Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及能够被转换为罐式清洁器的直立型真空清洁器,而且更为特别地,涉及能够被转换为罐式清洁器的直立型真空清洁器的抽吸软管支撑结构,其防止当真空清洁器被用作直立型时,软材料的抽吸软管被弯曲,因而降低杂质和空气被引导时通过的流动通道内的阻力。抽吸软管将抽吸单元的排放开口与主体的抽吸端口连接。
背景技术
真空清洁器是通过很强的抽吸力来抽吸散落在房间中地面、墙壁、小缝隙和类似地方的灰尘和其它杂质,然后使用位于其内的灰尘收集过滤器来收集灰尘和其它杂质的家用电器,很强的抽吸力来自驱动风扇马达和操作真空泵产生的负压。
根据形状和使用姿势,真空清洁器可以被分为罐式真空清洁器和直立型真空清洁器,罐式真空清洁器方便在角落中清洁和移动,同时很容易更换刷子和吸嘴,直立型真空清洁器便于维修,且很容易清洁大的空间。
图1是阐明传统直立型真空清洁器的透视图。
传统直立型真空清洁器包括用于抽吸地面灰尘的抽吸单元100、主体200和直立型手柄300,抽吸单元100在其底表面上装有轮子105,主体200在其内具有例如马达和类似的部件。
对于如上述结构的直立型真空清洁器,抽吸单元100在底面上形成安装有刷子的抽吸端口(未示出),且被刷子移走的灰尘通过抽吸端口被吸入抽吸单元中。然后,被吸入的灰尘随着空气流动,并通过过滤器被收集起来,同时空气被排放到外部。
传统直立型真空清洁器具有以下优点:由于抽吸单元比主体的连接部分的面积更大,使得真空清洁器在其上直立,传统直立型真空清洁器能够在移动的同时清洁房间中比较宽阔的面积,而且能够在清洁操作之后保持直立状态。然而,由于需要使面对地面的抽吸单元完成清洁操作,因而对狭窄空间,例如家具之间的角落或缝隙,进行清洁比较困难。因此,需要改善真空清洁器,以克服这些问题。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,鉴于传统真空清洁器的上述问题而实施了本发明,而且本发明的目标是提供能够转换为罐式清洁器的直立型真空清洁器的抽吸软管支撑结构,其包括形成为罐式的主体,和独立于所述主体的抽吸单元,抽吸单元允许主体以直立的方式可拆卸地安装在其上,因而根据主体是否被装配到抽吸单元上,能够使真空清洁器从直立型转换为罐式,或者反之。
另外,根据本发明,抽吸软管支撑结构防止软材料的抽吸软管被弯曲,因而降低杂质和空气被引导时通过的流动通道内的阻力。抽吸软管将抽吸单元的排放开口与主体的抽吸端口连接。
技术方案
根据本发明的一方面,通过给能够转换为罐式清洁器的直立型真空清洁器设置抽吸软管支撑结构可以实现上述和其它的目标,包括:主体,在其上具有抽吸端口和排放端口,且在抽吸端口内部包括抽吸装置;抽吸单元,具有灰尘收集端口和排放开口,而且所述主体可拆卸地安装在抽吸单元上;延长管和手柄,其可拆卸地安装在所述主体上,且具有限定流动通道的中空内部空间,包含杂质的空气沿所述流动通道被吸入;在一端与抽吸端口相连的抽吸软管,且在另一端可选择地与排放开口或手柄相连;和防弯曲构件,其被安装在所述抽吸端口的一侧,以环绕的方式支撑所述抽吸软管。
优选地,抽吸软管的支撑结构还包括安装在所述抽吸软管一侧的固定环,固定环的圆周表面上设有钩,以便被挂在所述主体的一侧上。
优选地,相应于防弯曲构件,主体的上端具有紧固突起,且在相应于所述固定环的侧面上形成插入槽。
优选地,防弯曲构件包括所述抽吸软管位于其中的圆拱形面板,和形成在所述圆拱形面板下端的连接孔部分,且所述紧固突起连接在连接孔部分上。这里,优选地,主体环绕在与所述紧固突起离开预定距离的部分形成肋,以便与所述连接孔部分的内壁紧密接触。另外,优选所述肋具有围绕所述肋形成的座槽,且所述圆拱形面板和所述连接孔部分的下端插入其中。
有益效果
根据本发明,能够转换为罐式清洁器的直立型真空清洁器的抽吸软管支撑结构包括在主体的上端上位于抽吸端口一侧的防弯曲构件,和用于使抽吸软管与主体紧密接触的固定环,以便当真空清洁器被用作直立型时,防止抽吸软管弯曲,因而最小化流动通道中的流动阻力,这导致在清洁过程中防止噪音和降低能源消耗。
另外,抽吸软管通过防弯曲构件和固定环固定在所述主体的一侧,以便防止抽吸软管在主体外部下垂在地面上,且防止在清洁操作过程中与用户或家具接触,因此确保高效的清洁操作。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例。
图2是根据本发明阐明真空清洁器的透视图;图3是根据本发明阐明真空清洁器的安装有防弯曲构件的抽吸软管支撑结构的透视图。
根据本发明的能够转换为罐式真空清洁器的直立型真空清洁器包括:主体10,其具有抽吸端口12和排放端口14,且在其内限定预定的空间;抽吸单元15,具有灰尘收集端口和排放开口18,而且所述主体可拆卸地安装在抽吸单元上;延长管30和手柄20,可拆卸地安装在所述主体10上,且具有限定流动通道的中空内部空间,包含杂质的空气沿所述流动通道被吸入;在一端与抽吸端口12相连的抽吸软管70,且在另一端可选择地与排放开口18或手柄20相连;和防弯曲构件80,其被安装在所述抽吸端口12的一侧,以环绕的方式支撑所述抽吸软管70;和安装在所述抽吸软管70一侧的固定环90,固定环90的圆周表面上设有钩92,以便被挂在所述主体10的一侧上。
利用这种结构,当真空清洁器从图2所示的直立型转换为罐式时,在延长管30和手柄20从主体10上分离的情况下,抽吸软管70与所述排放开口18分离,并连接在手柄20上,同时主体10从抽吸单元15上分离,因而形成罐式真空清洁器。
主体10形成有紧固突起11,主体10上从抽吸端口12到排放开口18分开预定的距离,且防弯曲构件80通过螺钉和螺母固定在主体10上。除此之外,主体10在其相应于排放开口18的一侧形成有插入槽13,以便固定环90的钩92通过此插入槽钩住。因此,当真空清洁器被用作直立型时,此结构能够防止由于主体10和抽吸单元15的移动而使抽吸软管70在主体的外部向下垂向地面。因此,给真空清洁器提供漂亮的外表,同时防止抽吸软管与用户或家具接触。
图4是根据本发明阐明抽吸软管支撑结构的分解透视图,和图5是根据本发明阐明抽吸软管支撑结构的固定环的分解透视图。
防弯曲构件80包括抽吸软管70位于其上的圆拱形面板82,和形成在圆拱形面板82底端的连接孔部分84,且紧固突起11与连接孔部分84相连接。由于抽吸软管70是由软质材料制成的波纹管,如果它如图5所示在抽吸端口12和排放开口18之间延伸,它很可能被弯曲。但是如果抽吸软管70位于圆拱形面板82上,抽吸软管70向着排放开口18成为圆形,因而最小化了抽吸软管70中的流动阻力。
如图6所示,连接孔部分84为中空的,以便紧固突起11插入其中。在这点上,主体10具有沿与紧固突起11离开预定距离的部分形成的肋11a,且沿肋11a形成座槽11b,以便圆拱形面板82和连接孔部分84的下端插入其中。因此,当防弯曲构件80装到紧固突起11时,肋11a与连接孔部分84的内壁紧密接触,同时连接孔部分84和圆拱形面板82被装入座槽11b,因此抑制防弯曲构件80的振动。
下面将介绍根据本发明的能够转换为罐式清洁器的直立型真空清洁器的操作。
当用户想作为罐式清洁器使用真空清洁器时,首先从排放开口18上取下抽吸软管70的一端,并连接在手柄20的紧固孔部分22上,同时延长管30和手柄20从所述主体10上卸下,从而形成罐式真空清洁器。然后,当主体10从抽吸单元15上分离之后,就可以使用罐式真空清洁器进行清洁操作了。
当作为直立型清洁器使用真空清洁器时,首先把主体10连接在抽吸单元15的上表面上以便直立,如图2所示,然后在主体10上连接手柄20和延长管30。之后,抽吸软管70插入排放开口18中,从而形成直立型真空清洁器。
此时,通过把抽吸软管70安装在防弯曲构件80的圆拱形面板82上来防止抽吸软管70弯曲,且通过把固定环90的钩92插入插入槽13中来防止抽吸软管70偏离主体10的侧面。
同样地,对于根据本发明的能够转换为罐式清洁器的直立型真空清洁器,由于连接抽吸单元15和主体10的抽吸软管70被防止弯曲或者偏离主体10,可以最小化抽吸软管中的流动阻力,同时在不使抽吸软管和用户或家具接触的情况下,高效地完成清洁操作。
尽管已经示例性地公开了本发明的优选实施例,本领域技术人员在不脱离如后续权利要求所公开的发明的范围和精神的前提下,能够进行各种可能的修改、增加和替换。
Claims (6)
1、一种能够转换为罐式清洁器的直立型真空清洁器的抽吸软管支撑结构,包括:
主体,在其上具有抽吸端口和排放端口,且在抽吸端口内部包括抽吸装置;
抽吸单元,具有灰尘收集端口和排放开口,而且所述主体可拆卸地安装在抽吸单元上;
延长管和手柄,可拆卸地安装在所述主体上,且具有限定流动通道的中空内部空间,包含杂质的空气沿所述流动通道被吸入;
抽吸软管,其在一端与抽吸端口相连,且在另一端选择性地与排放开口或手柄相连;和
防弯曲构件,其被安装在所述抽吸端口的一侧,以环绕的方式支撑所述抽吸软管。
2、如权利要求1的抽吸软管支撑结构,还包括:
安装在所述抽吸软管一侧的固定环,固定环的圆周表面上设有钩,以便被挂在所述主体的一侧上。
3、如权利要求1的抽吸软管支撑结构,其中,主体在上端形成有与防弯曲构件相应的紧固突起,且在与所述固定环相应的侧面上形成插入槽。
4、如权利要求1的抽吸软管支撑结构,其中防弯曲构件包括所述抽吸软管位于其上的圆拱形面板、和形成在所述圆拱形面板下端的连接孔部分,所述紧固突起连接在连接孔部分上。
5、如权利要求3或4的抽吸软管支撑结构,其中主体形成有环绕与所述紧固突起离开预定距离的部分的肋,以便与所述连接孔部分的内壁紧密接触。
6、如权利要求5的抽吸软管支撑结构,其中围绕所述肋形成有座槽,所述圆拱形面板和所述连接孔部分的下端插入座槽中。
