Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及开关设备,特别是电力断路器,其由设备箱的封盖和底座组成,其至少配备开关装置模块和用于将该开关装置模块安装在设备箱的底座中的器件,所述安装特别是处在将封盖安装至开关设备之后完成开关设备的生产阶段之前的中间装配阶段中。 
背景技术
随着开关设备特别是电力断路器的不断小型化及其电力参数不断增长,就出现了与需要最大程度利用这些开关设备箱体的构造区域、最少化或去除一些用于各种螺钉、铆钉等的内部分区和安装元件相关的问题。同时,需要解决将开关设备的各个模块无故障装配到前述开关设备箱体的问题,尤其是在一些部件装配操作期间,特别是为了插入用于开关装置模块等的各种固定器的安装螺钉时,无需要求处理箱体的底座,例如,使得这些箱体上下颠倒。例如,目前,根据需要,在所有其他装配步骤(需要时)的方向上,用于安装开关装置的侧板一般由至少两个螺钉或者通过一些类型的铆接从上侧固定,以便容纳螺钉和铆钉的头部和杆体,借助于在箱体中占据空间的适当的凸件(柱体)从外面和上面或者在颠倒箱体后从底侧配置箱体,这就产生了所述的装配操作问题。在这种底部装配期间,需要将绝缘封盖安装到容纳螺钉和铆钉头部的底部凹槽中,这就进一步使得装配过程复杂化。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于实现开关设备箱特别是电力断路器的最佳空间利用,并且实现尤其是开关装置模块侧板的有效安装,而不使用螺钉和/或铆钉并且不需要这些所需的凸件等占据的空间,同时装配步骤的效率增加并且其数量降低,本发明的解决方案实现了所述目的,本发明的原理在于:至少对于开关装置模块的侧板,在开关设备的底座的隔板中形成滑动扣接槽,其转变到上部半槽,上部半槽中至少一个在其壁上配备有止动凸件,止动凸件用于配合(stroke with)在每个侧板的主体中形成的至少一个孔。

具体实施方式
开关设备箱(图1)特别是电力断路器的底座1是一种具有高度绝缘弹性的合成塑料模制品,其必须经受住强大的机械静态和动态负荷,包括电离气体的影响。其中,由于开关设备的各种以及可变的内部电部件布局的需要而必须采用统一的方式来制造的事实,决定了底座1的复杂度,例如各种触发器、远程检测和控制开关、开关装置电机驱动器等。 
根据本实施方案所述的实施例,开关设备箱的底座1是针对三电极电力断路器而设计的。在开关设备箱的底座1中,具有在隔板2中形成的槽口3,槽口3用于安装开关装置模块(未示出)。开关装置模块单独地组装,同时两个侧板4作为其一部分,侧板4部分地包围柔性开关装置接触器(未示出)的轴,其目的在于在不使用各种螺钉、铆钉等的情况下,保持箱体的底座1中前述开关装置模块与前述槽口3的牢固和可靠的连接,并要求实现最小的构造空间。 
出于该目的,针对开关设备箱的底座1的隔板2中的开关装置模块的侧板4(图3)构造滑动扣接槽(sliding clasp groove)5、6,其转变到上部半槽7、8,上部半槽7、8中至少一个在其壁上配备有止动凸件9,止动凸件9用于配合在每个侧板4的主体中形成的至少一个孔10。例如,在底座1的隔板2中,形成横跨滑动扣接槽5、6的用于侧板4的固定凸件(seatingjut)11、12,用于固定安装位置以及在封盖13(图2)咬接到开关设备箱的底座1之后的侧板4的最终位置。开关装置模块(未示出)将通过使用其两个侧板4而滑进底座1,同时这些侧板4将到达与它们的最终位置相对应的适当的位置。 
滑动扣接槽5、6,固定凸件11、12与上部半槽7、8上的止动凸件9的引导和扣紧效果,一起形成了一种用于啮合侧板4的系统,该系统牢牢地阻止所采用的开关装置(未示出)发生电力反应使得任何侧板4从其在开关设备箱的底座1中的锁定位置升高。

Claims (2)
