本发明为非能动梭式回流阀,解决已有溢流阀不能设置于主流道,装配精度差,密封差,回流不可靠的问题。壳体内有阀座(5)与阀瓣(10)密封配合,阀瓣(10)与阀轴连接,阀轴一端为阀后空心轴(8),其内腔与阀套(2)动配合,空心轴的内腔嵌有弹簧(9),阀套(2)与阀出口端连接,阀轴的另一端为面对泵出口端的空心阀前轴(1),其空心柱面有孔(16),空心阀前轴(1)与衬套(7)动配合,衬套(7)与支承(6)连接,衬套(7)上有孔与支承(6)上的流道和阀的回流口相通,当阀瓣处于关闭位置时,孔(16)通过衬套(7)上的孔与支承(6)上的流道和回流口相通。

技术领域:
本发明与直动式溢流阀有关。
背景技术:
当流体系统需求减小或执行元件不动时,由于泵排出的流体无处可去而形成一密闭系统,理论上流体压力将增至无限大,使系统元件和泵损坏,造成安全事故。已有的直动式溢流阀装于系统流道的支流道上解决泵和元件的安全问题,溢流阀由调压螺钉、弹簧和阀芯构成,由于只能装于系统的旁路上,使系统的结构复杂,整体一致性差,溢流阀的装配精度和密封性能差。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种可装于系统的主流道上,使系统整体一致性好,装配精度高,密封性能好,回流可靠的非能动梭式回流阀。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明非能动梭式回流阀,壳体内有阀座5与阀瓣10密封配合,阀瓣10与阀轴连接,阀轴一端为阀后空心轴8,与阀套2动配合,空心轴8的内腔嵌有弹簧9,阀套2与阀出口端连接,阀轴的另一端为面对泵出口端的空心阀前轴1,其空心柱面有孔16,空心阀前轴1与衬套7动配合,衬套7与支承6连接,衬套7上有孔与支承6上的流道和阀的回流口相通,当阀瓣处于关闭位置时,孔16通过衬套7上的孔与支承6上的流道和回流口相通。
壳体由上壳体3与下壳体4通过螺纹或/和法兰固连,相连法兰上有定位台阶和紧固螺栓,阀座5位于下壳体内端面,下壳体4有与泵出口相通的端口和回流口,有支承6与衬套7螺纹连接,衬套7的外壁上有紧固螺母18,阀套2有连接环与阀出口内壁螺纹连接。
上、下壳体、阀套、阀座、阀轴、支承、衬套有相同轴线,支承6与下壳体4连为一体有同径的相间隔的双支承面。
阀瓣10与阀座5的端面或/和柱面嵌槽内有密封圈。
阀瓣10或/和阀座5的端面为金属硬密封面。
1、本发明直接装于系统的主流道上,体积小、重量轻、流阻小,系统整体一致性好。
2、阀瓣、阀前、后轴、阀座、阀套、阀前轴衬套、阀前轴支承、阀壳体的完全对称性和与阀体轴心线的同轴,使阀的装配精度高,保证了阀的灵敏度和可靠性。
3、具有多种密封方式,可实现零泄漏。
4、阀瓣、阀前中空轴、阀后中空轴连为一体,并采用双支承,保证形位精准。

具体实施方式:
本发明阀瓣10与阀前轴1、阀后空心轴8连为一体;阀前轴1为前段中空,设回流道,回流道柱面四周开回流孔16;阀后空心轴8为中空,内嵌弹簧9与阀套2作滑动配合,壳体由阀瓣10与阀座5配合分为止回段和回流段。回流段:由空心流道柱面开孔的阀前轴1、柱面开孔的阀前轴衬套7、柱面开孔并与下壳体相连的前支承座6、下完体4构成。止回段:由阀瓣10、阀后空心轴8、弹簧9、阀套2、上壳体3构成。壳体设泵出口法兰(或螺纹)、阀出口法兰(或螺纹)、回流口法兰(或螺纹)。上壳体3与下壳体4通过螺栓13,螺母12和垫圈11连接。
泵正常运转,泵出口压力打开阀瓣,向系统提供流量。由于阀瓣提升,阀前轴柱面通孔提升,阀前轴衬套阻挡从阀前轴空心流道的回流。维持泵向系统提供流量。
当系统压力减小,导至阀瓣因弹簧推力和系统背压向下移动至关闭。此时阀前轴回落到图示位置,泵出口流量经阀前轴中空流道柱面孔,再经衬套柱面孔,前支承座柱面孔、回流道返回泵的介质吸入源。

Claims (5)

1.非能动梭式回流阀,其特征在于壳体内有阀座(5)与阀瓣(10)密封配合,阀瓣(10)与阀轴连接,阀轴一端为阀后空心轴(8),其内腔与阀套(2)动配合,空心轴(8)的内腔嵌有弹簧(9),阀套(2)与阀出口端连接,阀轴的另一端为面对泵出口端的空心阀前轴(1),阀前轴的空心柱面四周有孔(16),空心阀前轴(1)与衬套(7)动配合并与衬套(7)内侧的一周凹槽构成第一内腔,衬套(7)与支承(6)连接并与支承(6)内侧的一周凹槽构成第二内腔,衬套(7)上有孔连接两内腔并与支承(6)上的流道和阀的回流口相通,当阀瓣处于关闭位置时,孔(16)依次通过第一内腔,衬套(7)上的孔、第二内腔、支承(6)上的流道与回流口相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非能动梭式回流阀,其特征在于壳体由上壳体(3)与下壳体(4)通过螺纹或/和法兰固连,相连法兰上有定位台阶和紧固螺栓,阀座(5)位于下壳体内端面,下壳体(4)有与泵出口相通的端口和回流口,有支承(6)与衬套(7)螺纹连接,衬套(7)的外壁上有紧固螺母(18),阀套(2)有连接环与阀出口内壁螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非能动梭式回流阀,其特征在于上、下壳体、阀套、阀座、阀轴、支承、衬套有相同轴线,支承(6)与下壳体(4)连为一体有同径的相间隔的双支承面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非能动梭式回流阀,其特征在于阀瓣(10)与阀座(5)的端面或/和柱面嵌槽内有密封圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的非能动梭式回流阀,其特征在于阀瓣(10〕或/和阀座(5)的端面为金属硬密封面。
