Abstract

垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构,两根以上平行排列的支杆的一端固定在一支座上,一套筒内装有转轴,转轴上开有一排与支杆数目及位置对应的通孔,套筒上开有两排一一相对的通口,转轴上的每一通孔与套筒上每两个相对的通口相通,每一支杆穿过转轴上的一通孔及套筒上每两个相对的通口。本发明结构简单、可靠,通过它对炉膛内处在上部的垃圾的托举,可加快炉膛内下部垃圾的燃烧速度,保证燃烧完全的垃圾先被排出,垃圾焚烧炉采用本机构后,不向炉添加燃料对垃圾进行助燃,也能使垃圾得到较好的燃烧,进而达到节约能源的效果。

垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构
技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾焚烧炉的部件,具体地说是一种设于垃圾焚烧炉上用于将炉膛中未燃烧或未燃烧完全的垃圾托起的托料机构。
背景技术
现有的各种垃圾焚烧炉的内部均没有托料机构。目前有一种垃圾焚烧炉,其炉床为近似于传送带的结构,在炉床的下方设有供风装置,该种垃圾焚烧炉焚烧垃圾的过程是,垃圾堆在炉床上焚烧,并通过供风装置从下方向燃烧着的垃圾供风助燃,当落在炉床上的垃圾燃烧一段时间后,通过炉床的运动将焚烧后的垃圾渣传送到炉外。这种垃圾焚烧炉在节约燃料方面效果较佳,但存在的问题是,堆积在炉床上的垃圾燃烧一段时间被传送到炉外后,往往会有处在底部的垃圾燃烧的较完全、而处在上部的垃圾未完全燃烧的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构,它设置在垃圾焚烧炉上,可对炉膛内处在上部的未燃烧或未燃烧完全的垃圾施行托举,保证炉膛内处在下部的垃圾先燃烧完并先行排出。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构,两根以上平行排列的支杆的一端固定在一支座上,一套筒内装有转轴,转轴上开有一排与支杆数目及位置对应的通孔,套筒上开有两排一一相对的通口,转轴上的每一通孔与套筒上每两个相对的通口相通,每一支杆穿过转轴的一通孔及套筒上每两个相对的通口。该垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构在垃圾焚烧炉上的设置方式为,采用两套机构相对布置在炉壳的下部,每一机构的套筒固定在炉壳上,每一机构的各支杆的前端朝向炉膛中,且一套机构上的各支杆与另一套机构上的各支杆相互错开,每一机构的转轴与支杆间设有传动装置,通过该传动装置可使支杆与转轴相对运动,每一机构的转轴还分别由传动机构传动,使得转轴可相对套筒转动。
本发明提供的垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构在垃圾焚烧炉上布置好后,当炉膛内填充的垃圾燃烧到一段时间,处在底部的垃圾基本燃烧完全后,先使两套托料机构上的各支杆进入炉膛中,随后使转轴转动,使两排相互交错的支杆向上翘起,将炉膛内处在上部的未燃烧或未完全燃烧的垃圾抬起,处在炉膛底部的垃圾则会得到更进一步的燃烧,然后将底部燃烧完全的垃圾渣排出到炉外,再使转轴转动,两排相互交错的支杆落下后,使两排支杆从炉膛中退出,未燃烧或未完全燃烧的垃圾即可落到炉床上继续燃烧。不断重复上述步骤,即可使炉膛内处在下部的垃圾燃烧完全并不断被排出。
本发明结构简单、可靠,通过它对炉膛内处在上部的垃圾的托举,可加快炉膛内下部垃圾的燃烧速度,使燃烧完全的垃圾先被排出,垃圾焚烧炉采用本装置后,不向炉内添加燃料对垃圾进行助燃,也能使垃圾得到较好的燃烧,进而达到节约能源的效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图进一步说明本发明。

本发明提供的垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构,包括有支座1、套筒5、转轴6及两根以上平行排列的支杆2,支杆2的一端固定在支座1上,转轴6装于套筒5内。

转轴6上开有与支杆2数目及位置对应的通孔6a,套筒5上开有两排一一相对的通口5a、通口5b,转轴6上的每一通孔6a与套筒5上每两个相对的通口5a、通口5b相通,每一支杆2穿过转轴6上的一通孔6a及套筒5上每两个相对的通口5a、通口5b。
另外,由图1、图2可见,在支座1与套筒5之间设有支架3,各支杆2穿过支架3,在各支杆2上套有套管4,各套管4的一端与支架3固接、另一端与转轴6固接。

本垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构在垃圾焚烧炉上的设置方式为,采用两套机构相对布置在炉壳7的底部,每一机构的套筒5固定在炉壳7上,每一机构的支杆2前端朝向炉膛8中,且一套机构上的各支杆2与另一套机构上的各支杆2相互错开,每一机构的转轴6与支杆2间设有的传动装置为油缸10,油缸10固定在套筒4上,油缸10的活塞杆10a的一端与支座1连接,通过活塞杆10a的运动可使支杆2与转轴6相对运动。另外,每一机构的转轴6还分别由传动机构传动,使得转轴6可相对套筒5转动。本垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构按图3示意的方式设置好后,炉膛8内填充好垃圾,在炉膛8的底部将垃圾点燃,并通过供风装置9向炉膛8内排风,即可实施对垃圾的焚烧。当炉膛8内的填充的垃圾燃烧到一段时间,处在底部的垃圾基本燃烧完全后,先使两套托料机构上的各支杆2进入炉膛8中,两套托料机构上的各支杆2呈相互交错状态,随后转轴6转动,使两排相互交错的支杆2向上翘起,将炉膛8内处在上部的垃圾抬起,处在底部的垃圾则会得更进一步的燃烧,然后打开排炉门11,使处在底部燃烧完全的垃圾渣排出到炉外,然后再将炉门11关闭,转轴6再转动,使两排相互交错的支杆2落下,再通过活塞杆10a使两排支杆2从炉膛8中退出,未燃烧或未完全燃烧的垃圾即可落下继续燃烧。不断重复上述步骤,即可使炉膛内处在下部的垃圾燃烧完全并不断被排出。

本垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构在使用中,转轴6可用由齿条13、摆轮12构成的传动机构传动,摆轮12的外缘具有轮齿,摆轮12与齿条13啮合,转轴6与摆轮6联接。当齿条6往复运动时,可使摆轮12顺时针或逆时针转动,进而可使转轴6转动。

1.垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构,其特征在于:两根以上平行排列的支杆(2)的一端固定在一支座(1)上,一套筒(5)内装有转轴(6),转轴(6)上开有与支杆(2)数目及位置对应的通孔(6a),套筒(5)上开有两排一一相对的通口(5a、5b),转轴(6)上的每一通孔(6a)与套筒(5)上每两个相对的通口(5a、5b)相通,每一支杆(2)穿过转轴(6)上的一通孔(6a)及套筒(5)上每两个相对的通口(5a、5b)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾焚烧炉的托料机构,其特征在于:在支座(1)与套筒(5)之间设有支架(3),各支杆(2)穿过支架(3),在各支杆(2)上套有套管(4),套管(4)的一端与支架(3)固接、另一端与转轴(6)固接。
