Abstract

芯部可移除的锁装置
技术领域
本发明总体涉及锁结构,更具体地涉及包括具有可移除芯部的钥启动构造的锁结构。
背景技术
筒形锁包括中央芯部和该芯部在其中转动的外壳或壳体。壳体安装在适当的壳体固定构造中。现有技术的多个示例描述了适于提供可移除或可更换的筒形锁芯的装置,可移除或可更换的筒形锁芯的好处是能够使这些锁被相对不熟练的人员迅速地重新钥锁。需要这种重新钥锁可能是因为可能的安全性不足或者钥匙丢失或者未能返回钥匙。
专利公报US 6076386(Etchells等)描述了包括可移除芯部的锁,其中在形成于芯部壳体上的同心凹槽中布置呈滚珠形式的保持元件。这种方案的一个缺点在于缺乏用于移除芯部的密码相关的阻挡机构。
在US专利公报2036764中描述了一种包括可移除芯部的车锁,其中在芯部与致动锁操作装置的转接器之间的连接呈卡口组装件的形式,该卡口组装件可被移除而不需要为此而使用工具。为了使用该锁,必须插入长的用户钥匙使其与转接器中的凹槽接合,从而不仅能够转动芯部,而且能够转动转接器。利用短钥匙将芯部从转接器移除,通过该短钥匙使芯部相对于转接器沿特定方向转动90°。
虽然后一方案提供了简单的构造,但其存在几个缺点。首先,其依赖于钥匙末端的机械强度来转动转接器,这导致操作不可靠。其次,该锁可相对容易地操纵。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锁,该锁包括可移除的芯部,利用该锁消除或至少减少了已知锁装置的缺点。
本发明基于这样的理解,即,可以设计凸轮转接器,使得转接器的一部分夹持在布置于筒形芯部中的一个或多个密码销簧的周围,其中密码销簧的位置决定了筒形芯部是否可相对于筒形壳体轴向运动。
根据本发明,提供了一种钥匙和锁装置,该装置包括权利要求1限定的可移除芯部、以及权利要求8限定的维修钥匙。
本发明的装置消除或至少减少了与上述已知技术相关的缺点。在所附权利要求中限定的根据本发明的锁装置具有简单的设计,但该设计在能够更换筒形芯部方面提供了高度安全性。

具体实施方式
下面将更详细地描述本发明的优选实施方式。图1是根据本发明构成的锁装置的部件的分解图。筒形壳体10包括用于容纳大致圆筒形芯部20的大致圆形的孔或开口10a。该芯部包括以通常方式接收钥匙30的钥匙槽20a。两个侧杆22a、22b(图1中没有)设置在芯部中的相应的纵向延伸的凹槽20b中,图1中可看见一个凹槽20b。设置压销和弹簧(未示出)用于将侧杆径向向外偏压成与开口10a内表面中的相应的纵向延伸的凹槽10b接合,图1中可看见一个凹槽10b。上述类型的侧杆结构例如在国际专利公报WO 93/12314(h

凸轮转接器40可转动地布置在筒形壳体中的开口10a的内部中。凸轮转接器包括圆形体40a,尾件40b从该圆形体40a延伸。该尾件适于操作地接合至止动垫圈41、凸轮42、锁定垫圈43和螺母44。凸轮42通过螺母44保持在驱动器上的适当位置。这样凸轮转接器可转动地安装在筒形壳体10内的开口10a的内部中,并且通过螺母44防止其被移除。
转到图2a至2c,可以看到凸轮转接器还包括两个适于与布置在筒形芯部20的内端部中的相应的密码销簧22接合的爪状支脚。下面将说明这些支脚的功能。
密码销簧22具有下圆形体部22a,下圆形体部22a在其底端终止于直径较大的圆形唇部22b。密码销还包括上圆形体部22c,上圆形体部22c具有较窄的腰部或圆周凹槽2d。在将钥匙插入钥匙槽20a中时,销由于唇部22b与钥匙齿的侧表面中的密码凹槽30a接合而被强制沿垂直方向引导。该特征在现有技术中如上述专利公报WO 93/12314中是已知的。
密码销的上体部22c具有与凸轮转接器的支脚40c中的凹口一致的直径。从图2c还可以看到,支脚40c的接合在密码销22周围的部分的高度略小于密码销的腰部22d的高度。这意味着当密码销的腰部与凸轮转接器的支脚精确齐平时,见图3a至3c,在筒形芯部从筒形壳体的开口10a进出时,密码销能够移动通过支脚的外端部。另一方面,如果密码销的腰部处于与它们和凸轮转接器的支脚配准的高度之外的高度,见图2a至2c,那么密码销的上体部22c将阻挡凸轮转接器与密码销之间的轴向相对运动。因为凸轮转接器安装在筒形壳体10中并且密码销布置在筒形芯部20中,所以将防止从筒形壳体移除筒形芯部。
腰部22d可置于密码销的上体部22c中的不同高度处。这产生了不同的密码。在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,腰部可置于三个互相不同的高度处,从而两个密码销将提供九种不同的组合。
可通过在布置于筒内的凹口中或者筒形芯部的罩面中设置一个或多个滚珠20c,使其略微超出所述筒面伸出而加强该构造。这些滚珠用于在开口10a的圆周凹槽10c中伸出并且用作在所有转动位置(除了在滚珠与凹口10d重合时)承受轴向作用力的装置,从而使筒形芯部能够插入到芯部插入位置,见图5c。
下面将参照图5a至5e描述筒形芯部20的安装。图5a表示在开始将筒形芯部插入筒形壳体10的开口10a,用以将维修钥匙30’插入钥匙槽20a中时的筒形芯部。图5b表示凸轮转接器40的支脚40c开始与筒形芯部的筒面中的纵向延伸凹槽20b接合,用以凸轮转接器与筒形芯部一起转动。然而,滚珠20c防止筒形芯部的进一步插入。当筒形芯部已经转过45°时,见图5c,滚珠20b将与筒形芯部开口中的凹口10d重合。这使得筒形芯部可以运动至完全插入位置,见图5d。最后,筒形芯部转动至其初始位置,见图5e,并且可将维修钥匙从锁中移除。在锁的该状态下,滚珠20c阻挡筒形壳体10与筒形芯部20之间的轴向运动。当筒形芯部的安装完成时,可用用户钥匙操纵锁装置。
通过以相反顺序执行以上步骤可将筒形芯部从锁拆除。
因为筒形芯部和凸轮转接器在所述芯部和转接器处于锁定状态时在滚珠和筒形壳体开口中的对应凹槽的作用下保持在筒形壳体中锁定的轴向位置,所以现场装配工可以简单地选择锁装置是适于右手转动或左手转动。可通过取掉止动垫圈41并将其转过180°后将其再次安装在凸轮转接器的尾件40b上而改变转动方向,见图6a至6d。
所述锁装置提供了若干优点。首先,获得了简单但可靠的方案。可以获得用于使维修钥匙起作用的几个密码,同时使所需的部件数量保持最小。
虽然已经参照优选实施方式描述了本发明的锁装置,但本领域的普通技术人员会意识到可以在所附权利要求的范围内进行变更。另外,尽管已经描述了在筒形芯部中包括两个纵向延伸的凹口的锁,但应理解也可利用不同数量的凹口实施本发明概念。已经描述了包括侧杆的锁装置。根据本发明,锁可以包括上销和下销,而不是如上所述的具有传统销的锁。
已经描述了滚珠作为轴向固定筒形芯部的装置。应理解,可应用其它方案来轴向固定筒形芯部,或者通过凸轮转接器和销的手段实现的固定是唯一所需的固定。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有可移除芯部的锁结构,该结构包括:
-筒形壳体(10),该筒形壳体具有大致圆形的开口(10a);
-大致圆筒形的芯部(20),该圆筒形芯部容纳在所述筒形壳体的所述圆形开口中,并包括用于接收密码钥匙(30;30’)的钥匙槽(20a);
多个密码销(22),所述密码销可通过致动钥匙密码面而运动,其中至少部分密码销布置在所述圆筒形芯部的筒面中的凹口(20b)中;
一凸轮转接器(40),该凸轮转接器可转动地安装在所述筒形壳体的所述圆形开口中,并且操作地连接到凸轮(42);
其特征在于,
所述凹口(20b)纵向延伸;
所述凸轮转接器包括接合部,该接合部在所述圆筒形芯部的操作位置接合在所述圆筒形芯部的罩面中的纵向延伸的所述凹口(20b)中;并且
至少一个密码销可在阻挡位置与释放位置之间运动,在阻挡位置中所述凸轮转接器的接合部与至少一个密码销共同作用以阻止所述凸轮转接器与所述圆筒形芯部的相对轴向运动,在释放位置中允许所述凸轮转接器与所述圆筒形芯部之间的相对轴向运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构,其中,所述密码销(22)包括具有周向延伸凹槽(22d)的上圆形体部(22c),所述接合部可在该周向延伸凹槽中与所述钥匙插入所述钥匙槽(20a)中的插入联动地运动。
