小井眼超深穿透射孔弹,属于在井眼内用射弹穿透井壁的设备技术领域。所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高有效装药量的小井眼超深穿透射孔弹。解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含壳体、装药腔及药型罩;壳体内孔下段装药型罩;壳体内孔的药型罩以上部分为装药腔,装药腔下段为圆柱形腔,中段为圆锥形腔,上段为圆弧形腔;装药腔内装炸药;壳体的上端有导爆索安装槽,导爆索安装槽与装药腔的上端之间有传爆孔。本实用新型应用于钻井作业。有益效果是与同样规格的小井眼射孔弹相比,可以显著增大射孔弹的有效装药量,增大射孔的深度,从而更充分地发挥小井眼油气井的生产潜能。

本实用新型属于在井眼内用射弹穿透井壁的设备技术领域。
背景技术
在小井眼井的完井试油过程中,将射孔弹侧向向井壁发射,形成孔道,建立油气井的储集地层与井筒之间的液流通道。已有技术的不足之处是,小井眼射孔弹的穿孔深度不够,不能充分发挥小井眼油气井的生产潜能。
发明内容
所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高有效装药量的小井眼超深穿透射孔弹。
解决其技术问题的技术方案,包含壳体、装药腔及药型罩;壳体有下端开口的内孔,药型罩装在壳体内孔的下段;壳体内孔药型罩以上部分为装药腔,装药腔分为三段,下段为圆柱形腔,中段为圆锥形腔,上段为圆弧形腔,圆柱形腔直径较大,圆弧形腔直径较小,圆锥形腔下端直径等于圆柱形腔直径,圆弧形腔下端直径等于圆锥形腔上端直径;装药腔内装炸药;壳体的上端有导爆索安装槽,导爆索安装槽与装药腔的上端之间有传爆孔。
有益效果:本实用新型应用于钻井作业。有益效果是与同样规格的小井眼射孔弹相比,可以显著增大射孔弹的有效装药量,增大射孔的深度,从而更充分地发挥小井眼油气井的生产潜能,本射孔弹已应用于外径73mm的射孔枪中,穿孔深度可达到600mm。

具体实施方式,包含壳体1、装药腔2及药型罩3;壳体1有内孔,药型罩3装在壳体1内孔下段;壳体1内孔的药型罩3以上部分为装药腔2,装药腔2的下段为圆柱形腔7,中段为圆锥形腔8,上段为圆弧形腔9,圆柱形腔7直径较大,圆弧形腔9直径较小,圆锥形腔8下端直径等于圆柱形腔7直径,圆弧形腔9下端直径等于圆锥形腔8上端直径;装药腔2装炸药4;壳体1上端有导爆索安装槽5,导爆索安装槽5与装药腔2上端之间有传爆孔6。

1.小井眼超深穿透射孔弹,包含壳体(1)及药型罩(3),其特征在于还包含装药腔(2);壳体(1)有下端开口的内孔,药型罩(3)装在壳体(1)内孔的下段;壳体(1)内孔的药型罩(3)以上部分为装药腔(2),装药腔(2)分为三段,下段为圆柱形腔(7),中段为圆锥形腔(8),上段为圆弧形腔(9),圆柱形腔(7)的直径较大,圆弧形腔(9)的直径较小,圆锥形腔(8)的下端直径等于圆柱形腔(7)的直径,圆弧形腔(9)的下端直径等于圆锥形腔(8)的上端直径;装药腔(2)内装炸药(4);壳体(1)的上端有导爆索安装槽(5),导爆索安装槽(5)与装药腔(2)的上端之间有传爆孔(6)。
