Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,所述钉体,所述钉体包括光杆段和松质骨螺纹段,所述松质骨螺纹段位于光杆段上方,所述光杆段上开设有安装环槽,所述安装环槽中固定设置有弹性套,所述弹性套的外径大于光杆直径。依靠设置的弹性套,可以使锁钉可在交锁髓内钉的锁钉孔内产生弹性微动,对骨组织产生应力刺激从而促使骨折愈合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗领域,尤其涉及一种用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉。
背景技术
骨折愈合本质上是高度复杂的再生过程,随着生物力学的飞速发展,研究证实应力因素在愈合过程中有着重要而复杂的影响作用。由于骨组织对应力刺激有良好的适应性,骨折处的力学条件对骨折的愈合起调控作用。纵向压应力驱动诱导成骨细胞和成纤维细胞分化成骨,剪切和扭转载荷产生剪应力驱动诱导成纤维细胞增殖为纤维组织,造成骨内部应力重分布,有利于骨折愈合。
交锁髓内钉是一种临床常用的针对长骨骨折后治疗的医疗器械,目前最常用交锁髓内钉均由金属材料制成,例如钛合金,不锈钢。交锁髓内钉的远、近端的锁钉这种刚性固定控制了骨折面的弯曲、剪切和扭旋,使得骨折面失去了应有的生理性应力刺激与传导,导致延迟愈合或骨不连。鉴于一般交锁髓内钉的不足,实现交锁髓内钉的可控的弹性应力,对骨组织产生应力刺激,有效促进骨折愈合从而减轻患者痛苦,是带锁髓内钉技术目前需要解决的一个技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,所述钉体,所述钉体包括光杆段和松质骨螺纹段,所述松质骨螺纹段位于光杆段上方,所述光杆段上开设有安装环槽,所述安装环槽中固定设置有弹性套,所述弹性套的外径大于光杆直径。
进一步的,所述安装环槽底面的光杆上设置有用于增加弹性套与光杆之间摩擦力的滚花纹。
进一步的,所述安装环槽两端分别在光杆上形成若干个卡槽,所述弹性套两端分别形成若干个用于与卡槽配合的卡凸。
进一步的,所述弹性套侧壁周向开设有若干条收缩避让槽。
进一步的,所述弹性套为医用硅胶。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,依靠设置的弹性套,可以使锁钉可在交锁髓·内钉的锁钉孔内产生弹性微动,对骨组织产生应力刺激从而促使骨折愈合。
当弹性锁钉旋入后,通过医用硅胶覆盖层的挤压变形,弹性锁钉可以在交锁髓内钉的锁钉孔内产生微动,从而形成骨断面之间的应力诱导,促进骨折愈合。另外其结构简单,适用性强,生产工艺便利,适合批量生产。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1至图3所示,一种用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,钉体,钉体包括光杆段1和松质骨螺纹段3,松质骨螺纹段3位于光杆段1上方,光杆段1上开设有安装环槽,安装环槽中固定设置有弹性套2,弹性套2的外径大于光杆直径。弹性套为医用硅胶。
医用硅胶属于合成橡胶之一,化学名称为聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷。是外科手术中应用相当广泛的生物材料,具有良好的生物相容性,对人体组织无刺激性、无毒性、无过敏反应、机体排异反应极少;具有良好的理化特性,与体液以及组织接触过程中能保持其原有的弹性和柔软度,是一种相当稳定的惰性物质,能耐高温,可消毒。
安装环槽底面的光杆上设置有用于增加弹性套2与光杆之间摩擦力的滚花纹1A。同时,在安装环槽两端分别在光杆上形成若干个卡槽1B,弹性套2两端分别形成若干个用于与卡槽1B配合的卡凸。弹性套依靠内部的滚花纹1A和两侧的卡凸,从而限制弹性套在光杆段1上旋转。
弹性套侧壁周向开设有若干条收缩避让槽。收缩避让槽用于使弹性套在收到挤压的时候能顺利变形。
弹性套两端的凸起部分具有30°倒角的锥度与光杆表面过渡。
在使用时,把交锁髓内钉按常规操作置入人体的长骨干内,旋入本发明的弹性锁钉使交锁髓内钉与骨干固定,最终形成交锁髓内钉内固定,弹性锁钉可以在交锁髓内钉的锁钉孔内产生0.5-1毫米的微动,使骨折愈合过程中始终存在生理性应力刺激与传导,符合骨折愈合生物力学基本原理,促进骨折的愈合。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,其特征是,所述钉体,所述钉体包括光杆段(1)和松质骨螺纹段(3),所述松质骨螺纹段(3)位于光杆段(1)上方,所述光杆段(1)上开设有安装环槽,所述安装环槽中固定设置有弹性套(2),所述弹性套(2)的外径大于光杆直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,其特征是,所述安装环槽底面的光杆上设置有用于增加弹性套(2)与光杆之间摩擦力的滚花纹(1A)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,其特征是,所述安装环槽两端分别在光杆上形成若干个卡槽(1B),所述弹性套(2)两端分别形成若干个用于与卡槽(1B)配合的卡凸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,其特征是,所述弹性套(2)侧壁周向开设有若干条收缩避让槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于交锁髓内钉的弹性锁钉,其特征是,所述弹性套(2)为医用硅胶。
