技术领域
本发明涉及输电线路施工技术领域,是一种钢铝比最佳的格构式抱杆,它特别适用于输电线路铁塔组立施工。
背景技术
目前,国内输电线路施工铁塔组立施工使用的抱杆有钢格构式、铝格构式。钢格构式虽然强度高、成本较低,但重量大、运输和施工较困难,尤其在山区运输和施工更为困难;铝格构式具有重量轻的特点,便于运输和施工,但强度较低,不能满足抱杆强度的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢铝比最佳的格构式抱杆,它结构设计经济合理,即在重量最轻时、强度最高,因而具有运输方便、施工成本低的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下设计方案:
一种钢铝比最佳的格构式抱杆,它包括有底托、钢段标准节、腰环、顶部拉板、顶部滑车,被吊重物通过钢丝绳与悬挂在顶部拉板上的顶部滑车相连,其特征在于:
在底托上端连接有下铝段节,在下铝段节上端连接有铝段标准节,在铝段标准节的上端连接钢段标准节,在钢段标准节的上端连接有铝段标准节,在该铝段标准节的上端连接上铝段节,在该上铝段节的上端连接顶部拉板,在顶部拉板的上端连接顶部滑车。
所述的钢段标准节总长度是占本格构式抱杆总长度的69.97%~70.44%,钢段标准节上下两端的铝段标准节、下铝段节、上铝段节的总长度是占本格构式抱杆总长度的29.56%~30.03%。
采用上述铝钢比最佳的铝钢组合格构式抱杆,使钢段标准节总长度占本格构式抱杆总长度的69.97%~70.44%,钢段标准节上下两端的铝段标准节、下铝段节、上铝段节的总长度是占本格构式抱杆总长度的29.56%~30.03%。
该比例为最佳组合比例,即可满足强度要求和实际结构要求,又可满足重量轻,便于施工和运输的要求。
本发明具有以下优点:结构设计经济合理、运输方便、施工成本低。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示:一种钢铝比最佳的格构式抱杆,它包括有底托1、钢段标准节4、顶部拉板7,在顶部拉板7的上端连接顶部滑车8,被吊重物通过钢丝绳9与固定在顶部拉板7上的顶部滑车8相连;
在底托1上端连接有下铝段节2,在下铝段节2上端连接有铝段标准节3,在铝段标准节3的上端连接钢段标准节4,在钢段标准节4的上端连接有铝段标准节3,在该铝段标准节3的上端连接上铝段节6,在该上铝段节6的上端连接顶部拉板7,在顶部拉板7端连接顶部滑车8;
所述的钢段标准节4的总长度是占本格构式抱杆总长度的69.97%~70.44%,钢段标准节4上下两端的铝段标准节3、下铝段节2、上铝段节6的总长度是占本格构式抱杆总长度的29.56%~30.03%。
具体实施例:底托1的厚度是30mm,底托1上端连接的下铝段节2的长度是3470mm,下铝段节2上端连接的铝段标准节3长度选定3500mm,铝段标准节3上端连接的钢段标准节4的总长度选定是33000mm(钢段标准节4的总长是单节长度2200×15节=33000mm),钢段标准节4上端连接的铝段标准节3长度选定3500mm,在铝段标准节3上端连接的上铝段节6长度是3470mm,上铝段节6上端连接的顶部拉板7的厚度是30mm,顶部拉板7上连接的滑轮8的高度是160mm;
本格构式抱杆总长度是:底托1的厚度30mm加上下铝段节2的长度3470mm加上钢段标准节4的总长度33000mm和两端铝段标准节3的总长度7000mm,在加上上铝段节6的长度3470mm和顶部拉板7的厚度30mm、滑轮8的高度160mm,是30mm+3470mm+33000mm+7000mm+3470mm+30mm+160mm=47160mm;
钢段标准节4的总长度33000mm除以本格构式抱杆总长度47160mm等于0.6997,满足在69.97%~70.44%之内。
钢段标准节4的两端铝段标准节3总长度7000mm加上下铝段节2的长度3470mm、上铝段节6的长度3470mm等于13940除以本格构式抱杆总长度47160mm等于0.2956,满足在29.56%~30.03%之内。
理论值钢段标准节4的总长度应占本格构式抱杆总长度的70%,实际生产的钢段标准节4的总长度数值是近似70%;
理论值铝段标准节3、下铝段节2、上铝段节6的总长度应占本格构式抱杆总长度的30%,实际生产出的总长度数值是近似30%;
采用上述格构式抱杆的铝钢组合比例为最佳组合比例,即可满足强度要求,又可满足重量轻,便于施工和运输。

1.一种钢铝比最佳的格构式抱杆,它包括有底托(1)、钢段标准节(4)、顶部拉板(7),在顶部拉板(7)的上端连接顶部滑车(8),被吊重物通过钢丝绳(9)与悬挂在顶部拉板(7)上的顶部滑车(8)相连,其特征在于:
在底托(1)上端连接有下铝段节(2),在下铝段节(2)上端连接有铝段标准节(3),在铝段标准节(3)的上端连接钢段标准节(4),在钢段标准节(4)的上端连接有铝段标准节(3),在该铝段标准节(3)的上端连接上铝段节(6),在该上铝段节(6)的上端连接顶部拉板(7);
所述的钢段标准节(4)的总长度是占本格构式抱杆总长度的69.97%~70.44%,钢段标准节(4)上下两端的铝段标准节(3)、下铝段节(2)、上铝段节(6)的总长度是占本格构式抱杆总长度的29.56%~30.03%。
