Abstract
本发明涉及一种护胫，特别用于足球运动员。该护胫包括坚硬的置于胫骨前方的护板部件(3)和在小腿位置(1)用于固定护板部件(3)的装置。根据本发明，固定装置有绷带(2)包裹住小腿(1)，护板部件(3)朝向胫骨的大部分内表面(18)与绷带(2)相连。
Description
本发明涉及一种护胫，特别是用于足球运动员的护胫。该护胫包括坚硬的置于胫骨前方的护板部件和在小腿位置用于固定护板部件的装置。
足球运动员的传统护胫，其固定装置包含小腿背面可在末端处相互连接的搭带，搭带的另一端则与护板部件在其边缘处衔接。施加于护腿板上的力会沿着衔接部分传递到整个搭带，这极易造成搭带甚至带动护板部件在比赛过程中滑落，从而使球员感到很不舒服。
本发明基于上述问题，开发出一种上述提到的新款护胫，该护胫将确保胫骨处护板部件的稳固状态。
根据本发明，该护胫具有如下特点：固定装置具有绷带包裹住小腿，护板部件朝向胫骨的大部分内表面与绷带相连。
按照本发明连接的结果，当绷带和护板部件间的衔接部分覆盖为一个大的表面，比如，大于内表面的50％时，绷带和小腿间的静态摩擦力不会过大，施加于护板部件上的力也因此被分散，所以，一般情况下不会出现绷带以及护板部件的滑落现象。
优选护板部件能够与绷带分离。针对可分开的衔接部分(可卸式连接)，可以特别考虑使用尼龙搭扣(Velco
fastener)。
考虑到实用性，绷带将由弹性材料，特别是纺织品材料制成，这将带给皮肤舒适的穿戴感。其有利之处在于，这种弹性可以稳定且可再现地调节预期的绷带收缩(夹紧)力。
在优选的实施方式中，绷带可以包裹住小腿，彼此重叠的末端最好能够使用连接，优选以尼龙搭扣(Velco
fastener)的方式连接。而尼龙搭扣的富于变化性是一大优势，通过适当选择搭带的重叠面积可以随意调节绷带的收缩(夹紧)力。
优选绷带向上伸展达到靠近胭窝处，向下伸展达到靠近脚踝处。以此方式，将整条小腿用作绷带及其护板部件的固定物。
护板部件的下端要高于绷带的末端。绷带在下方超出护板部件末端的部分，使绷带在小腿上固定得更牢。
本发明最优选的实施方式中，绷带上有一个露出小腿肚的开口(镂空)。
考虑到实用性，在开口上方和下方保留的包裹小腿的衔接区的长度，可通过设计使其处于某一区域上下，而小腿的横截面在此区域会通过小腿肚肌肉的活动而变化。从而使护胫绝不会阻碍腿部运动。
本发明的另一个设计中，绷带将会包含向下方延展的、能够包裹住脚掌的搭带，形成软质的对脚踝的保护。
本发明将通过如下的实施例和涉及实施例的附图得到更详尽的阐释。如图所示：

用于足球运动员的护胫，该护胫穿在及膝球袜(latter’socks)下，并含有可置于小腿处1的绷带2，该绷带可通过尼龙搭扣(Velco
fastener)与坚硬的置于胫骨前方的护板部件3相连。
由弹性纺织品材料制成的绷带2包含一个将小腿肚4大面积露出的开口(镂空)5。开口(镂空)上方和下方的衔接部分6和7将延伸至小腿的某一区域，在此区域，小腿肚肌肉的运动引起的小腿横截面变形为最小。
如图1所示，绷带2向上延伸达到靠近胭窝8处，向下延伸达到靠近脚踝9处。
如图3a所示，绷带2与小腿分离，展开为一个平面。衔接部分6包括搭带11和12，衔接部分7包括搭带13和14。搭带末端各有一块搭接区域10，用于安置尼龙搭扣(Velco
fastener)15及16。
绷带2上的固定表面17将和在上述实施方式中覆盖护板部件3整个内表面23的固定表面18相连。
在图1至3中展示的护胫穿戴方便，不需要脱掉足球鞋和及膝球袜。只要将球袜向下卷，将绷带2安置于小腿处，扣好尼龙搭扣15和16即可。最后戴上护板部件3，使覆盖其整个内表面23的衔接表面18与绷带2的衔接表面17相互咬合即可。
护胫要穿戴舒适，通过开口(镂空)5，小腿肌肉的活动及相应的腿部运动不会受到阻碍。
本发明一方面是，覆盖护板部件3整个内表面23的护板部件3和绷带2之间的衔接，本发明另一方面是，贴附于小腿上相对面积较大的绷带，二者确保了护板部件3能够停留在胫骨前方理想的位置，而不会侧向或垂直滑落。
本发明护胫的优势在于，在取下的护板部件3后，绷带2可以像衣服一样清洗。护板部件3还能够与不同的绷带一起使用。
然而如果护板部件3滑落，必须能够轻易地将它放回理想的位置，此时将覆盖其上的及膝球袜向下卷，打开尼龙搭扣15和16，重新扣在护板部件3的正确位置上。必要的时候，绷带2还可以被扭曲，而无需打开尼龙搭扣。
在图4实施例中展示的护胫与前述的设计样式有所不同，即在下方的固定区域7a与搭带19相连接，该搭带在脚踝部分20以软质形式作为脚踝的保护装置。包裹住脚掌21的搭带末端在22处通过一个尼龙搭扣固定在绷带2a上。
Claims (8)
1.护胫，其包括坚硬的置于使用者胫骨前方的护板部件(3)和在使用者小腿位置(1)用于固定护板部件的附属装置；其特征在于：
-固定附属装置有绷带(2)至少局部包裹住使用者小腿(1)，
-护板部件(3)朝向胫骨的大部分内表面(18)与绷带(2)可拆卸地相连，使得作用在所述护板部件上的力散布于该护板部件上，以使在所述绷带与小腿之间的静摩擦力不过度，其中
绷带(2)具有露出小腿肚(4)的开口(5)，使得开口(5)的上方和下方保留衔接区域(6，7)，其至少局部包裹使用者小腿(1)，并置于接近膝盖和脚踝，其长度不能阻碍小腿肚肌肉的活动。
2.根据权利要求1的护胫，其特征在于，所述衔接区域(6，7)的相对的端部(11，13；12，14)能够连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求2的护胫，其特征在于，所述绷带的相对的端部通过尼龙搭扣(10)连接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的护胫，护板部件(3)与绷带(2)通过尼龙搭扣(17、18)可拆卸式相连。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的护胫，其特征在于，绷带(2)由弹性材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的护胫，其特征在于，护板部件(3)的端部高于绷带(2)的下端。
7.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的护胫，其特征在于，绷带(2a)有一个搭带(19)，能够包裹住使用者的脚掌(21)，形成有软垫的脚踝保护(20)。
8.根据权利要求1-3中任一项的护胫，其特征在于，所述绷带(2)具有被用作与胫骨前方护板部件(3)可拆卸式连接的附属装置(17)，其中在面对使用者胫骨的所述护板部件的大部分内表面上形成一可拆卸式连接，使得作用在所述护板部件上的力散布于该护板部件上，以使在所述绷带与小腿之间的静摩擦力不过度。
