油气井用动态负压装置,属于用射弹穿透井壁的装置技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用动态负压清洁孔道的油气井用动态负压装置。解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含枪体、空腔壳体、堵头、开孔弹、弹架及堵片;枪体内孔上段有内螺纹,中部有堵片孔,堵片孔为二阶圆孔,堵片为与堵片孔相应的二阶圆柱体,嵌入堵片孔中,内孔下段有内螺纹;空腔壳体的上段有外螺纹,与枪体内孔下段内螺纹连接,空腔壳体的下端装堵头;弹架上段直径略小于枪体内孔上段内径,下段直径等于枪体内孔下段内径,以其下段装在枪体内孔上段与空腔壳体的上端面之间;开孔弹装在与堵片的位置相应的弹架上。应用于射孔作业。有益效果是射孔后,可以避免堵塞孔眼,提高作业效率。

背景技术
已有技术射孔装置,其不足之处是在射孔弹发射后,地层形成的孔道易被残渣堵塞。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用动态负压清洁孔道的油气井用动态负压装置。
解决其技术问题的技术方案如下:油气井用动态负压装置,包含枪体、空腔壳体、堵头、开孔弹、弹架及堵片;枪体有内孔,内孔分为二段,内孔上段的上部有内螺纹,在内孔上段中部有堵片孔,堵片孔为二阶圆孔,外层圆孔内径大,内层圆孔内径小,堵片为与堵片孔的形状相应的二阶圆柱体,堵片以紧配合方式嵌入堵片孔中,内孔的下段内径大于内孔上段内径,上有内螺纹,枪体以内孔上段的内螺纹与上部管串的外螺纹连接;空腔壳体的上段有与枪体内孔下段内螺纹相应的外螺纹,以此外螺纹与枪体内孔下段的内螺纹连接,空腔壳体的内孔内径等于枪体内孔上段的内径,空腔壳体的下端装堵头;弹架分为三段,上段直径略小于枪体内孔上段内径,弹架中段直径小于上段直径,弹架下段直径等于枪体内孔下段内径,弹架以其下段装在枪体内孔上段的下端面与空腔壳体的上端面之间;开孔弹装在与堵片的位置相应的弹架上,以其发射面正对堵片,导爆索连接在开孔弹与起爆装置之间。
动态负压装置在地面装配好后,空腔壳体内的空腔压力即为地面大气压力;开孔弹起爆后,将堵片推出,空腔压力小于井下压力,形成负压,在射孔弹射孔后所形成的孔道内的残渣,即被此负压吸入空腔内,避免堵塞孔道。
有益效果:应用于射孔作业。有益效果是射孔后,可以避免堵塞孔眼,提高作业效率。

具体实施方式如下,油气井用动态负压装置,包含枪体1、空腔壳体2、堵头3、开孔弹4、弹架5及堵片6;枪体1有内孔,内孔分为二段,内孔上段的上部有内螺纹,在内孔上段中部有堵片孔7,堵片孔7为二阶圆孔,外层圆孔内径大,内层圆孔内径小,堵片6为与堵片孔7的形状相应的二阶圆柱体,堵片6以紧配合方式嵌入堵片孔7中,内孔的下段内径大于内孔上段内径,上有内螺纹,枪体1以内孔上段的内螺纹与上部管串的外螺纹连接;空腔壳体2的上段有与枪体内孔下段内螺纹相应的外螺纹,以此外螺纹与枪体1内孔下段的内螺纹连接,空腔壳体2的内孔内径等于枪体1内孔上段的内径,空腔壳体2的下端装堵头3;弹架5分为三段,上段直径略小于枪体1内孔上段内径,弹架5中段直径小于上段直径,弹架5下段直径等于枪体1内孔下段内径,弹架5以其下段装在枪体1内孔上段的下端面与空腔壳体2的上端面之间;开孔弹4装在与堵片6的位置相应的弹架5上,以其发射面正对堵片6,导爆索8连接在开孔弹4与起爆装置之间。

1. 油气井用动态负压装置,其特征在于包含枪体(1)、空腔壳体(2)、堵头(3)、开孔弹(4)、弹架(5)及堵片(6);枪体(1)有内孔,内孔分为二段,内孔上段的上部有内螺纹,在内孔上段中部有堵片孔(7),堵片孔(7)为二阶圆孔,外层圆孔内径大,内层圆孔内径小,堵片(6)为与堵片孔(7)的形状相应的二阶圆柱体,堵片(6)以紧配合方式嵌入堵片孔(7)中,内孔的下段内径大于内孔上段内径,上有内螺纹,枪体(1)以内孔上段的内螺纹与上部管串的外螺纹连接;空腔壳体(2)的上段有与枪体(1)内孔下段内螺纹相应的外螺纹,以此外螺纹与枪体(1)内孔下段的内螺纹连接,空腔壳体(2)的内孔内径等于枪体(1)内孔上段的内径,空腔壳体(2)的下端装堵头(3);弹架(5)分为三段,上段直径略小于枪体(1)内孔上段内径,弹架(5)中段直径小于上段直径,弹架(5)下段直径等于枪体(1)内孔下段内径,弹架(5)以其下段装在枪体(1)内孔上段的下端面与空腔壳体(2)的上端面之间;开孔弹(4)装在与堵片(6)的位置相应的弹架(5)上,以其发射面正对堵片(6),导爆索(8)连接在开孔弹(4)与起爆装置之间。
