本发明涉及建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种用在户外的防水沥青密封材料。本发明提供了一种能在户外应用具有防水和耐腐蚀耐老化的防水沥青密封材料,其组分和重量百分比为:沥青40-70,环烷油14-20,SBS 4-12,二甲苯5-10,松香水5-10,氧化锌1-7,2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮0.1-1,4,4′-硫代双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)0.05-3,4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶0.1-1,蓖麻油余量。由于采用了上述的技术解决方案,该防水沥青密封材料在常温下保持膏状,能随时开罐使用,涂在建筑物表面或缝隙后凝固,能经历20年以上的防水,耐光,耐腐蚀,防水,耐寒而又能耐高温,达到极好的防水密封效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种用在户外的防水沥青密封材料。
背景技术
目前建筑物的防水,比如桥梁的缝隙,钢结构的缝隙,建筑物等等一般采用防水卷材。但防水卷材的使用一般须对铺设物表面进行处理,如平整,清洁,底油涂抹等。对密封程度要求高的还要用别的液态的密封材料密封卷材边缘。总之,使用卷材并不能完全解决防水密封问题。特别在一些极端的条件下,如干燥,温差大的沙漠,潮湿等,更难以找到合适的密封防水同时又能长时间耐老化的材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种能在户外应用具有防水和耐腐蚀耐老化的防水沥青密封材料。
实现本发明目的技术方案是:一种防水沥青密封材料,其组成和重量百分比为:沥青40-70;环烷油14-20;SBS(聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)4-12;二甲苯5-10;松香水5-10;氧化锌1-7;2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮0.1-1;4,4′-硫代双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)0.05-3;4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶0.1-1;蓖麻油余量。一种防水沥青密封材料,其组成和重量百分比为:沥青50-60;环烷油14-15;SBS(聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)8-12;二甲苯5-7;松香水5-7;氧化锌5-7;2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮0.2-0.5;4,4′-硫代双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)0.1-0.5;4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶0.2-0.5;蓖麻油余量。
上述氧化锌可以用二氧化钛代替。
由于采用了上述的技术解决方案,该防水沥青密封材料在常温下保持膏状,能随时开罐使用,涂在建筑物表面或缝隙后凝固,能经历20年以上的防水,耐光,耐腐蚀,防水,耐寒而又能耐高温,达到极好的防水密封效果。

1.一种防水沥青密封材料,其特征在于其组分和重量百分比为:
沥青                                 40-70,
环烷油                               14-20,
SBS                                  4-12,
二甲苯                               5-10,
松香水                               5-10,
氧化锌                               1-7,
2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮                  0.1-1,
4,4′-硫代双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)     0.05-3,
4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶   0.1-1,
蓖麻油                               余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水沥青密封材料,其特征在于其组分和重量百分比为:
沥青                                  50—60,
环烷油                                14—15,
SBS                                   8—12,
二甲苯                                5—7,
松香水                                5—7,
氧化锌                                5—7,
2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮                   0.2—0.5,
4,4′-硫代双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)      0.1—0.5,
4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶    0.2—0.5,
蓖麻油                                余量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水沥青密封材料,其特征在于,所述氧化锌可以用二氧化钛代替。
