Abstract

一种髓内钉微动锁钉,属于外科器械技术领域。提供了一种具有防断裂功能的髓内钉微动锁钉。它包括设有螺钉头和螺杆,螺杆由与螺钉头共为一体的首段螺杆、中段螺杆和尾段螺杆依次铰接构成。本发明将原髓内钉的杆部分成三段制作,然后用铰接的方式再连为一体,并使三段螺杆间留有适当的间隙,以便使它们相互间能沿径向和轴向有1-3mm的微动量。使用方法与原锁钉基本相同,只是在置入时需使锁钉的铰轴轴线与骨骼纵轴平行。在置入本锁钉时,应使锁钉的中段螺杆横穿在髓内钉上。在使用过程中,在肌肉反复收缩和负重的情况下,借助于螺钉三段螺杆相互间的微动调节达到力的平衡,故在正常使用的情况下不会出现折断现象,具有良好的防断性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种髓内钉微动锁钉,属于外科器械技术领域。
背景技术
人的长管状骨(简称长骨)是骨折的好发部位。长骨骨干骨折通常用髓内钉固定。髓内钉锁钉是髓内钉的附件,手术使用时,沿横向穿过髓内钉的两端,其用途是防止髓内钉固定后骨折端的旋转。目前,临床中所用的髓内钉一般是螺钉头和螺杆固定为一体的医用不锈钢或钛质钉。这种锁钉在反复的肌肉收缩和负重时,压应力和剪应力集中在锁钉穿过髓内钉的部分,可能造成锁钉的金属疲劳折断。因此,锁钉折断的病例在临床上时有发生。有鉴于此,如何解决髓内钉锁钉在使用中易断裂的问题,是一个有待研究的课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有防断裂功能的髓内钉微动锁钉。
解决上述问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种髓内钉微动锁钉,它包括设有螺钉头和螺杆,其改进在于,所说螺杆由与螺钉头共为一体的首段螺杆、中段螺杆和尾段螺杆依次铰接构成。
上述髓内钉微动锁钉,所述螺钉头上设有定位标记。
上述髓内钉微动锁钉,所述中段螺杆与首段螺杆铰接的铰轴孔及尾段螺杆与中段螺杆铰接的铰轴孔均为椭圆孔或长圆孔。
本发明所提供的髓内钉微动锁钉是在现有髓内钉锁钉基础上的改进。将原髓内钉的杆部分成三段制作,然后用铰接的方式再连为一体,并使三段螺杆间留有适当的间隙,以便使它们相互间能沿径向和轴向有1-3mm的微动量。本发明的使用方法与原锁钉基本相同,只是在置入时需使锁钉的铰轴轴线与骨骼纵轴平行。另外,在置入本锁钉时,应使锁钉的中段螺杆横穿在髓内钉上。这样,在使用过程中,在肌肉反复收缩和负重的情况下,借助于螺钉三段螺杆相互间的微动调节达到力的平衡,故在正常使用的情况下不会出现折断现象,具有良好的防断性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例附图,对本发明作进一步详述。
参阅附图,本髓内钉微动锁钉是在现有锁钉基础上的改进,它的外形结构尺寸与原锁钉相同,钉杆直径3.5-4mm,长度50mm。本发明将钉杆分成三段制作,然后用铰轴6依次将三段螺杆铰接在一起,并在螺钉头1上设定位标记5。定位标记5的作用是在置入锁钉时,用来确定铰轴6的方位,以便使铰轴6的轴线与骨骼纵轴处于平行的位置。
为确保首段螺杆2、中段螺杆3和尾段螺杆4三者依次铰接后,它们相互间能沿轴向和径向有1-3mm的微动量,可将中段螺杆3与首段螺杆2铰接的铰轴孔7及尾段螺杆4与中段螺杆3铰接的铰轴孔7均设计成椭圆孔或长圆孔。

1.一种髓内钉微动锁钉,它包括螺钉头和螺杆,其特征在于,所说螺杆由与螺钉头[1]共为一体的首段螺杆[2]、中段螺杆[3]和尾段螺杆[4]依次铰接构成,所述中段螺杆[3]与首段螺杆[2]铰接的铰轴孔[7]及尾段螺杆[4]与中段螺杆[3]铰接的铰轴孔[7]均为椭圆孔或长圆孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的髓内钉微动锁钉,其特征在于,所述螺钉头[1]上设有定位标记[5]。
