Abstract

隔磁式发电机是一种用铁磁物质,屏蔽磁场,变化磁通的新型发电机。通常的发电机是用磁体的转动来切割感应线圈发电,感应线圈中的电流总是阻碍原磁通的变化,给磁体转子产生一个反方向的作用力,从而降低发电效率。隔磁式发电机中的磁体与感应线圈一直都处在静止状态,用磁导率很高的铁磁材料,通过两者间的间隙,来屏蔽磁体周围的磁场,变化感应线圈中的磁通产生电流,运动中的隔磁板只是给磁力线一个通路,把磁体周围磁力线的范围减小。因为隔磁板没有磁性运动中不会和感应线圈产生反方向的作用力,所以屏蔽磁场变化磁通的方法比切割磁力线变化磁通的方法,发电效率高。

技术领域:
隔磁发电机是通过磁导率很高的铁磁物质对磁体部分区域的隔绝,当铁磁物质在磁场中移动时则产生变化的磁通,从而产生感应电流的新型发电机。
背景技术:
如图1:当N极磁场接近感应圈时,N极磁场强度是从弱变强,则产生一个方向的电流。当隔磁板远离N极磁场和线圈中的间隙时,N极磁场不受隔磁板的限制,N极磁场强度是弱变强,则产生的感应电流和前者方向相同。同理N极磁场从强到弱时,感应线圈中的电流方向相同。
发明内容:
普通发电机它是靠磁体的转动或线圈的转动而达到变化磁通的。线圈匝数越多转动时发电量越大,但线圈的质量变大了,转动它所做的功就变大了。如果转动磁体,磁体的磁性强度越强,发电量越大,那磁体的质量也就越大,转动它所做的功也就大了。
当磁体和线圈静止时,磁体的质量和线圈的质量也就不受限制了,磁场强度变强了,线圈匝数变多了,用质量和体积远小于它们的隔磁板去隔离和扭曲磁场来达到变化磁场的效果。发电机的效率也就提高了。普通发电机在工作时,转子和定子之间产生楞次定律所说的现象。对机械能造成部分损失,用隔磁方法,变化磁通,运动中的隔磁板,只是给磁力线一个通路,把磁场周围磁力线的范围减小,运动时不会受到磁场阻碍,从而提高发电效率。
具体实施方式:

发电机中心轴承上部装有三个扇形支架,扇形的圆弧线上装有圆弧铁板叶片,扇形的正下方有一个通心的圆柱形磁体。轴承通过通心圆连接下面的滚动轴承,当转动轴承时则带动三个铁板叶片移动,使发电机外面一圈的感应线圈产生电流。
