息上加盖刮刮墨，对数码或可变图文类信息进行覆盖和保护，最后经过模切，此时才算完成标识成品。因为制作工艺复杂，工序较多，因而生产成本高、工期长，出现在销售旺季无法及时供货的问题，另外还会在标识随同商品进入流通领域后，因储存环境变化，导致刮刮墨与纸张的结合度加强而刮不开，无法进行数码识读，产生消费纠纷的问题。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于：制造一种已加载数码或可变图文的信息带，信息带呈起伏状间断出现在纸面或纸中间，信息带面上的纸对信息带的数码或可变图文信息具有遮盖保护作用，将信息带上面纸层刮开可得到完整信息的一种特种信息纸。本发明将常规的标识生产的部分工序前移，并将之融合在造纸环节，极大地简化了标识的后期制作，成本大大下降。
本发明是这样实现的：制造一种带有数码或可变图文信息的信息带，将此信息带平行埋入纸内，且呈起伏状表现出连续开天窗的特点，将信息带上面纸层刮开可得到完整信息的特种信息纸。
其制造方法如下：
1)在塑料或金属或织物等材料上印制产品信息数码，然后分切成0.5-6mm宽的信息带；
2)将信息带与纸浆结合制造成特种信息带纸，在成型的纸张上信息带表现出连续开天窗的特点；
3)信息带数据朝上，有部分信息带数据会在纸张的开窗处显现。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：由于本发明数码或可变图文信息印刷在信息带上，信息带与纸张较易分离，所以数码或可变图文信息能完整读取，有效进行信息校验，标识质量能得到保障，具有较好的使用性。在工艺上简化了标识制造步骤，能有效地提高生产效率，满足客户在现代供应链中低库存，及时供货的要求。因为工艺的调整，只需将该纸张在印刷机上完成表面图文印刷后模切即完成标识的生产，由此在制造设备上大大简化，制造成本也下降了，能获得较好的成本优势。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，在已完成表面图文印刷的纸张纸层1上，同时有产品数码或图文信息的信息带2，和埋入的信息带3，如不刮开不会完整显现。在图1中剖开横截线4露出剖面示意图2，剖开横截线5露出剖面示意图3；
如图2所示显示出信息带2；
如图3所示显示出信息带3.
其工艺为：将塑料或金属或织物等材料上印制数码或可变图文信息，然后切成0.6-6mm宽的信息带，在造纸环节将该信息带放置并与纸浆结合生成开窗信息带纸。

Claims (2)

1.一种特种信息纸，信息带的部分被纸层覆盖，信息带出露纸上部分的信息内容和被纸层覆盖部分的信息组成一个完整信息数据的特种信息纸，其特征在于：
信息带平行间隔固定在纸上，且呈起伏状表现出连续开天窗的特点，覆盖信息带的纸层易被刮开；将信息带与纸浆结合制造特种信息带纸，在成型的纸张上信息带表现出开天窗的特点；在塑料或金属或织物材料上印刷数码或可变图文信息，然后分切成0.5-6mm宽的信息带；信息带数据朝上，有部分信息带数据会在纸张的开窗处显现。
2.根据权利要求1所述的信息纸的制造方法，将信息带与纸浆结合制造特种信息带纸，在成型的纸张上信息带表现出开天窗的特点；其特征在于；在塑料或金属或织物材料上印刷数码或可变图文信息，然后分切成0.5-6mm宽的信息带；信息带数据朝上，有部分信息带数据会在纸张的开窗处显现。
